技术领域
本公开涉及作为用于水中的铅离子检测的化学传感器的含硫化合物、检测铅离子的方法和所述化学传感器用于铅离子的荧光测量的用途。
背景
饮用水中的重金属污染是一个普遍存在的问题,特别是在亚洲地区。常见的饮用水源,如湖泊或河流直接和间接地被不同种类的工业和消费废料污染。铅污染是水中最严重的重金属污染之一,人类长期暴露于铅可导致严重的健康问题。因此,需要确保饮用水不含铅离子。目前可用的技术(ICP-MS、ICP-原子发射光谱学、火焰原子吸收光谱学、阳极溶出伏安法、基于DNA的传感器)都是分批法;有基于实验室的也有即时的。需要新的化学传感器以改进水中的铅检测,其应该根据WHO指南对铅离子检测超灵敏(ppb或ug/L范围)。另外,它们应该提供对水中的铅离子检测的高选择性。理想地,化学传感器不应该存在pH交叉敏感性。此外,它们应该提供实时测量并且自我再生以监测饮用水中的铅离子。

在本公开的另一个实施方案中,有机部分可以是直链或支化、取代或未取代的具有1至10个碳原子的烷基;直链或支化、取代或未取代的具有3至10个碳原子的烯基;直链或支化、取代或未取代的具有1至10个碳原子的烷氧基;取代或未取代的具有5至10个碳原子的环烷基;取代或未取代的具有5至10个碳原子的环烯基;取代或未取代的具有5至10个碳原子的芳基;和取代或未取代的具有5至10个碳原子的杂芳基。
有机部分也可以是任何上述基团的组合,包括但不限于烷基芳基、芳基烷基、烷基杂芳基等,仅举几例,所有这些都可以是取代或未取代的。
本文关于上述部分使用的术语“取代”是指非氢的取代基。这样的取代优选选自选自卤素、-OH、-OOH、-NH2、-NO2、-ONO2、-CHO、-CN、-CNOH、-COOH、-SH、-OSH、-CSSH、-SCN、-SO2OH、-CONH2、-NH-NH2、-NC、-CSH-OR、-NRR'、-NR、-C(O)R、-C(O)OR、-(CO)NRR'、-NR'C(O)R、-OC(O)R、具有5至10个碳原子的芳基、具有3至10个碳原子的环烷基(环烯基)、3-至8-元杂环烷基(杂环烯基)和5-至10-元杂芳基,其中R和R'独立地选自氢、具有1至10个碳原子的烷基、具有2至10个碳原子的烯基、具有2至10个碳原子的炔基、具有5至10个碳原子的芳基、具有3至10个碳原子的环烷基(环烯基)、包含1至4个选自氮、氧和硫的杂原子的5-至10-元杂芳基、和包含1至4个选自氮、氧和硫的杂原子的5-至10-元杂环烷基(杂环烯基)。任何这些取代基可能再被取代,但是优选的是这些取代基是未取代的。
烷基或缩写“alk”是指饱和烃部分,如甲基、乙基等。烯基和炔基分别包含至少一个碳-碳双键或三键,并且除此以外被定义为上述烷基。
环烷基是指非芳族碳环部分,如环戊基、环己基等。
环烯基是指包含至少一个C-C双键的非芳族碳环化合物。
类似地,杂环烷基(杂环烯基)是指其中1个或多个环碳原子被优选选自氮、氧和硫的杂原子替代的环烷基(环烯基)。
芳基是指优选为单环的芳环。优选的芳基取代基是具有6个碳原子的部分,如苯基。
杂芳基是指对应于各自芳基部分的芳族部分,其中一个或多个环碳原子已被杂原子,如氮、氧和硫替代。
所有上述基团都可以是取代或未取代的。当被取代时,取代基可选自上面的取代基名单。
本文所用的术语“至少一个”是指一个或多个,例如1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9或更多个所述物类。
本文所用的卤素是指F、CI、Br和I。
在各种实施方案中,具有至少一个含硫的离子载体部分和荧光团部分的化合物可以是下式(II)、(III)或(IV)之一的化合物

其中R3是氢或如上文定义的有机部分。
根据各种实施方案,荧光团部分可以是具有较大斯托克斯位移的无干扰的光稳定荧光团。其因此适合用于与受体部分(在本文中也被称为含硫的离子载体部分)共价结合。荧光团部分可选自1,2-双(2-氨基苯氧基)乙烷-N,N,N',N'-四乙酸(BAPTA)、2-(2'-吗啉基-2'-氧代乙氧基)-N,N-双(羟基羰基甲基)苯胺(MOBHA)、荧光素、罗丹明、萘二甲酰亚胺及其组合。
根据各种实施方案,其中要检测铅离子的水是饮用水、海水、池水、河水、湖水、水产养殖水(aqua culture)、废水及其组合。
根据各种实施方案,传感器层附着于其上的基底是亲水或疏水聚合物、玻璃、硅、天然纤维及其组合。基底可物理或化学附着于传感器层。
根据各种实施方案,光电转换器包括发光二极管(LED),由此光学通路经过滤光片;传感器层;随后有色玻璃滤光片和光电二极管。
光学传感通常需要复杂的光电子电路以用于传感目的。这可包括滤波器、光束准直器、光纤、激光器、分光计等。从成本、耐用性和难以小型化的角度看,这些组件使得传感器转换的利润率较低。在本文中提出传感器转换方法,其中通过排除原本对传统电路而言必需的许多常规组件,光电子系统可保持精简和成本有效。主要的改进可能来源于系统组件的布置。这可包括代替激光器的LED源、排除准直器的机械设计、代替滤光片的有色玻璃以及利用光电二极管代替分光计。该系统可将传统的光学转换系统变成更精简和有效的测量系统。这一实施方案的目的是测量来自传感器层的荧光变化,其可能与铅离子在化学传感器层上的结合事件成比例。仅在其幅度上而不在波长偏移上预期荧光发射(输出)的变化。其中以波长偏移测量荧光发射变化的现有技术实施方案描绘在图3中。由于在本公开中没有预期这种波长偏移,本机制提供了仅聚焦于发射峰值波长区域的机会,这由经过有色玻璃的光学滤波控制并因此使用通过光电二极管将荧光光子能量转换成电信号。这种机制可消除对分光计的需要,分光计是昂贵且庞大的组件。进一步借助标准电子电路,电信号可通过微处理器和软件放大和处理以显示水流中的最终铅离子浓度。
在第二个方面,提供了检测水样中的铅离子的方法(100),所述方法包括
i) 提供用于水中的铅离子检测的化学传感器,其包括布置在光电转换器中的传感器层,所述传感器层包含具有至少一个含硫的离子载体部分和荧光团部分的化合物(105);
ii) 测量由所述传感器层发射的荧光信号(115);和
iii) 将所述荧光信号归结于水中的铅离子浓度(120)。
根据各种实施方案,步骤ii)可包含用光电二极管测量由所述传感器层发射的荧光信号,由此测量荧光信号幅度的变化。
在第三个方面,提供了如上所述的化学传感器用于水中的铅离子检测的用途。
实施例
实施例1: 在水中的铅离子检测过程中使用具有至少一个硫离子载体部分和萘二甲酰亚胺荧光团部分的化合物的发射荧光光谱
在室温下在去离子(DI)水中制备硝酸铅溶液。水中的游离铅离子的浓度在0-30 μg/L的范围内。在测量之间没有进行传感器再生或传感器层的预处理或后处理,表明其具有实时传感能力。结果显示在图5中。可以看出,强度与铅离子的浓度成比例,由此能够实现可检测和可靠的铅离子测量。
实施例2: 具有至少一个含硫的离子载体部分和萘二甲酰亚胺荧光团部分的化合物在10ug/L铅离子水溶液的检测过程中的pH不敏感性
在这一实施例中,测量含硫的离子载体部分和萘二甲酰亚胺荧光团部分的化学传感器在10ug/L铅离子水溶液中的pH敏感性。结果显示在图6中。可以看出,该测量在整个pH范围内几乎恒定,表明所公开的化学传感器对水样中的pH值不敏感(或仅为可忽略不计的量)。
Claims (11)
1.用于水中的铅离子检测的化学传感器,其包括布置在光电转换器中的传感器层,所述传感器层包含至少一种具有至少一个含硫的离子载体部分和荧光团部分的化合物。
2.权利要求1的化学传感器,其中所述至少一个含硫的离子载体部分包含选自硫脲、硫代酰胺、硫醚、噻吩、噻唑、硫代吗啉、-NH-C(S)-NH-NH2及其组合的官能团。
6.权利要求1或2的化学传感器,其中所述荧光团部分选自1,2-双(2-氨基苯氧基)乙烷-N,N,N',N'-四乙酸(BAPTA)、2-(2'-吗啉基-2'-氧代乙氧基)-N,N-双(羟基羰基甲基)苯胺(MOBHA)、荧光素、罗丹明、萘二甲酰亚胺及其组合。
7.前述权利要求任一项的化学传感器,其中要检测铅离子的水是饮用水、海水、池水、河水、湖水、水产养殖水、废水及其组合。
8.前述权利要求任一项的化学传感器,其中所述光电转换器包括发光二极管(LED),由此光学通路经过滤光片;传感器层;随后有色玻璃滤光片和光电二极管。
9.检测水样中的铅离子的方法(100),所述方法包括
i) 提供用于水中的铅离子检测的化学传感器,其包括布置在光电转换器中的传感器层,所述传感器层包含具有至少一个含硫的离子载体部分和荧光团部分的化合物(105);
ii) 测量由所述传感器层发射的荧光信号(115);和
iii) 将所述荧光信号归结于水中的铅离子浓度(120)。
10.权利要求8的方法(100),其中步骤ii)包括用光电二极管测量由所述传感器层发射的荧光信号,由此测量荧光信号幅度的变化。
11.权利要求1至7任一项的化学传感器用于水中的铅离子检测的用途。
