Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of processing of suede fabrics, and particularly relates to a water-washing-resistant sand-washing dyeing process of a suede fabric.
Background
Suede is a coat made of suede, the product specification is 15 x 5 x 33, the raw material specification is 75D x 225D, and the suede can be produced on a water jet loom and an air jet loom. The product is characterized by good velvet feeling, softness and fineness.
The prior sand washing dyeing process for the suede fabric still has some problems: when utilizing traditional dyestuff to dye chamois leather matte material, chamois leather matte material's washing fastness to water and light fastness reduce, lead to the condition that the fading appears easily, the burden that waste water treatment has also been increased to too much chemical detergent of adding in soaping after the dyeing simultaneously, cause environmental pollution, traditional technology makes the compliance of the surface fabric after the sand washing lower in addition, can not satisfy people's requirement, we propose the washing resistance sand washing dyeing process of chamois leather matte material for this reason.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a washable sand washing dyeing process for suede fabric, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the washable sand washing dyeing process of the suede fabric comprises the following steps:
s1, dye preparation: the dye comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of water, 10-30 parts of a coloring agent, 15-20 parts of [ 2-hydroxy-4- (octyloxy) phenyl ] phenyl ketone, 12-24 parts of a color fixing agent and 4-10 parts of polyethylene glycol;
s2, dyeing treatment: adding an auxiliary agent and anhydrous sodium sulphate into the dye prepared in S1 at the temperature of 30-50 ℃, mixing for 5-10 minutes, and putting the suede fabric into the mixed dye for dyeing;
s3, post-processing: adding 0.5-1.5g/L soaping agent when the water temperature is 50-80 ℃, then putting the suede fabric processed by S2 into the soaping agent, washing for 10-30 minutes, discharging liquid, and then washing for 10-30 minutes at the water temperature of 20-40 ℃ and discharging liquid;
s4, sand washing treatment: putting the suede fabric processed by the step S3 into a sand washing machine, adding clear water according to a bath ratio of 1:40-60, adjusting the pH value to 4.6-5.6, adding a sand washing agent, stirring for 15-30 minutes, dehydrating, and washing with clear water;
s5, softening and washing: adding a softening agent into a sand washing machine at a bath ratio of 20-40:1, stirring for 30-50 minutes at normal temperature, washing with clear water, and dehydrating;
s6, drying: and (5) putting the suede fabric processed in the step (S5) into a dryer for drying.
Preferably, the specific steps of the dye preparation in S1 are as follows: uniformly mixing the coloring agent, [ 2-hydroxy-4- (octyloxy) phenyl ] phenyl ketone, the color fixing agent and half of water in parts by weight, sanding for 30-40min, adding into the rest of water, uniformly stirring, heating to 40-60 ℃, adding polyethylene glycol, and stirring for 1-2h to obtain the dye.
Preferably, the preparation method of the fixing agent comprises the following steps:
s101, preparing raw materials: the raw materials are taken according to the following parts by weight: 50-100 parts of water, 20-40 parts of ammonium chloride, 8-24 parts of diethylenetriamine, 15-45 parts of dicyandiamide and 15-35 parts of glacial acetic acid;
s102, primary mixing: adding ammonium chloride into water, mixing uniformly, using nitrogen gas for protection, and heating to 80-100 ℃;
s103, regulating the PH: adding diethylenetriamine and adjusting the pH value to 9-10;
s104, mixing again: adding dicyandiamide, uniformly mixing, heating to the temperature of 120-160 ℃, reacting for 30-60min, cooling to the temperature of 70-100 ℃, adding water, and adjusting the pH value to 6.2-7.2 by using glacial acetic acid to obtain the color fixing agent.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent in S2 is lysine homogenization.
Preferably, the specific operations of dyeing in S2 are as follows: heating at a heating rate of 1-2 deg.C/min, maintaining the temperature for 20-40 min when the temperature is 80-120 deg.C, cooling at a cooling rate of 1-2 deg.C/min, and discharging liquid when the temperature is 10-20 deg.C.
