In the second embodiment, the assembly process of the bottom lining 9 and the washing machine can be as follows: firstly, each supporting insert 10 is placed on the upper end face of each supporting column 11, the bottom face of each insert 10 is attached to the upper end face of each supporting column 11, the accommodating groove of each insert 10 faces the bottom of the outer barrel 3 of the washing machine, then the washing machine box body 1 is placed on the bottom liner 9, the enclosing plate of the bottom liner 9 is attached to the bottom surface of the washing machine box body 1, each supporting column 11 on the upper bottom plate of the bottom liner 9 is matched with the position of the supporting body 8 of the bottom of the outer barrel 3, and therefore when the washing machine box body 1 is placed on the bottom liner 9, the position of the box body 1 is limited by the enclosing plate of the bottom liner 9, the inserts 10 on the bottom plate just correspond to the supporting structure of the bottom of the outer barrel 3, and the effect that the bottom liner 9 can stably support the outer barrel 3 is achieved.
In another assembling process, because the insert 10 is designed to have a top portion provided with a receiving groove matched with the supporting body 8, and a reverse tapered boss 91 structure is provided in the receiving groove, thereby the insert 10 and the supporting body 8 have certain connection stability, the insert 10 can be firstly installed at the end portion of each supporting body 8, then the washing machine box body 1 is placed on the bottom liner 9, the supporting column 11 and the insert 10 stably support the outer tub 3 of the washing machine, the assembling process can prevent the washing machine from being placed after the insert 10 is placed on the supporting column 11, and the insert 10 is easy to be stressed and is deviated in position, which is not beneficial to assembly.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (12)

1. A washing machine comprises a box body and an outer barrel of the washing machine arranged in the box body of the washing machine, and is characterized in that the box body is placed on a bottom lining, and a supporting structure is convexly arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel to be supported and fixed on the bottom lining;
the supporting structure comprises a supporting body arranged on the barrel bottom, and the bottom lining comprises a bottom plate and a coaming arranged around the bottom plate;
the bottom liner is provided with a bearing part corresponding to a supporting structure on the bottom of the outer barrel, the bearing part comprises a bulge structure extending out of the bottom of the outer barrel, the bulge structure comprises a supporting column integrally connected with the bottom plate and an insert arranged on the end surface of the supporting column, the top surface of the insert is provided with an accommodating groove, the supporting body is of a cylindrical structure, the accommodating groove is a circular groove, and the inner diameter of the accommodating groove is matched with the outer diameter of the supporting body;
A guide limiting structure is arranged in the accommodating groove and comprises a boss arranged at the bottom of the accommodating groove, and the boss guides the support body to slide downwards so as to be fixedly inserted into the accommodating groove; the lug boss is of an inverted cone structure, the upper end face is smaller than the lower end face, and the peripheral wall of the lug boss is a conical surface.
2. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the support structure comprises a plurality of support members provided on the bottom of the tub, the ends of the support members being supported on the base.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the support body is a cylindrical structure disposed in parallel with an axial center of the outer tub.
4. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the supports are distributed around the centre of the bottom of the outer tub.
5. A washing machine as claimed in claim 4 wherein the support structure comprises three supports distributed around the centre of the tub bottom.
6. A washing machine as claimed in claim 5 wherein the supports are evenly spaced around the centre of the end surface of the base of the outer tub to provide an outer rim of the base of the outer tub.
7. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein the base of the cabinet is located within the enclosure, the receptacle being provided on the base, the support structure bearing against the raised formation.
8. A washing machine as claimed in claim 7 wherein the support comprises a plurality of raised structures corresponding to the supports on the bottom of the outer tub, and each support abuts against a raised structure.
9. A washing machine as claimed in claim 7 wherein the insert has a hardness greater than that of the support post, the support body being supported on the insert.
10. A washing machine as claimed in claim 9 wherein the insert is of cylindrical configuration with a base surface engaging the top surface of the support post, the support body being secured in the receptacle by insertion.
11. The washing machine as claimed in claim 10, wherein the bottom of the support body is formed with a hole slot, and the hole slot is inserted into the guide limit structure and fixed in the receiving slot of the insert.
12. A washing machine as claimed in claim 11 wherein the slot is fitted over the boss.
