Due to the rapid development of society, people have insufficient environmental awareness and the marine pollution is getting more and more serious. Various plastic wastes are one of the main causes of marine pollution, are difficult to degrade, cause death of a large amount of marine organisms every year, and cause serious harm to the ecological environment.
Most domestic and foreign water surface garbage cleaning ships adopt a track transmission mode, garbage is easy to roll off, the structure is auxiliary, and the maintenance cost is high; therefore, there is a need to provide a new chain dedicated to garbage collection to solve the technical problem of the prior art.

The garbage conveying chain 29 is formed by sequentially hinging a plurality of chain assemblies end to end, each chain assembly comprises a baffle 291, a chain plate 292, a transverse baffle shaft 293, a chain shaft 294 and a chain link 295, the chain plates 292 are provided with a plurality of adjacent two chain plates 292 which are connected through the chain shafts 295, and the baffle 291 is connected with the chain plates 292 through the transverse baffle shafts 293 and the chain shafts 294.
The height of the baffle 291 is higher than the plane of the chain plate 292 for applying a lifting effect on the garbage.
The garbage bin 4 is arranged on one side of the chain collection mechanism 2 close to the motor 24.
A plurality of water passing holes are uniformly formed in the furling plate 3, so that water passes through the water passing holes to avoid pressure on the furling plate 3, and unbalance of the whole device is caused.
