The invert sugar is present in an amount of 3 to 8 parts by weight, more specifically 3 to 6 parts by weight, and in specific embodiments 3.5, 4.2, 4.8, 5.2, or 5.5 parts by weight. If the content of the invert sugar is too large, the smoke becomes rough.
The 2, 3-dimethyl pyrazine enables the tobacco fragrance to become fine and smooth and covers miscellaneous gases; the smoke becomes smooth and soft, and the smoke concentration is increased. The content of the 2, 3-dimethylpyrazine is 0.02-0.10 parts by weight, specifically, the content of the 2, 3-dimethylpyrazine is 0.02-0.08 parts by weight, more specifically, the content of the 2, 3-dimethylpyrazine is 0.03 parts by weight, 0.040 parts by weight, 0.042 parts by weight, 0.055 parts by weight, 0.060 parts by weight, 0.062 parts by weight, 0.070 parts by weight, or 0.075 parts by weight, and if the content of the 2, 3-dimethylpyrazine is too high, the taste residue increases.
The raw materials in the primary flavor essence described in the present application may be commercially available products, or may be prepared according to conventional methods in the prior art, and the source of the raw materials is not particularly limited in the present application.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the original flavor, which comprises the following steps:
mixing the red date extract, the Yunyan extract, lactic acid, megastigmatrienone, dihydroactinidiolide, Yunyan absolute oil, beta-damascenone, invert sugar, 2, 3-dimethyl pyrazine and propylene glycol according to the raw material ratio to obtain the original flavor for Chinese style non-combustible heating cigarettes.
The red date extract is prepared by the following method:
removing cores of dried red dates, crushing, soaking for 3-6 hours by using 66.5% ethanol with the mass 6-12 times of that of the dried red dates, performing hot reflux extraction for 3-5 hours at 70-95 ℃, filtering while hot by using a duplex filter (200 meshes), standing for 12-48 hours after filtering, taking supernate, concentrating the supernate until the relative density (20 ℃) is 1.0280 +/-0.008, standing in a refrigerator for 12-24 hours, taking supernate, filtering by using a 100nm ceramic membrane, adding 32% of fructose, 32% of propylene glycol and 0.15% of potassium sorbate into filtrate, and uniformly stirring to obtain the red date extract.
The preparation method of the Yunyan tobacco extract comprises the following steps:
cleaning and crushing Yunyan tobacco leaves, soaking the Yunyan tobacco leaves in 42.85% ethanol with the mass 8-20 times of that of the Yunyan tobacco leaves for 3-6 hours, carrying out hot reflux extraction for 4-6 hours at the temperature of 70-95 ℃, filtering the Yunyan tobacco leaves while the Yunyan tobacco leaves are hot through a duplex filter (200 meshes), filtering the obtained filtrate through a 0.8 mu m plate frame, and concentrating the filtrate until the relative density is (20 ℃): 1.2866 + -0.0080, refractive index (20 deg.C): 1.3650. + -. 0.0080, acid number: 6.5 +/-2.0, thus obtaining the Yunyan tobacco extract.
In the process of preparing the red date extract and the yunyan extract, the dry red date is denucleated, crushed and soaked, then is subjected to hot reflux extraction, and is filtered by a 200-mesh duplex filter while hot; the Yunyan tobacco leaves are cleaned, crushed, soaked in ethanol, subjected to hot reflux extraction, and filtered by a 200-mesh duplex filter and a plate frame.
Before the raw materials are mixed, the method also comprises the following steps: dissolving megastigmatrienone and 2, 3-dimethyl pyrazine respectively by adopting propylene glycol until the concentration is 10-15 wt%.
The application also provides a preparation method of the cigarette core material of the cigarette without burning by heating, which comprises the following steps:
mixing the coating liquid of the cigarette which is not burnt by heating with the original flavor to obtain mixed coating liquid;
coating and perfuming a tobacco sheet base by adopting the mixed coating liquid, and drying to obtain a tobacco core material;
the original flavor is the original flavor in the scheme.
The above process is more specifically: A) slowly adding the original flavor for the Chinese style heating non-combustible cigarette, which accounts for 2-8% of the weight of the coating liquid, into the coating liquid for the Chinese style heating non-combustible cigarette, stirring at the speed of 150-180 rpm in the process of adding the flavor, wherein the stirring temperature is 20-28 ℃, the relative humidity is 40-70%, and continuously stirring for 2-3 hours under the stirring condition after the flavor is completely added to prepare the coating liquid containing the original flavor for the Chinese style heating non-combustible cigarette;
B) preparing a tobacco sheet base by papermaking, adding the coating liquid obtained in the step A) according to the proportion of 6-12% of the total weight of the tobacco sheet base, and then adding fragrance and drying according to the normal process of heating the non-combustible cigarette core material to prepare the cigarette core material of the non-combustible cigarette.
The coating solution and the tobacco sheet base are materials well known to those skilled in the art, and the present application is not particularly limited thereto.
The cigarette is endowed with fresh and sweet fragrance by the Yunyan extract and the Yunyan absolute oil which are used as raw materials of the Chinese-style heating non-combustible cigarette primary flavor provided by the invention; the red date extract can provide the fruit sweet fragrance of the jujube, and enrich the tobacco fragrance; megastigmatrienone, dihydroactinidiolide, beta-damascenone and 2, 3-dimethylpyrazine are all flue-cured tobacco aroma components and can play a role in supplementing flue-cured tobacco aroma; the lactic acid can play a role in reducing thorns, so that the soft and exquisite feeling of the smoke is improved; the invert sugar can make the smoke agglomerate and become through and elegant, and all the components can supplement the original fragrance of the tobacco to different degrees, improve the smoke state and improve the taste. The Chinese-style heating non-combustible cigarette original flavor and the coating liquid can be mutually soluble without impurity precipitation, and the feasibility of the prepared cigarette core material is reliably guaranteed through production verification; the heating non-combustion tobacco product produced by adding the Chinese heating non-combustion cigarette primary flavor into the tobacco core material has the advantages of comfortable and natural tobacco fragrance of flue-cured tobacco in the smoking process, soft and fine smoke, clean oral cavity and improved comfort. Through a cigarette core material test, the coating liquid of the Chinese style heating non-combustible cigarette original flavor essence is added, the cigarette core material is not influenced, and the normal production can be realized. The preparation method is simple and convenient, has low cost, can be used for large-scale industrial production, and has strong practicability.
For further understanding of the present invention, the following examples are given to illustrate details of the original flavor, its preparation method and its application, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by the following examples.
Embodiment 1A Chinese style heating non-burning cigarette original flavor essence is specifically prepared by the following steps:
(1) preparation of raw materials
a. Removing cores of dried red dates, crushing, soaking in 66.5% ethanol with the mass 6.2 times that of the dried red dates for 3.2 hours, carrying out hot reflux extraction for 3.1 hours at 73 ℃, then filtering while hot by using a duplex filter (200 meshes), standing for 12.8 hours after filtering, taking supernate, concentrating the supernate until the relative density (20 ℃) is 1.0280 +/-0.008, standing for 12.5 hours in a refrigerator, filtering the supernate by using a 100nm ceramic membrane, adding fructose, propylene glycol and potassium sorbate into the filtrate, wherein the weight of the fructose, the propylene glycol and the potassium sorbate is 32% of the weight of the filtrate, and uniformly stirring to obtain a red date extract for later use;
b. cleaning and crushing Yunyan tobacco leaves, soaking the Yunyan tobacco leaves in 42.85% ethanol with the mass 9 times that of the Yunyan tobacco leaves for 3.2 hours, carrying out hot reflux extraction for 4.3 hours at the temperature of 72 ℃, filtering the Yunyan tobacco leaves while hot through a duplex filter (200 meshes), filtering the filtered tobacco leaves through a 0.8 mu m plate frame, and concentrating the filtered tobacco leaves until the relative density is (20 ℃): 1.2866 + -0.0080, refractive index (20 ℃): 1.3650. + -. 0.0080, acid number: 6.5 +/-2.0, thus obtaining the yunyan tobacco extract for later use;
(2) pretreatment of essence raw material
a. Diluting a certain amount of megastigmatrienone propylene glycol into a solution with the mass concentration of 10%, and shaking up until the megastigmatrienone propylene glycol is completely dissolved for later use;
b. diluting a certain amount of 2, 3-dimethyl pyrazine into a solution with the mass concentration of 10% by using propylene glycol, and shaking up until the solution is completely dissolved for later use;
(3) preparing essence according to the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2.2 parts of red date extract prepared in the step (1), 3.8 parts of Yunyan tobacco extract prepared in the step (1), 0.3 part of megastigmatrienone solution with the mass concentration of 10% prepared in the step (2), 0.3 part of 2, 3-dimethyl pyrazine solution with the mass concentration of 10% prepared in the step (2), 0.03 part of lactic acid, 0.15 part of dihydroactinidiolide, 0.3 part of Yunyan absolute, 0.25 part of beta-damascenone, 3.5 parts of invert sugar and 89.17 parts of propylene glycol, and 100 parts of raw materials in total weight are uniformly mixed to obtain the Chinese-style heating non-combustible cigarette primary flavor essence A;
the total mass percent of the Chinese style heating non-burning cigarette primary flavor A prepared in the example 1 is 100%, wherein the mass percent of each raw material is as follows: 2.2 percent of red date extract, 3.8 percent of Yunyan tobacco extract, 0.03 percent of lactic acid, 0.03 percent of megastigmatrienone, 0.15 percent of dihydroactinidiolide, 0.3 percent of Yunyan tobacco absolute, 0.25 percent of beta-damascenone, 3.5 percent of invert sugar, 0.03 percent of 2, 3-dimethyl pyrazine and the balance of propylene glycol.
Embodiment 2 an essence for Chinese style cigarette with heat and non-combustible property, which has a primary flavor, is prepared by the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials:
a. removing cores of dried red dates, crushing, soaking for 5.5 hours by using ethanol with the concentration of 66.5% and the mass of the dried red dates being 11 times of that of the dried red dates, carrying out hot reflux extraction for 4.8 hours at the temperature of 90 ℃, then filtering while hot by using a duplex filter (200 meshes), standing for 45 hours after filtering, concentrating supernate until the relative density (20 ℃) is 1.0280 +/-0.008, placing the supernate in a cold storage for 22 hours, filtering the supernate by using a 100nm ceramic membrane, adding fructose with the weight of 32%, propylene glycol with the weight of 32% and potassium sorbate with the weight of 0.15% into the filtrate, and uniformly stirring to obtain a red date extract for later use;
b. cleaning and crushing Yunyan tobacco leaves, soaking the Yunyan tobacco leaves in 42.85% ethanol with the mass being 18 times of that of the Yunyan tobacco leaves for 5.8 hours, carrying out hot reflux extraction for 5.8 hours at the temperature of 92 ℃, filtering the Yunyan tobacco leaves while hot through a duplex filter (200 meshes), filtering the filtered liquid through a 0.8 mu m plate frame, and concentrating the filtered liquid until the relative density is (20 ℃): 1.2866 + -0.0080, refractive index (20 deg.C): 1.3650. + -. 0.0080, acid number: 6.5 +/-2.0, thus obtaining the yunyan tobacco extract for later use;
(2) pretreatment of essence raw materials:
a. diluting a certain amount of megastigmatrienone propylene glycol into a solution with the mass concentration of 10%, and shaking up until the solution is completely dissolved for later use;
b. diluting a certain amount of 2, 3-dimethyl pyrazine into a solution with the mass concentration of 10% by using propylene glycol, and shaking up until the solution is completely dissolved for later use;
(3) preparing essence according to the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7.5 parts of red date extract prepared in the step (1), 14.5 parts of Yunyan tobacco extract prepared in the step (1), 0.75 part of megastigmatrienone solution with the mass concentration of 10% prepared in the step (2), 0.75 part of 2, 3-dimethyl pyrazine solution with the mass concentration of 10% prepared in the step (2), 0.05 part of lactic acid, 0.55 part of dihydroactinidiolide, 0.75 part of Yunyan absolute, 0.75 part of beta-damascenone, 5.5 parts of invert sugar and 68.9 parts of propylene glycol, and 100 parts of raw materials in total weight are uniformly mixed to obtain the Chinese-style heating non-combustible cigarette primary flavor essence B;
example 2 the total mass percent of the primary flavor B for Chinese style heat non-combustible cigarettes is 100%, wherein the mass percent of the raw materials is as follows: 7.5% of red date extract, 14.5% of yunyan tobacco extract, 0.05% of lactic acid, 0.075% of megastigmatrienone, 0.55% of dihydroactinidiolide, 0.75% of yunyan neat oil, 0.75% of beta-damascenone, 5.5% of invert sugar, 0.075% of 2, 3-dimethyl pyrazine and the balance of propylene glycol.
Example 3 an essence with original flavor for Chinese style cigarette without heat and combustion is prepared by the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials:
a. removing cores of dried red dates, crushing, soaking for 4.6 hours by using 66.5% ethanol with the mass 9.2 times of that of the dried red dates, performing hot reflux extraction for 4.2 hours at the temperature of 70-95 ℃, then filtering while hot by using a duplex filter (200 meshes), standing for 32 hours after filtering, taking supernate, concentrating the supernate until the relative density (20 ℃) is 1.0280 +/-0.008, standing in a refrigerator for 20 hours, taking supernate, filtering by using a 100nm ceramic membrane, adding 32% of fructose, 32% of propylene glycol and 0.15% of potassium sorbate into the filtrate, and uniformly stirring to obtain a red date extract for later use;
b. cleaning and crushing Yunyan tobacco leaves, soaking the Yunyan tobacco leaves in 42.85% ethanol with the mass 14.2 times of that of the Yunyan tobacco leaves for 4.6 hours, carrying out hot reflux extraction for 5.2 hours at 82 ℃, filtering the Yunyan tobacco leaves while hot through a duplex filter (200 meshes), filtering the filtered tobacco leaves through a 0.8 mu m plate frame, and concentrating the filtered tobacco leaves until the relative density is (20 ℃): 1.2866 + -0.0080, refractive index (20 deg.C): 1.3650. + -. 0.0080, acid number: 6.5 +/-2.0, thus obtaining the yunyan tobacco extract for later use;
(2) pretreatment of essence raw materials:
a. diluting a certain amount of megastigmatrienone propylene glycol into a solution with the mass concentration of 10%, and shaking up until the solution is completely dissolved for later use;
b. diluting a certain amount of 2, 3-dimethyl pyrazine into a solution with the mass concentration of 10% by using propylene glycol, and shaking up until the solution is completely dissolved for later use;
(3) preparing essence according to the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5.2 parts of red date extract prepared in the step (1), 10 parts of Yunyan tobacco extract prepared in the step (1), 0.55 part of megastigmatrienone solution with the mass concentration of 10% prepared in the step (2), 0.56 part of 2, 3-dimethyl pyrazine solution with the mass concentration of 10% prepared in the step (2), 0.05 part of lactic acid, 0.55 part of dihydroactinidiolide, 0.55 part of Yunyan absolute, 0.55 part of beta-damascenone, 4.8 parts of invert sugar and 77.19 parts of propylene glycol, and 100 parts of raw materials in total weight are uniformly mixed to obtain the Chinese-style heating non-combustible cigarette original flavor essence C;
example 3 the total mass percent of the original flavor C for the Chinese style heating non-burning cigarette is 100%, wherein the mass percent of the raw materials is as follows: 5.2% of red date extract, 10% of yunyan tobacco extract, 0.05% of lactic acid, 0.055% of megastigmatrienone, 0.55% of dihydroactinidiolide, 0.55% of yunyan tobacco absolute oil, 0.55% of beta-damascenone, 4.8% of invert sugar, 0.055% of 2, 3-dimethyl pyrazine and the balance of propylene glycol.
Example 4 the Chinese style heating non-burning cigarette primary flavor essence A prepared in example 1 is applied to a cigarette core material, and the steps thereof include:
a. slowly adding the Chinese style essence A which is prepared in the embodiment 1 and has the weight of 2.8 percent of the coating liquid into the coating liquid, stirring at the speed of 160rpm in the process of adding the original flavor A, wherein the stirring temperature is 22 ℃, the relative humidity is 45 percent, and continuously stirring for 2.2 hours under the condition of keeping the stirring after the flavor A is completely added, thus finishing the preparation process;
b. and (b) preparing a tobacco sheet base by a papermaking method, adding the Chinese style heating non-combustible cigarette original flavor A in the a according to the proportion of 6.2 percent of the total weight of the tobacco sheet base, coating, perfuming and drying to prepare the tobacco core material A used in the heating non-combustible cigarette.
Example 5 applying the primary flavor B of a chinese style heated non-burning cigarette prepared in example 2 to a core material, the steps include:
a. slowly adding 7.8% of the Chinese-style essence B which is prepared in the embodiment 2 and is not combusted in the weight of the coating liquid into the coating liquid, stirring at the speed of 175rpm in the process of adding the original essence at the stirring temperature of 27 ℃ and the relative humidity of 67%, and keeping the stirring condition for continuously stirring for 2.8 hours after the essence B is completely added, thus finishing the preparation process;
b. and (3) preparing a tobacco sheet base by papermaking, adding the Chinese style heating non-combustion cigarette original flavor B in the component a according to the proportion of 11.5 percent of the total weight of the tobacco sheet base, coating, perfuming and drying to prepare the tobacco core material B used in the heating non-combustion cigarette.
Example 6 applying the primary flavor C of a chinese style heated non-burning cigarette prepared in example 3 to a core material, the steps include:
a. slowly adding the Chinese style essence C which is prepared in the embodiment 3 and accounts for 5.3 percent of the weight of the coating liquid into the coating liquid, stirring at the speed of 165rpm in the process of adding the original flavor, wherein the stirring temperature is 24 ℃, the relative humidity is 57 percent, and after the flavor C is completely added, keeping the stirring condition and continuing stirring for 2.5 hours to finish the preparation process;
b. and (3) preparing a tobacco sheet base by papermaking, adding the essence C containing the Chinese style heating non-combustible cigarette primary taste in the step a according to the proportion of 9.2 percent of the total weight of the tobacco sheet base, coating, perfuming and drying to prepare the tobacco core material C used in the heating non-combustible cigarette.
The cigarette core materials A, B, C in application examples 4, 5 and 6 were made into a non-burning heated cigarette product, and the same method as in example 4 was used to make a blank cigarette core material without the addition of the original flavor, and then the blank cigarette core material was made into a non-burning heated cigarette product, which was evaluated according to the national bureau smoking assessment standards, and the smoking panel consisted of 13 cigarette sensory evaluation experts, and sensory evaluations and scores were performed in a dark evaluation mode, and the comprehensive sensory quality evaluation results are shown in table 1, and the sensory evaluation scores are shown in table 2:

As can be seen from tables 1 and 2, the tobacco core material is added with the heating non-combustible tobacco product containing the Chinese style heating non-combustible cigarette original flavor, so that the tobacco aroma of the flue-cured tobacco can be effectively improved, the smoke state is improved, the taste is comfortable, the taste requirement of Chinese style flue-cured tobacco by consumers in China is met, and the sensory experience of the consumers is improved.
Comparative example 1
The original flavor is prepared according to the method in the example 1, except that no yunyan tobacco extract is added, the method in the example 4 is applied to the tobacco core material, and sensory comparison and evaluation analysis shows that the flue gas volume of the Chinese style flue-cured tobacco prepared in the example is reduced, the richness is reduced, the stimulation is increased, and the softness of the flue gas is reduced.

dissolving megastigmatrienone and 2, 3-dimethyl pyrazine respectively by adopting propylene glycol until the concentration is 10-15 wt%.
9. A preparation method of a cigarette core material for heating non-combustible cigarettes comprises the following steps:
mixing the coating liquid of the cigarette which is not combusted by heating with the original flavor to obtain mixed coating liquid;
coating and flavoring the tobacco sheet base by adopting the mixed coating liquid, and drying to obtain a tobacco core material;
the primary flavor is the primary flavor described in any one of claims 1 to 6 or the primary flavor prepared by the preparation method described in any one of claims 7 to 8.
10. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the primary flavor is 2 to 10 wt% of the coating liquid, and the mixed coating liquid is 5 to 15 wt% of the tobacco sheet base.
