At the moment when the materials enter the door of the container, the tilting bracket 49 of the container slowly tilts up under the action of the piston rod 53 for tilting up the bracket and the hydraulic cylinder 54 for tilting up the bracket, at this time, the materials slowly slide down to the lower end of the container 48, and the tilting bracket 49 of the container continuously tilts up slowly, and simultaneously, the belt conveyor bracket 3 tilts up synchronously with the tilting bracket 49 under the action of the belt conveyor tilting up piston rod 33 and the belt conveyor tilting up hydraulic cylinder 34. So that the material gradually enters the container. When the materials approach the set upper limit, the system prompts the belt conveyor to decelerate, and finally the materials finish the final entering in a slow mode until the set weight of the container is reached. After the loading is finished, the container is closed, the tilted belt conveyor and the tilted container are placed flat, the cone pulley 8 is rotated, the horizontal moving guide rail 6 rotates by an angle along the central hole 23 of the annular base to continuously load the next container, the container cannot be directly dragged after being placed flat, the impact-resistant piston 63 is jacked up, the weighing disc 59 is not pressed on the platform scale 62, the weight of the container 48, the weight of the tilting bracket 49, the weight of the weighing disc 59 and the material, the piston rod 53 for the tilting bracket and the weight of the hydraulic cylinder 54 for the tilting bracket are all pressed on the impact-resistant piston 63, and therefore the platform scale 62 cannot be damaged by bumping impact in the transferring process. Finally, the concave bottom frame horizontal adjusting piston rod 52 is retracted, and the power towing head tows the action point 61 towed by the towing head, so that the container can be transferred to a container placing area. The power towing head continues to tow another sunken car again and again until the whole loading task is completed.
