2. The cigarette carton flow-limiting spacing control device is installed at the position, and the cigarette carton flow-limiting spacing control device enters the cigarette discharging hopper immediately after flow-limiting control is finished, so that the cigarette carton during the falling process of the dead weight at each time has a reasonable spacing, and the problem of channel blockage caused by the collision and the interference of the cigarette carton falling moving track can be avoided.

1. A cigarette carton speed limiting and shunting system is characterized by comprising:
the current-limiting distance control device is used for controlling the adjacent distance of the cigarettes in the transmission process;
the smoke guide unit is arranged at the output end of the current-limiting distance control device; the vertical channel changing device is used for guiding the cigarette carton into the vertical channel changing device;
the vertical type channel changing device is used for shunting the cigarettes meeting the preset conditions to the interchange type slideway device;
the interchange type slideway device is used for converting two cigarettes which are positioned at the front and the back in relative positions at the top into two cigarettes which are positioned at the left and the right in relative positions at the bottom.

The cigarette speed limiting and diversion system of claim 1, wherein the flow limiting spacing control device comprises: the conveying line channel is provided with a clamping unit, the lateral part of the conveying line channel is provided with a first detection sensor and a second detection sensor, when the first detection sensor and the second detection sensor detect a cigarette simultaneously, the clamping unit is triggered to clamp the cigarette corresponding to the clamping unit, and the distance between the first detection sensor and the second detection sensor is greater than the length of a single cigarette.

The cigarette speed-limiting and flow-dividing system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the vertical type lane-changing device comprises an enclosure frame, the enclosure frame is open at the upper and lower sides, a lane-changing guide swing plate which is rotatably arranged is arranged in the enclosure frame through a swing bearing support, a lane-changing driving cylinder is arranged outside the enclosure frame and connected with a swing arm, and the lane-changing driving cylinder drives the guide swing plate to move forwards or backwards through the swing arm.

The cigarette carton speed-limiting and flow-dividing system according to claim 1, wherein the interchange type slideway device comprises an upper layer slideway and a lower layer slideway, top inlets of the upper layer slideway and the lower layer slideway are arranged in a front-back stacking mode at the top, and bottom outlets of the upper layer slideway and the lower layer slideway are arranged in a left-right side-by-side mode at the bottom.

The cigarette carton speed-limiting and flow-dividing system according to claim 8, wherein the upper layer slideway comprises a first section and a second section, the first section and the lower layer slideway are arranged in an up-down stacked manner, a top inlet of the first section and a bottom outlet of the first section are arranged in a staggered manner in the vertical direction, a bottom outlet of the first section is arranged on the side of the lower layer slideway, a top inlet of the second section is communicated with a bottom outlet of the first section, and a bottom outlet of the second section and a bottom outlet of the lower layer slideway are arranged in parallel.
