Technical Field
Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of machinery, and in particular, to a support device for being disposed in a vacuum apparatus, a vacuum apparatus in which the support device is mountable, and a vacuum system.
Background
In some cases, the test object needs to be placed in a vacuum device for testing, and the influence of external force such as earthquake on the test object needs to be prevented in the testing process, for example, the test object is prevented from swinging due to the external force such as earthquake. Particularly in the case where the test object is suspended in the vacuum apparatus, the test object is highly susceptible to such an influence and sways due to lack of horizontal support. Disclosure of Invention

According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a support device for arrangement within a vacuum device, comprising: an annular mounting portion configured to be detachably mounted to an upper portion of the vacuum apparatus; a plurality of first rod pieces extending along the vertical direction, wherein the first ends of the first rod pieces are connected to the annular mounting part and are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the annular mounting part; and the supporting parts are arranged on the first rod piece at intervals along the vertical direction and are used for supporting a plurality of horizontal supporting pieces, and the horizontal supporting pieces are used for providing horizontal support for the object to be supported.

The plurality of first bars 20 may be fixedly connected to the annular mounting portion 10 by, for example, welding, and the plurality of supporting portions 30 may also be fixedly connected to the first bars 20 by welding. In the embodiment of the present invention, the annular mounting portion 10 is a flange provided with a plurality of mounting holes 14, and is mounted to the vacuum apparatus through the mounting holes 14. The vacuum device is provided with a corresponding connecting portion for mounting the annular mounting portion 10, the connecting portion can be an inner flange arranged inside the vacuum device, a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the connecting portion, the mounting hole 14 is connected with the connecting holes through a fastener, and therefore the annular mounting portion 10 is connected with the connecting portion. The mounting holes 14 and the connecting holes may be threaded holes, and the fasteners may be bolts. Positioning holes 16 may also be provided on the annular mounting portion 10 to indicate the mounting orientation. The locating holes 16 may be pin holes for mating with pins. Under the condition of meeting the strength, the annular mounting part 10 can be correspondingly grooved according to the requirement.
In one embodiment, a vacuum apparatus includes: a cylinder body; the upper end cover, detachably installs to the barrel, and the upper end cover is equipped with connecting portion. Therefore, after the upper end cover is separated from the barrel body, the supporting device can be connected to the lower portion of the upper end cover through the connecting portion without being limited by the barrel body, then the upper end cover connected with the supporting device is installed on the barrel body, and the supporting device can enter the barrel body.
The object to be supported is suspended in the vacuum apparatus, for example, by means of a bracket, which is also mounted to the connection of the vacuum apparatus, for example, by means of a flange. Therefore, after the upper end cover is separated from the cylinder body, the support connected with the object to be supported can be connected to the connecting part, then the supporting device is connected to the connecting part, the supporting device is sleeved outside the support and the object to be supported, then the connection of the horizontal supporting piece between the object to be supported and the supporting device is completed, the upper end cover connected with the support and the supporting device can be installed on the cylinder body, and the support and the supporting device are both arranged in the vacuum device.
Support 30 is connected to the horizontal support to provide support thereto. The horizontal support may be in any suitable shape such as rod, plate, etc. One end of the horizontal support is connected to the object to be supported, and the other end is connected to the support 30 so as to be supported between the object to be supported and the support 30. The connection between the support 30 and the horizontal support may be by any suitable means, such as a snap fit, a threaded fit, etc. In one embodiment of the present invention, the support part 30 is a pin seat, the horizontal support part is provided with a bayonet lock, and the connection of the horizontal support part and the support part 30 is realized through the cooperation of the bayonet lock and the pin seat.
The support device of the present invention may or may not include the horizontal support. I.e. the horizontal support may or may not be considered part of the support means. The horizontal support may include a damping structure to provide shock absorption and cushioning. It should be noted that in the present invention, the horizontal support member does not necessarily extend in the horizontal direction, but is used to provide horizontal support during operation. In some embodiments, the horizontal support comprises a horizontal rod and a damping structure, one end of the horizontal rod is disposed on the object to be supported, the other end of the horizontal rod is detachably connected with one end of the damping structure, and the other end of the damping structure is detachably connected with the supporting portion 30.
The number and positions of the first pin 20 and the support 30 may be set according to information of the size, shape, weight, etc. of the object to be supported in combination with the actual circumstances. The first pins 20 may be symmetrically arranged, and the number thereof may be 4, 6, 8, etc. The supporting portion 30 may be disposed inside the first rod 20, which is a side of the first rod 20 facing the inside of the supporting device, so as to facilitate the connection of the supporting portion 30 with a horizontal supporting member of an object to be supported inside the supporting device.
In some embodiments, the first rod 20 is a hollow structure, the annular mounting portion 10 is provided with a first through hole 12, and an opening of a first end of the first rod 20 is communicated with the first through hole 12. The hollow structure can reduce the weight of the first rod piece 20, and is convenient for transporting and installing the supporting device. By communicating the opening of the first end of the first pin 20 with the first through hole 12, the gas in the first pin 20 can be sufficiently exhausted during evacuation, and the influence of the gas staying in the first pin 20 on the degree of vacuum can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 5, the first through-hole 12 of the annular mounting portion 10 may be a stepped through-hole including a first portion having a larger radial dimension and a second portion having a smaller radial dimension, and the first end of the first pin 20 is fitted to the first portion and welded to the annular mounting portion 10 at the first portion while the opening of the first end of the first pin 20 is in aligned communication with the second portion of the stepped through-hole.
In some embodiments, the position for connecting the first pin 20 and the position for providing the mounting hole 14 may coincide with each other or be too close to each other on the annular mounting portion 10, causing interference. In this case, such a collision is avoided by providing the U-shaped connector 40 as a transition. In these embodiments, the supporting device further includes a U-shaped connector 40, and the first end of the first pin 20 is connected to the annular mounting portion 10 through the U-shaped connector 40 at a position near the mounting hole 14. The U-shaped connection member 40 may be connected to the ring-shaped mounting portion 10 and the first pin 20 by welding.

The base plate 42 of the U-shaped connecting piece 40 faces the first rod piece 20, the opening opposite to the base plate 42 faces the annular mounting portion 10, the mounting hole 14 is at least partially located between the two side plates 44, and an accommodating space is formed by a cavity between the two side plates 44 of the U-shaped connecting piece 40, so that a fastener matched with the mounting hole 14 can be inserted into the accommodating space, the mounting of the fastener is facilitated, and the blocking of the first rod piece 20 is avoided.
As shown in fig. 6, the second through-hole 46 of the base plate 42 may be a stepped through-hole including a first portion having a larger radial dimension and a second portion having a smaller radial dimension, the first end of the first pin 20 being fitted to the first portion and welded to the base plate 42 at the first portion while the opening of the first end of the first pin 20 is in aligned communication with the second portion of the stepped through-hole.
In some embodiments, the supporting device further includes a plurality of second bars 50, and the second bars 50 connect two first bars 20 adjacent to each other to ensure the rigidity and strength of the first bars 20, prevent the first bars 20 from being excessively deformed during the manufacturing, transportation and on-site hoisting processes to affect the installation, and prevent the first bars 20 from being largely deformed or damaged when subjected to external forces such as an earthquake to affect the normal use thereof. 4. The support device of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of second bars connecting two of the first bars adjacent to each other.
5. The supporting device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second rod is a hollow structure, and a third through hole is provided on a side wall of the second rod.
6. The support device of claim 2, wherein the second end of the first rod is provided with a constriction for guiding the second end of the first rod to be inserted into a stop collar on the inner wall of the vacuum device.
7. The support device of claim 6, wherein the constriction is provided with a fourth through hole communicating with the opening of the second end of the first rod.
8. The support device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a latch is provided at the middle of the first rod for engaging with a latch slot on the inner wall of the vacuum device for limiting.
9. The support device of claim 8, wherein the second bar is connected to the first bar at a location proximate to an inner side of the first bar facing an interior of the support device.
10. The support device of claim 1, wherein the support portion is a pin boss.
11. The support device of claim 1, wherein the support device comprises the plurality of horizontal supports, the horizontal supports comprising a damping structure.
12. A vacuum device within which a support device can be mounted, comprising:
a cylinder body;
the upper end cover is detachably mounted to the cylinder body and provided with a connecting part;
wherein the connecting part is provided with: after the upper end cover is separated from the cylinder body, the upper end cover is connected with the supporting device, and then the supporting device is installed in the cylinder body along with the installation of the upper end cover to the cylinder body.
13. The vacuum apparatus according to claim 12,
a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the side wall of the middle of the barrel and are used for being matched with a plurality of clamping pieces of the supporting device, and the notches of the clamping grooves face upwards; and/or
