In other embodiments, the water passing portion 11 and the water outlet portion 12 may have angles other than 90 degrees.
Referring to fig. 3, the water inlet joint 2 is provided with two water inlet parts 21, a connecting part 22, a water inlet channel 23, an external screw member 24 and a positioning rib 25, and the water inlet parts 21 and the connecting part 22 together form a water inlet main body part.
The water inlet portion 21 extends in the first direction (refer to fig. 5), the water inlet portion 21 further includes a spool mounting portion 211 and a covered portion 212, the spool mounting portion 211 is provided with a mounting hole 2111, the mounting hole 2111 communicates with the water inlet channel 23, and when the spool is mounted in the mounting hole 2111, an output end of the spool extends into the water inlet channel 23 to control water inlet, and subsequent assembly is facilitated by providing the spool mounting portion 211.
The connecting portion 22 extends in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction with respect to the water inlet portion 21; the outer side wall of the connecting part 22 is provided with a second limiting part 221 corresponding to the end part of the connecting part 22, the second limiting part 221 is in a groove, the end part of the connecting part 22 is configured to be in rotationally-locked plug-in fit with the end part of the water passing part 11 and in limit fit along a second direction, so that the water inlet part 21 is parallel to the water outlet part 12, the corresponding first limiting part 111 and the second limiting part 221 are exposed out when the water passing part is plugged in place, the water outlet joint 1 cannot rotate around an axis parallel to the second direction relative to the water inlet joint 2 when the water passing part is plugged in place, the water inlet joint 2 cannot slide along the second direction, the water inlet channel 23 is communicated with the water passing channel 13, and because the water inlet joint 2 is symmetrically two, the position of the water outlet part 12 is also determined when the water outlet part 12 is plugged in place, namely the distance between the water outlet part 12 and the two water inlet parts 21 is equal.
The water inlet channel 23 has two openings, one opening in the second direction at the end of the connecting portion 22 and the other opening in the first direction at the covered portion 212 of the water inlet portion 21.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, by the end of the water passing portion 11 extending into the opening (opening in the second direction) of the corresponding water inlet channel 23 to be plugged with the end of the connecting portion 22, the outer edge of the cross section of the end of the water passing portion 11 perpendicular to the extending direction thereof is non-circular, and the cross section of the water inlet channel 23 matches the cross section of the end of the water passing portion 11, thereby achieving the rotation stop, which is substantially square in this embodiment. Referring to fig. 5, the water inlet connector 2 is provided with a positioning rib 25 extending along the second direction, the positioning rib 25 protrudes from the inner wall of the water inlet channel 23, and when the end of the water passing portion 11 abuts against the corresponding positioning rib 25, the end of the water passing portion 11 is plugged in place, so that the end of the water passing portion 11 and the end of the connecting portion 22 are in limit fit along the second direction, the sealing groove 112 and the inner wall of the water inlet channel 23 form a sealing groove, the water inlet portion 21 is parallel to the water outlet portion 12, and the corresponding first limiting portion 111 and second limiting portion 221 are exposed outside. Wherein the sealing groove is opened along the plugging direction and is communicated with the groove of the first limiting part 111.
Referring to fig. 4, the number of the external screw members 24 is two, the external screw members 24 respectively wrap the corresponding wrapped portions 212, the external screw members 24 extend along the first direction, the external screw members 24 are provided with wrapping holes 241 extending along the first direction and anti-falling portions 242 protruding from the inner wall of the wrapping holes 241, the external screw members 24 are further provided with rotation stopping holes 243, the rotation stopping holes 243 penetrate through the anti-falling portions 242 along the first direction, when the external screw members 24 wrap the water inlet portion 21, the external screw members 24 cannot slide along the first direction relative to the water inlet portion 21, the rotation stopping holes 243 penetrate through the anti-falling portions 242 along the first direction, when the external screw members 24 wrap the external screw members 24, the external screw members 24 cannot rotate around an axis parallel to the first direction relative to the water inlet portion 21, water inlet is realized by the external screw members 24, and the external screw members 24 are stably installed and are not easy to run.
In the present embodiment, the male screw 24 is made of a metal having high strength, copper in the present embodiment, but other metals such as zinc may be used. It should be understood that, in other embodiments, the water inlet 21, the connecting portion 22, the external screw member 24 and the positioning ribs 25 may be integrally injection molded from the same resin material to form the water inlet channel 23, and the water inlet connector 2 is integrally molded from the resin material, which is low in cost and high in accuracy.
The connection unit 3 is fixedly connected with the water passing portion 11 and each connection portion 22, and the connection unit 3 is configured to cover each first limiting portion 111 and each second limiting portion 221, if only through the rotation-stopping plugging fit, although the water outlet connector 1 cannot rotate and slide relative to the water inlet connector 2, when a force opposite to the plugging direction is applied to the water inlet connector 2, the water inlet connector 2 is separated from the water outlet connector 1, and the plugging fit is easy to have a sealing problem.
In this embodiment, the connection unit 3 includes two connection members 31 to save material, the two connection members 31 extend along the second direction, the shape of the connection members is substantially annular, and the connection members respectively correspond to the ends of the two water passing portions 11 and cover the corresponding first limiting portion 111 and the corresponding second limiting portion 221, in the embodiment having the sealing groove 112, the first limiting portion 111 is a groove, the connection members 31 are configured to cover the corresponding sealing groove 112, the groove and the second limiting portion 221, the sealing groove 112 is covered, that is, the sealing groove is covered, the sealing area is increased by the arrangement of the sealing groove 112, so that the sealing effect is better, and water leakage is not easy.
In this embodiment, the number of the first limiting part 111 and the second limiting part 221 may be one or several, when the first limiting part is non-annular, the first limiting part 111 may have the effect of stopping rotation and stretching resistance when being covered by the connecting unit 3, and since in this embodiment, the end of the water passing part 11 and the end of the connecting part 22 are in the shape of the end of the water passing part 11 to be in the inserted connection and the connection, so as to have the function of stopping rotation, in this embodiment, the first limiting part 111 is an annular groove, which is convenient for processing, and the limiting area is large and stretching resistance is higher after being covered.
Of course, in other embodiments, without the seal groove 112, the first limiting portion 111 may also be formed as a protrusion, so as to achieve a tensile effect after injection molding; the second stopper 221 may also be formed as a protrusion to achieve a tensile effect after injection molding. Since the adaptor 10 is installed again, it is necessary to ensure that the water outlet 12 and the water inlet 21 are positioned relative to each other, for example, the position of the water outlet 14 and the position of the opening of the water inlet 23 are determined, in this embodiment, the water outlet 12 and the water inlet 21 are parallel to each other, so that subsequent installation is facilitated and interference in the die is prevented;
if the water outlet connector 1 and the water inlet connector 2 are assembled in a threaded manner, when the water outlet portion 12 and the water inlet portion 21 are parallel to each other, the water outlet portion 12 and the water inlet portion 21 may not be completely fastened, or when fastened, the water outlet portion 12 and the water inlet portion 21 are not parallel to each other, so that the problem of subsequent installation and water leakage is caused.
The application also provides a preparation method of the adapter 10, which is based on the adapter 10 of the double-handle faucet, and comprises the following steps:

Wherein the first molding cavity is configured as an assembly capable of positioning and supporting the male screw 24, the water inlet body portion molded by the first molding cavity includes a water inlet portion 21 and a connecting portion 22, the water inlet portion 21 extends along a first direction, and the connecting portion 22 extends along a second direction forming an angle with the first direction. The connecting portion 22 is formed with a second limiting portion 221 on an outer side wall thereof at an end far from the water inlet portion 21, and the water inlet portion 21 is at least partially covered by the external screw member 24 after being formed, wherein the second limiting portion 221 is formed as a groove.
And S23, a jointing step, namely jointing the end parts of the two water inlet joints 2 to the two ends of the water outlet joint 1 correspondingly, so that the water inlet channel 23 is communicated with the water channel 13, the corresponding first limiting part 111 and second limiting part 221 are exposed out, a sealing groove is formed between the sealing groove 112 and the inner wall of the water inlet channel 23, and the sealing groove is opened along the inserting direction.
S3, in the injection molding step, the water outlet joint 1 and the two water inlet joints 2 after being jointed are positioned in a second molding cavity of the adapter molding die, resin sizing material is injected into the second molding cavity, the connecting unit 3 is further molded, and the connecting unit 3 molded through the second molding cavity is fixedly connected with the water outlet joint 1 and the water inlet joints 2 through each first limiting part 111, each second limiting part 221 and the sealing groove 112 of Bao Fushang, so that the relative movement between the water outlet joint 1 and the two water inlet joints 2 is limited.
The two water inlet joints 2 and the one water outlet joint 1 are molded by the die, so that the precision is high, the assembly is convenient, the consistency is good, and the price is low.
It should be appreciated that the first and second limiting portions 111 and 221 may also be raised to achieve tensile strength.
The male screw 24 is made of copper to increase strength.
The water inlet 21, the connecting portion 22, the water outlet connector 1 and the connecting unit 3 are made of the same material, in this embodiment PARA, so that better adhesion and fixation are achieved.
In addition, since the water outlet connector 1 cannot rotate around the axis parallel to the second direction relative to the water inlet connector 2 when being plugged in place, the water inlet connector 2 and the water outlet connector 1 which are assembled can be prevented from rotating due to injection molding impact when being placed in a mold, and since the water inlet connector 2 and the water outlet connector 1 are positioned relatively, interference with the mold can not be generated when the mold is assembled, the water inlet part 21 or the external screw member 24 is convenient to assemble, and the water inlet part 21 or the external screw member 24 does not need to be coated when the connecting unit 3 is formed, the water inlet part 21 or the external screw member 24 can also serve as a positioning member of the assembled water inlet connector 2 and the water outlet connector 1 in the mold, so that the end part of the water inlet part 11 and the end part of the connecting part 22 can be completely coated when the connecting unit 3 is in a groove or a bulge state, and the connecting unit 3 is smooth and annular, and the surface is ensured.
Embodiment two:
A double-handle faucet comprises a faucet body 20, a valve core 30 and the adapter 10, wherein the faucet body 20 is fixedly connected with a water outlet 12 to finish water outlet. The output end of the valve core 30 extends into the water inlet channel 23, and the double-handle faucet has good tensile and sealing effects.
