Claims (10)

The feed acidifier is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-30% of benzoic acid, 10-15% of anhydrous citric acid, 10-20% of lactic acid, 5-15% of fumaric acid, 4-10% of L-malic acid, 2-6% of sorbic acid, 5-15% of sodium butyrate, 4-10% of silicon dioxide, 2-10% of HPMC, 0.5-1% of talcum powder and 10-30% of palmitic acid.

The feed acidifier according to claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-15% of benzoic acid, 10-15% of anhydrous citric acid, 10-16% of lactic acid, 10-15% of fumaric acid, 4-8% of L-malic acid, 2-5% of sorbic acid, 10-15% of sodium butyrate, 4-8% of silicon dioxide, 2-6% of HPMC, 0.5-1% of talcum powder and 10-20% of palmitic acid.

The feed acidifier according to claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 12.5% benzoic acid, 12.5% citric acid anhydrous, 16% lactic acid, 12.5% fumaric acid, 6% L-malic acid, 3% sorbic acid, 12.5% sodium butyrate, 6% silica, 3% HPMC, 1% talc and 15% palmitic acid.
4. The feed acidifier according to claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10% benzoic acid, 15% citric acid anhydrous, 15% lactic acid, 12% fumaric acid, 4% L-malic acid, 2% sorbic acid, 15% sodium butyrate, 4% silica, 2% HPMC, 1% talc and 20% palmitic acid.
5. The feed acidifier according to claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15% benzoic acid, 15% citric acid anhydrous, 12.5% lactic acid, 15% fumaric acid, 8% L-malic acid, 5% sorbic acid, 10% sodium butyrate, 5% silica, 2% HPMC, 0.5% talc and 12% palmitic acid.

The preparation device of the feed acidifier is characterized by comprising a mixing device, a granulating device, a drying device and a coating device, wherein the mixing device is arranged above the granulating device, the granulating device is connected with the drying device, the drying device is arranged below the granulating device, and the coating device is connected below the drying device.

The feed acidifier preparation device according to claim 6, wherein the mixing device comprises a mixing box, a first feed port, a second feed port, a spraying mechanism, a first screen, a second screen, a pulverizer and a first discharge port, the first feed port is arranged at the top of the mixing box, the second feed port is arranged at the left side of the mixing box, the first discharge port is arranged at the bottom of the mixing box, the spraying mechanism, the first screen, the second screen and the pulverizer are arranged in the mixing box, the spraying device is arranged below the first feed port, the first screen is arranged below the spraying mechanism, the pulverizer is arranged below the second feed port and the first screen, and the second screen is arranged below the pulverizer.

The preparation device of the feed acidifying agent of claim 7, wherein the granulating device comprises a granulating box body, a third feeding port, a compression roller, a cutting knife, a scraper and a second discharging port, the third feeding port is arranged at the top of the granulating box body, the second discharging port is arranged at one side of the granulating box body, the compression roller is arranged at the top in the granulating box body, the cutting knife is arranged below the compression roller, and the scraper is arranged below the cutting knife.

The preparation device of the feed acidifying agent of claim 8, wherein the drying device is a microwave dryer, the drying device comprises a drying box, a fourth feeding port, a microwave drying device and a third discharging port, the fourth feeding port is arranged at the top of the drying box, the fourth feeding port is connected with the second discharging port, the microwave drying device is arranged in the drying box, and the third discharging port is arranged at the bottom of the drying box.

The feed acidifier preparation device according to claim 9, wherein the coating device comprises a coating box body, a fifth feed inlet, a stirrer, a liquid storage tank, a filter screen and a fourth discharge outlet, the fifth feed inlet is arranged at the top of the coating box body, the fifth feed inlet is connected with the third discharge outlet, the stirrer and the filter screen are arranged in the coating box body, the stirrer is arranged at the upper end of the coating box body, the filter screen is arranged at the lower end of the coating box body, the liquid storage tank is connected with the stirring shaft of the stirrer, and the fourth discharge outlet is arranged at one side of the coating box body.
