under the control of the control room container module 72, the aggregate proportioning machine 2 conveys the prepared aggregate to a smooth conveying belt of the feeding belt conveyor 8, meanwhile, the powder storage bin 3 conveys the powder to the cement scale 9 through the powder screw conveyor 10, the additive bin 5 conveys the additive to the additive scale 13 through the additive pump 14, the water bin 4 conveys water to the water scale 11 through the water pump 12, when the required amount of the powder, the additive and the water is reached, the conveying is stopped, the pneumatic butterfly valve 19 and the vibrator 18 of the cement scale 9, the discharging pump 22 of the additive scale 14, the discharging pneumatic gate valve 25 and the discharging water pump 26 of the water scale 11 are all opened simultaneously, the weighed powder, the additive and the water are simultaneously injected into the stirring host machine 28, and the aggregate is also simultaneously injected into the stirring host machine 28.
After the concrete is mixed by the mixing main machine 28, the discharge door 32 is opened, the mixed concrete slides 75 to the concrete lifting discharge trolley 29 through the concrete discharge chute, the concrete lifting discharge trolley 29 slides upwards along the lifting guide rail 40 under the action of the pulling force of the lifting drum 66, when the auxiliary wheel 53 of the concrete lifting discharge trolley 29 enters the auxiliary guide rail 41 and the front travelling wheel 49 enters the discharge guide rail 62, the auxiliary wheel 53 continues to slide upwards until the upper limit proximity switch 42 is triggered, the hopper body 45 rotates by taking the front wheel rotating shaft 47 as a rotating center, the concrete is poured into the concrete finished product bin 59, the concrete truck runs to the position below the concrete finished product bin 59, the pneumatic discharge door 61 is opened, and the concrete falls into the concrete truck to finish discharging.

the stirring host machine module is used for stirring and mixing the ingredients weighed by the material weighing and ingredient module and is arranged at the downstream of the material weighing and ingredient module;
the concrete lifting and unloading device is used for lifting and unloading concrete produced by the main stirring machine module, the concrete lifting and unloading device is arranged at the downstream of the main stirring machine module, and the concrete lifting and unloading device comprises a feeding frame module, a hopper lifting module and an unloading module.

The compact modular concrete mixing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the loading frame module comprises a loading frame, the loading frame comprises a vertically arranged vertical container, a horizontally arranged horizontal container is fixedly mounted above the vertical container, two parallel lifting guide rails are obliquely mounted in the vertical container, a concrete lifting and unloading trolley driven by a hopper lifting module is slidably mounted on the lifting guide rails, an unloading module is fixedly mounted on the horizontal container, and a hopper lifting module for lifting the concrete lifting and unloading trolley is further arranged above the loading frame;

The compact modular concrete mixing apparatus according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the concrete lifting and discharging trolley comprises a hopper body for buffering concrete, a discharge opening is arranged at the upper part of the hopper body, an anti-sticking layer for preventing the concrete from sticking is laid in the hopper body, a front wheel rotating shaft and a rear wheel rotating shaft are arranged at the bottom of the hopper body, a front traveling wheel is rotatably mounted at each end of the front wheel rotating shaft, a rear traveling wheel is rotatably mounted at each end of the rear wheel rotating shaft, a traction device for lifting the hopper body is further arranged on the hopper body, and when the front traveling wheels are drawn into the discharging guide rails, the hopper body is overturned and discharged by taking the front wheel rotating shaft as the axis; the traction device comprises traction rods which are respectively rotatably installed at two ends of a rear wheel rotating shaft, the other ends of the two traction rods are jointly provided with a lifting rod, an installation seat is fixedly installed on the lifting rod, a pulley block used for installing a steel wire rope is rotatably installed on the installation seat, and a safety plate used for preventing the steel wire rope from being separated from the pulley block is installed on the installation seat; two the traction rods are respectively provided with an auxiliary wheel in a rotating way, two the traction rods are respectively provided with a supporting rod in a fixed way, and the other end of each supporting rod is abutted against the front wheel rotating shaft.

The compact modular concrete mixing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said storage modules comprise an aggregate batching machine, a powder storage bin, a water bin, and an additive bin, said powder storage bin being a large diameter vertical silo; the aggregate weighing and batching system is characterized in that a feeding belt conveyor for conveying aggregates is installed between the aggregate batching machine and the material weighing and batching module, the feeding belt conveyor is obliquely arranged, a conveying belt of the feeding belt conveyor is a smooth conveying belt, a powder spiral conveyor is installed between the powder storage bin and the cement scale, a water supply pipeline and a water pump are arranged between the water bin and the water scale, and an additive supply pipeline and an additive pump are arranged between the additive bin and the additive scale.

The compact modular concrete mixing apparatus of any one of claims 1-9, further comprising a control room container module, wherein the host mixing machine module, the material weigh batching module, the material storage module, the material loading frame module, the hopper lifting module, and the material discharge module are electrically connected to the control room container module.
