The connecting part 22 extends along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction relative to the water inlet part 21; the outer side wall of the connecting portion 22 is provided with a second limiting portion 221 corresponding to the end portion of the connecting portion 22, the second limiting portion 221 is a groove, and the end portion of the connecting portion 22 is configured to be in non-rotation insertion fit with the end portion of the water passing portion 11 and in limiting fit along a second direction, so that the water inlet portion 21 is parallel to the water outlet portion 12 when the connecting portion is inserted in place, and the corresponding first limiting portion 111 and the second limiting portion 221 are exposed to the outside, so that the water outlet connector 1 cannot rotate around an axis parallel to the second direction relative to the water inlet connector 2 when the connecting portion is inserted in place, and cannot slide along the second direction relative to the water inlet connector 2, the water inlet channel 23 is communicated with the water passing channel 13, and because the water inlet connectors 2 are symmetrical two, when the connecting portion is inserted in place, the position of the water outlet portion 12 is also determined, that is the distance between the water outlet portion 12 and the two water inlet portions 21 is equal.
The water inlet channel 23 has two openings, one opening along the second direction at the end of the connecting portion 22, and the other opening along the first direction at the covered portion 212 of the water inlet portion 21.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the end of the water passing part 11 extends into the opening (the opening along the second direction) of the corresponding water inlet channel 23 to be inserted into the end of the connecting part 22, the outer edge of the cross section of the end of the water passing part 11 perpendicular to the extending direction thereof is non-circular, and the cross section of the water inlet channel 23 matches with the cross section of the end of the water passing part 11, so that the rotation stop is realized, and the water passing part is substantially square in the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 5, the water inlet connector 2 is provided with a positioning rib 25 extending along the second direction, the positioning rib 25 protrudes out of the inner wall of the water inlet channel 23, the end of the water passing portion 11 is inserted into the corresponding positioning rib 25 when abutting against the corresponding positioning rib 25, the end of the water passing portion 11 is in limit fit with the end of the connecting portion 22 along the second direction, the sealing groove 112 and the inner wall of the water inlet channel 23 form a sealing groove, the water inlet portion 21 is parallel to the water outlet portion 12, and the corresponding first limit portion 111 and the second limit portion 221 are exposed outside. Wherein the sealing groove is opened along the plugging direction and is communicated with the groove of the first limiting part 111.
Referring to fig. 4, the number of the external screw members 24 is two, and the external screw members 24 are respectively wrapped by the corresponding wrapped portions 212, the external screw member 24 extends along the first direction, the external screw member 24 is provided with a wrapping hole 241 extending along the first direction and an anti-falling portion 242 protruding out of the inner wall of the wrapping hole 241, the external screw member 24 is further provided with an anti-falling hole 243, the anti-falling portion 242 is penetrated through the anti-falling hole 243 along the first direction, the external screw member 24 is prevented from sliding along the first direction relative to the water inlet portion 21 when wrapping the water inlet portion 21 by the anti-falling portion 242, the anti-falling portion 242 is penetrated through the anti-falling hole 243 along the first direction, the external screw member 24 is prevented from rotating around an axis parallel to the first direction relative to the water inlet portion 21 when wrapping the water inlet portion 21, water is introduced by the dual-tap external water inlet pipe through the external screw member 24, and the external screw member 24 is stably installed and is not easy to run.
In the present embodiment, the male screw member 24 is made of a high strength metal, copper in the present embodiment, but other metals, such as zinc, may be used. It should be understood that, in other embodiments, the water inlet portion 21, the connecting portion 22, the external screw member 24 and the positioning rib 25 may be formed by integrally injection molding the same resin material and form the water inlet channel 23, and the water inlet connector 2 is integrally formed by the resin material, which is low in cost and high in precision.
The connection unit 3 is fixedly connected with the water passing part 11 and the connection parts 22, the connection unit 3 is configured to cover the first limit parts 111 and the second limit parts 221, if only through the rotation-stopping insertion fit, although the water outlet connector 1 cannot rotate and slide relative to the water inlet connector 2, when a force opposite to the insertion direction is applied to the water inlet connector 2, the water inlet connector 2 can be separated from the water outlet connector 1, and the insertion fit is easy to cause a sealing problem.
In the embodiment, the connection unit 3 includes two connection members 31 to save material, the two connection members 31 extend along the second direction, are generally annular, and respectively correspond to the ends of the two water passing portions 11 and cover the corresponding first limiting portion 111 and the second limiting portion 221, in the embodiment with the sealing groove 112, the first limiting portion 111 is a groove, the connection members 31 are configured to cover the corresponding sealing groove 112, the groove and the second limiting portion 221, the sealing groove 112 is covered by the covering, i.e., the sealing groove is covered, the sealing area is increased by the arrangement of the sealing groove 112, the sealing effect is better, and water leakage is not easy.
In this embodiment, the number of the first position-limiting portion 111 and the second position-limiting portion 221 may be one or several, and when the first position-limiting portion 111 and the second position-limiting portion 221 are non-annular, they may have the rotation-stopping and tensile-resisting effects when they are covered by the connecting unit 3, and in this embodiment, the end portion of the water passing portion 11 and the end portion of the connecting unit 22 are in the insertion fit of rotation-stopping by the shape of the end portion of the water passing portion 11, so as to have the rotation-stopping function, therefore, in this embodiment, the first position-limiting portion 111 is represented as an annular groove, which is convenient to process, and has a large position-limiting area after being covered, and is more tensile-resisting.
Certainly, in other embodiments, in the case that there is no sealing groove 112, the first limiting portion 111 may also be represented as a protrusion, and the tensile effect is achieved after injection molding; the second position-limiting portion 221 may also be embodied as a protrusion, and the tensile effect is achieved after injection molding. After the adapter 10 is installed again, it needs to be ensured that the water outlet portion 12 and the water inlet portion 21 are positioned with respect to each other, for example, the position of the water outlet 14 and the opening position of the water inlet channel 23 are determined, in this embodiment, the water outlet portion 12 and the water inlet portion 21 are parallel to each other, which facilitates subsequent installation and prevents interference when installed in a mold;
if the water outlet connector 1 and the water inlet connector 2 are assembled in a threaded connection mode, when the water outlet portion 12 and the water inlet portion 21 are parallel to each other, the water outlet portion 12 and the water inlet portion 21 may not be completely fastened, or when the water outlet portion 12 and the water inlet portion 21 are fastened, the water outlet portion 12 and the water inlet portion 21 are not parallel to each other, and therefore subsequent installation and water leakage are caused.
The application also provides a preparation method of the adapter 10, and the preparation method of the adapter 10 based on the double-handle faucet comprises the following steps:
s1, providing a water outlet joint 1, wherein the water outlet joint 1 is integrally injection-molded by a resin material, a first limiting portion 111 and a sealing groove 112 are respectively disposed at two ends of the outer side wall of the water outlet joint 1 corresponding to the water outlet joint 1, the first limiting portion 111 is a groove, the sealing groove 112 is communicated with the groove of the corresponding first limiting portion, and the water outlet joint 1 is further provided with a water passage 13 and a water outlet 14 communicated with the water passage 13.
S2, providing two water inlet joints 2, including the following steps:
s21, providing a copper external screw 24, where the external screw 24 extends along a first direction, the external screw 24 is provided with a covering hole 241 extending along the first direction and an anti-falling portion 242 protruding out of an inner wall of the covering hole 241, the external screw 24 is further provided with a rotation stopping hole 243, and the rotation stopping hole 243 penetrates through the anti-falling portion 242 along the first direction, where the external screw 24 is formed by casting or machining.
And S22, a water inlet main body part forming step, namely positioning the external thread part 24 into a first forming cavity of a water inlet joint forming die, and injecting resin glue into the first forming cavity to form the water inlet main body part so as to finish the preparation of the water inlet joint 2. The first molding cavity is configured to be capable of positioning and supporting a combination of the external thread member 24, the water inlet main body part molded by the first molding cavity comprises a water inlet part 21 and a connecting part 22, the water inlet part 21 extends along a first direction, and the connecting part 22 extends along a second direction forming an included angle with the first direction. The connecting portion 22 is formed with a second limiting portion 221 on an outer side wall thereof at an end away from the water inlet portion 21, and the water inlet portion 21 is at least partially covered by the external screw member 24 after being formed, wherein the second limiting portion 221 is a groove.
S23, a joining step, in which the ends of the two water inlet connectors 2 are correspondingly joined to the two ends of the water outlet connector 1, so that the water inlet channel 23 is communicated with the water channel 13, and the corresponding first limiting portion 111 and the second limiting portion 221 are exposed outside, and the sealing groove 112 and the inner wall of the water inlet channel 23 form a sealing groove which is open along the plugging direction.
S3, an injection molding step, positioning the joined water outlet connector 1 and two water inlet connectors 2 into a second molding cavity of the adapter molding mold, and injecting resin glue into the second molding cavity to mold the connection unit 3, wherein the connection unit 3 molded by the second molding cavity covers the first limiting parts 111, the second limiting parts 221, and the sealing groove 112 to realize the fixed connection with the water outlet connector 1 and the water inlet connector 2, thereby limiting the relative movement between the water outlet connector 1 and the two water inlet connectors 2.
Two water inlet connectors 2 and one water outlet connector 1 are formed by using a die, so that the precision is high, the assembly is convenient, the consistency is good, and the price is low.
It should be understood that the first limiting portion 111 and the second limiting portion 221 may also realize tensile resistance for the protrusion.
The externally threaded member 24 is made of copper for increased strength.
The water inlet part 21, the connecting part 22, the water outlet connector 1 and the connecting unit 3 are made of the same material, in this embodiment, the PARA, so as to be better bonded and fixed.
Moreover, because the water outlet connector 1 can not rotate around the axis parallel to the second direction relative to the water inlet connector 2 when the water inlet connector 2 and the water outlet connector 1 are inserted in place, the rotation caused by injection molding impact can be prevented when the assembled water inlet connector 2 and the assembled water outlet connector 1 are placed in a mold, and because the water inlet connector 2 and the water outlet connector 1 are relatively positioned, does not interfere with the mold when being assembled in the mold, facilitates assembly, and since the water inlet part 21 or the male screw 24 is not required to be coated when the connection unit 3 is molded, therefore, the water inlet part 21 or the external screw member 24 can also be used as a positioning member of the assembled water inlet joint 2 and the assembled water outlet joint 1 in the mold to suspend the end of the water passing part 11 and the end of the connecting part 22 so that the connecting unit 3 can be completely covered when the first limiting part 111 and the second limiting part 221 are grooves or protrusions, so that the connecting unit 3 is annular and the surface is smooth.
The second embodiment:
a double-handle faucet comprises a faucet body 20, a valve core 30 and the adapter 10, wherein the faucet body 20 is fixedly connected with a water outlet part 12 to finish water outlet. The output end of the valve core 30 extends into the water inlet channel 23, and the double-handle faucet has good tensile and sealing effects. The number of the valve cores 30 corresponds to that of the water inlet parts 21 and is fixedly connected with the water inlet parts 21, and when the water heater is used, the two water inlet parts 21 can be respectively connected with a hot water pipe and a cold water pipe and are controlled by the valve cores 30 to realize temperature adjustment.

the outer side wall of the water inlet joint is provided with a second limiting part corresponding to the end part of the water inlet joint, and the second limiting part is a groove or a bulge; the water inlet joint is provided with a water inlet channel, the end parts of the two water inlet joints are correspondingly jointed to the two ends of the water outlet joint so as to enable the water inlet channel to be communicated with the water passing channel, and the first limiting part and the second limiting part are exposed outside when the water inlet joint is jointed with the water outlet joint; and
And the connecting unit is used for coating each first limiting part and each second limiting part in an injection molding manner so as to fixedly connect the water outlet joint and the water inlet joint to prevent the water outlet joint and the water inlet joint from being separated.

4. The adapter of claim 3, wherein: the connecting unit comprises two connecting pieces, and the two connecting pieces correspond to the end parts of the two water passing parts respectively and coat the corresponding first limiting part and the second limiting part.

The adapter of claim 2, wherein: the outer side wall of the water passing part is also provided with two sealing grooves which are respectively arranged at two ends of the water passing part, and the end part of the water passing part extends into the corresponding water inlet channel to be inserted with the end part of the connecting part; the sealing groove and the inner wall of the water inlet channel form a sealing groove when the sealing groove is inserted in place, and the sealing groove is opened along the inserting direction.

The adapter of claim 2, wherein: the outer edge of the cross section of the end part of the water passing part in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the water passing part is non-circular, and the cross section of the water inlet channel is matched with the cross section of the end part of the water passing part.
