本发明属于润滑油技术领域,尤其属于加氢型润滑组合物类,具体涉及一种性能满足API SN+标准要求的发动机润滑油组合物。
背景技术
随着我国国民经济的飞速发展,日益严重的环境问题越来越受到业界重视,现阶段实施的国Ⅴ排放及2020年7月实施的国Ⅵ都深刻反映出国家对环境保护治理的决心和方向。随着排放法规要求的苛刻,主机厂在发动机设计上也进行了一系列变革,当前国内外主流的涡轮增压直喷发动机技术在带来高效率的同时也增大了出现低速早燃的几率。
SN+是美国API组织根据发动机设计的变化,为解决出现的低速早燃情况于2018年正式颁布的最新汽油机油规格,该规格的油品相对于SN级别只是增加了抗低速早燃的性能保护,特别适用于目前装配了直喷汽油机的发动机润滑。现阶段能满足API SN+标准要求的润滑油组合物已成为研究热门。

本发明的目的在于提供一种润滑油组合物,该润滑油组合物属于加氢型润滑油组合物,其性能满足API SN+标准要求,该组合物在API标准程序Ⅸ抗早燃台架中表现出了优异的抗早燃特性,同时在NEDC节能试验中表现出了优异的节能性,具有优异的抗早燃性能和节能效果。该组合物除可用于有SN+质量级别要求的发动机润滑,还特别适用于对燃油经济性要求比较苛刻,需要有节能效果的润滑机件。
为达上述目的,本发明通过对添加剂机理和配伍性研究,对润滑油组合物中的各类型金属清净剂、无灰分散剂、抗氧抗磨剂进行了重新组合,打破了传统润滑油的清净体系,并配合抗氧、减摩剂的相互作用,在控制油品灰分的同时,保障了清净性、抗氧抗磨性,赋予了润滑油组合物优异的抗早燃特性和节能性,满足直喷汽油机的用油需求。
本发明提供一种润滑油组合物,该润滑油组合物包括以下组分及含量:
组分A:至少两种金属清净剂,1.5-3.0wt%;
组分B:至少一种无灰分散剂,3.0-5.0wt%;
组分C:至少三种抗氧抗磨剂,1.5-3.0wt%;
组分D:至少一种减摩剂,0.5-1.0wt%;
组分E:至少一种黏指剂,3.0-8.0wt%;
组分F:至少一种降凝剂,0.2-0.5wt%;
组分G:至少一种抗泡剂,0.001-0.010wt%;
组分H:至少两种基础油,80.0-90.0wt%。
本发明的组分A为至少两种金属清净剂,约占组合物总重量的1.5-3.0%,其优选的适宜范围为1.5-2.5%;
优选的,组分A为烷基水杨酸盐和烷基苯磺酸盐中的至少两种。
更优选的,组分A为烷基水杨酸钙、烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基苯磺酸镁、水杨酸镁以上任意两者或三者的混合物。
本发明的组分B为至少两种无灰分散剂,约占组合物总重量的3.0-5.0%,其优选的适宜范围为3.0-4.0%。
优选的,组分B为高分子丁二酰亚胺或聚异丁烯单丁二酰亚胺或聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺或以上任意两者或三者的混合物。
本发明的组分C为至少三种抗氧抗腐抗磨剂,约占组合物总重量的1.5-3.0%,其优选的适宜范围为2.0-3.0%。
优选的,组分C为丁辛基二硫代磷酸锌、双辛基二硫代磷酸锌、异丙基异辛基二硫代磷酸锌、胺类无灰抗氧剂、酚类无灰抗氧剂、酯类无灰抗氧剂以上任意三者或四者的组合物。
更优选的,胺类无灰抗氧剂为而二烷基二苯胺;酚类无灰抗氧剂为酚酯型;酯类无灰抗氧剂为氨基甲酸酯。
本发明的组分D为至少一种减摩剂,约占组合物总重量的0.5-1.0%,其优选的适宜范围为0.5-0.8%。
优选的,组分D为脂肪胺类减摩剂、甘油酯类减摩剂或有机钼减摩剂以上一种或两种的组合物。
更优选的,脂肪胺类减摩剂为酰胺类牛油酯减摩剂;甘油酯类减摩剂为含受阻酚甘油酯;有机钼类减摩剂为氨基甲酸钼。
本发明的组分E为至少一种粘度指数改进剂,约占组合物总重量的3.0-8.0%,其优选的适宜范围为3.0-7.0%。
优选的,组分E为非分散型乙烯丙烯共聚物类型中的一种。
本发明的组分F为至少一种降凝剂,约占组合物总重量的0.2-0.5%,其优选的适宜范围为0.2-0.4%。
优选的,组分F为烷基萘型降凝剂和聚α烯烃降凝剂中的至少一种。
本发明的组分G为至少一种抗泡剂,约占组合物总重量的0.001-0.010%,其优选的适宜范围为0.003-0.005%。
优选的,组分G为二甲基硅油、烷基丙烯酸共聚物和烷基聚酰胺或中的至少两种。
本发明的组分H为至少两种基础油,约占组合物总重量的80.0-90.0%,其优选的适宜范围为80.0-85.0%。
优选的,组分H为性能满足APIⅢ类基础油标准要求的两种或两种以上的高粘度指数加氢基础油组合物。
本发明润滑油组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:先将按比例所需量的基础油组分H加入带搅拌器的不锈钢调合釜中,升温至60~80℃下搅拌2小时后,将按比例所需量的抗泡剂G加入到调合釜中继续搅拌2小时,再将按比例所需量的降凝剂F、黏度指数改进剂E依次加入到调合釜中继续搅拌2小时,再依次加入按比例所需量的无灰分散剂B、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂C、金属清净剂A、减摩剂D,在60~80℃下继续搅拌4小时,至混合物均匀。
为使本发明的润滑油组合物具备优异的抗早燃特性,同时不会因提高抗早燃性而损失油品的清净性、节能性,本发明对各种添加剂进行了系统全面的考察,发现通过优化清净剂种类及比例,复配特殊的抗氧、分散剂,可在降低油品灰分的情况下,不会造成清净性能的下降。同时通过合理复配抗磨减摩剂,有效避免了清净剂种类变更造成的节能性能下降。在研究过程中,添加剂种类的选择和比例的确定,直接决定了成品油的最终性能表现。例如,金属清净剂的钙盐和镁盐在抗早燃特性表现中呈现了两个相反的结果,钙盐会促进早燃情况的发生,而镁盐会降低早燃的发生。不同清净剂间的组合搭配,呈现出的高温清净性也各不相同。本发明中为使产品具有较好的抗早燃特性,有意降低了产品的硫酸盐灰分,致使配方产品中清净剂含量要低于普通发动机油,清净性能的下降通过和分散剂、抗氧剂的协同作用来弥补。本发明通过多种模拟试验手段,对不同类型添加剂间及同种类型不同组成的添加剂间进行了系统繁杂的筛选和优化复配,通过NEDC、1.5TGDI机械损失、2.0T+/1.5TGDI早燃测试、程序Ⅸ标准台架确定了最终润滑油组合物成分。
本发明调配的润滑油组合物,产品的硫含量为0.20~0.25%(质量),磷含量为0.06~0.07%(质量),碱值为7.0~8.0mgKOH/g,硫酸盐灰分为0.65~0.8%(质量),具有优异的抗早燃特性和燃油经济性,本发明的润滑油组合物能通过SN+标准要求中程序Ⅸ发动机台架试验,在NEDC、1.5TGDI机械损失、2.0T+/1.5TGDI早燃测试中本发明润滑油组合物也表现出了优异的节能性、抗早燃性、清净性。

具体实施方式
本发明的效果通过下面的实施例进一步说明。但下面的实施例不是限值本发明的范围,任何不超出本发明的构思和范围的改动,都在本发明的范围之内。
为了筛选基础油和添加剂组分,本发明在实验室采用了热管氧化、MTM摩擦特性、PDSC(诱导期)等模拟试验方法,分别评价油品的高温清净分散性、减摩性及氧化安定性。模拟试验条件分别是:热管氧化试验温度设定280℃,MTM(Mini Traction Machine)试验机用于评价油品在弹性流体动压润滑、边界/混合条件下的摩擦系数,是节能型汽油机油产品的重要评价方法,本研究试验设定140℃36N下50%滑滚比,PDSC氧化诱导期设定温度210℃。

上述实施例1中的碱值为350~400的磺酸镁用相同质量的碱值为350~400的水杨酸镁替换,聚异丁烯单丁二酰亚胺用相同质量的聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺替换,其它组分与质量相同。

以生产本发明产品100Kg为例所用的原料及其质量比为:
上述实施例2中的碱值为395~420的烷基苯磺酸钙用相同质量的碱值为300~314的合成磺酸钙替换,聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺用相同质量的聚异丁烯单丁二酰亚胺替换,其它组分与质量相同。
为验证本发明润滑油组合物的效果采用本发明实施例制备的发动机润滑油与市售汽油机油1和市售机油汽油2进行了实验室模拟性能评价和发动机台架试验,实验室模拟性能评价试验结果如下表1所示:

如图1所示,为使用本发明实施例1,润滑油组合物与市售汽油机油的MTM测试结果。由表1、图1的数据可以看出,与市售汽油机油相比,本发明的润滑油组合物在热管氧化、PDSC氧化诱导期模拟试验评价中与市售汽油机油相近,摩擦系数小于市售参比油,本发明的润滑油组合物具有优异的燃油经济性。

由表2数据可以看出,本发明实施例1的润滑油组合物通过了SN+质量指标要求的程序IX抗早燃发动机台架试验,在1.5TGDI、2.0T+发动机早燃测试中也表现出了优异的抗早燃特性;在1.5TGDI、NEDC测试中,与参比油相比具有较好的燃油经济性。
Claims (13)
1.一种润滑油组合物,其特征在于,包括以下组分及含量:
组分A:至少两种金属清净剂,1.5-3.0wt%;
组分B:至少一种无灰分散剂,3.0-5.0wt%;
组分C:至少三种抗氧抗磨剂,1.5-3.0wt%;
组分D:至少一种减摩剂,0.5-1.0wt%;
组分E:至少一种黏指剂,3.0-8.0wt%;
组分F:至少一种降凝剂,0.2-0.5wt%;
组分G:至少一种抗泡剂,0.001-0.010wt%;
组分H:至少两种基础油,80.0-90.0wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述组分A的含量为1.5-2.5wt%,所述组分B的含量为3.0-4.0wt%,所述组分C的含量为2.0-3.0wt%,所述组分D的含量为0.5-0.8wt%,所述组分E的含量为3.0-7.0wt%,所述组分F的含量为0.2-0.4wt%,所述组分G的含量为0.003-0.005%wt%,所述组分H的含量为80.0-85.0wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述组分A为烷基水杨酸盐和烷基苯磺酸盐中的至少两种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述烷基水杨酸盐为烷基水杨酸钙和水杨酸镁中的至少一种;所述烷基苯磺酸盐为烷基苯磺酸钙和烷基苯磺酸镁中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述组分B为高分子丁二酰亚胺、聚异丁烯单丁二酰亚胺和聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述组分C为为丁辛基二硫代磷酸锌、双辛基二硫代磷酸锌、异丙基异辛基二硫代磷酸锌、胺类无灰抗氧剂、酚类无灰抗氧剂和酯类无灰抗氧剂中的至少三种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述胺类无灰抗氧剂为苯胺类;所述酚类无灰抗氧剂为酚酯型;所述酯类无灰抗氧剂为氨基甲酸酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述组分D为脂肪胺类减摩剂、甘油酯类减摩剂和有机钼类减摩剂中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述脂肪胺类减摩剂为酰胺类牛油酯减摩剂;所述甘油酯类减摩剂为含受阻酚甘油酯减摩剂;所述有机钼类减摩剂为氨基甲酸钼。
10.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述组分E为非分散型乙烯丙烯共聚物。
11.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述组分F为烷基萘型降凝剂和聚α烯烃降凝剂中的至少一种。
12.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述组分G为二甲基硅油、烷基丙烯酸共聚物和烷基聚酰胺中的至少一种。
13.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述组分H为满足APIⅢ类基础油标准要求的高粘度指数加氢基础油组合物中的至少两种。
