s1, dye preparation: the dye comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of water, 20 parts of a coloring agent, 18 parts of [ 2-hydroxy-4- (octyloxy) phenyl ] phenyl ketone, 18 parts of a color fixing agent and 6 parts of polyethylene glycol;
s2, dyeing treatment: adding an auxiliary agent and anhydrous sodium sulphate into the dye prepared in the S1 at the temperature of 40 ℃, mixing for 8 minutes, and putting the suede fabric into the mixed dye for dyeing;
s3, post-processing: adding 0.8g/L soaping agent when the water temperature is 60 ℃, then putting the suede fabric treated by S2 into the soaping agent, washing for 20 minutes, draining liquid, then washing for 20 minutes at the water temperature of 30 ℃, and draining liquid;
s4, sand washing treatment: putting the suede fabric treated in the S3 into a sand washing machine, adding clear water at a bath ratio of 1:50, adjusting the pH value to 4.8, adding a sand washing agent, stirring for 20 minutes, dehydrating, and washing with clear water;
s5, softening and washing: adding a softening agent into a sand washing machine at a bath ratio of 30:1, stirring for 40 minutes at normal temperature, washing with clear water, and dehydrating;

s1, dye preparation: the dye comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of water, 250 parts of a coloring agent, 18 parts of [ 2-hydroxy-4- (octyloxy) phenyl ] phenyl ketone, 20 parts of a color fixing agent and 8 parts of polyethylene glycol;
s2, dyeing treatment: adding an auxiliary agent and anhydrous sodium sulphate into the dye prepared in S1 at the temperature of 35 ℃, mixing for 8 minutes, and putting the suede fabric into the mixed dye for dyeing;
s3, post-processing: adding 1.2g/L soaping agent when the water temperature is 70 ℃, then putting the suede fabric processed by S2 into the soaping agent, washing for 25 minutes, discharging liquid, and then washing for 25 minutes at the water temperature of 35 ℃ and discharging liquid;
s4, sand washing treatment: putting the suede fabric processed by the step S3 into a sand washing machine, adding clear water according to a bath ratio of 1:45, adjusting the pH value to 4.8, adding a sand washing agent, stirring for 25 minutes, dehydrating, and washing with clear water;
s5, softening and washing: adding a softening agent into a sand washing machine at a bath ratio of 25:1, stirring for 35 minutes at normal temperature, washing with clear water, and dehydrating;
s6, drying: and (5) putting the suede nap fabric treated in the step (S5) into a dryer for drying.
In this embodiment, preferably, the specific steps of preparing the dye in S1 are as follows: uniformly mixing the coloring agent, [ 2-hydroxy-4- (octyloxy) phenyl ] phenyl ketone, the color fixing agent and half of the water in parts by weight, sanding for 38min, adding into the rest of the water, uniformly stirring, heating to 45 ℃, adding polyethylene glycol, and stirring for 1.6h to obtain the dye.

s104, mixing again: adding dicyandiamide, mixing uniformly, heating to 150 ℃, reacting for 50min, cooling to 90 ℃, adding water, and adjusting the pH value to 6.8 by using glacial acetic acid to obtain the color fixing agent.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the assistant in S2 is lysine.
In this embodiment, preferably, the specific operation of dyeing in S2 is: heating at a heating rate of 1.6 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 35 minutes when the temperature is increased to 110 ℃, then cooling at a cooling rate of 1.6 ℃/min, and discharging liquid when the temperature is reduced to 15 ℃.

The principle and the advantages of the invention are as follows: the dye prepared by the invention has high color fastness, and the color fastness to washing and light of the suede fabric are improved by adding the color fixing agent into the dye, so that the condition of color fading is reduced; according to the invention, the soaping agent is added in the post-treatment process, and the soaping agent is utilized for soaping, so that the loose color on the surface of the suede fabric can be conveniently removed, meanwhile, the friction color fastness of the suede fabric can be conveniently improved, and the using amount of a chemical detergent is reduced, thereby reducing the pollution to the environment; utilize the softener to handle after washing through the sand for chamois leather matte material has higher compliance, thereby conveniently improves the comfort level of using, is convenient for satisfy people's demand.
The conventional suede fabric and the suede fabric of the present invention were subjected to the following experiments, the contents and results of which are shown in the following table

Through various experiments, it can be found that the color fastness to washing, light fastness, rubbing fastness and softness of the suede fabrics treated by the processes in example 1, example 2, example 3 and example 4 are all improved, and example 4 is the best example.

Claims (10)

1. Suede nap fabric's resistant washing sand wash dyeing process, its characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, dye preparation: the dye comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of water, 10-30 parts of a coloring agent, 15-20 parts of [ 2-hydroxy-4- (octyloxy) phenyl ] phenyl ketone, 12-24 parts of a color fixing agent and 4-10 parts of polyethylene glycol;
s2, dyeing treatment: adding an auxiliary agent and anhydrous sodium sulphate into the dye prepared in S1 at the temperature of 30-50 ℃, mixing for 5-10 minutes, and putting the suede fabric into the mixed dye for dyeing;
s3, post-processing: adding 0.5-1.5g/L soaping agent when the water temperature is 50-80 ℃, then putting the suede fabric treated by S2 into the soaping agent, washing for 10-30 minutes, draining, then washing for 10-30 minutes at the water temperature of 20-40 ℃, and draining;
s4, sand washing treatment: putting the suede fabric processed by the step S3 into a sand washing machine, adding clear water according to a bath ratio of 1:40-60, adjusting the pH value to 4.6-5.6, adding a sand washing agent, stirring for 15-30 minutes, dehydrating, and washing with clear water;
s5, softening and washing: adding a softening agent into a sand washing machine at a bath ratio of 20-40:1, stirring for 30-50 minutes at normal temperature, washing with clear water, and dehydrating;
s6, drying: and (5) putting the suede fabric processed in the step (S5) into a dryer for drying.

s102, preliminary mixing: adding ammonium chloride into water, mixing uniformly, using nitrogen gas for protection, and heating to 80-100 ℃;
s103, regulating the PH: adding diethylenetriamine, and adjusting the pH value to 9-10;
s104, mixing again: adding dicyandiamide, mixing uniformly, heating to 160 ℃ for reaction for 30-60min, cooling to 70-100 ℃, adding water, and adjusting the pH to 6.2-7.2 by using glacial acetic acid to obtain the color fixing agent.
