Background
In recent years, with the rapid development of national aerospace technology, a launching site is not limited to a launching pad, and maneuver launching is more and more suitable for various small spacecraft launching tasks. When a particular vehicle is maneuver launched in a field gravel environment, a shelter is needed that must be easily disassembled, assembled, and transported in order to protect the safety of the mission personnel while allowing the mission personnel to observe the post-launch condition. Because the environment after the emission is special, people can observe the external conditions conveniently in the shelter.
The existing military shelter is mostly used for shooting defense, and some of the existing military shelter is too fixed in structural aspect and inconvenient to detach, assemble and transport.

Aiming at the defects or improvement demands of the prior art, the invention provides a shelter device for the field and an installation method thereof, and aims to realize rapid assembly and disassembly in the field environment and facilitate transportation and storage.

And two adjacent first plate bodies 11 and two adjacent second plate bodies 21 are fixedly connected through a pull-type door lock 5 (see fig. 11) or a connecting sheet 6 (see fig. 12), and two connecting bolts 61 can be respectively inserted into two ends of the connecting sheet 6 to connect the two adjacent first plate bodies 11 or the two adjacent second plate bodies 21), so that quick connection between the two adjacent first plate bodies 11 and the two adjacent second plate bodies 21 is realized.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the adjacent two first boards 11 and the adjacent two second boards 21 may be further connected in a positioning and detachable manner by other positioning mechanisms and connecting mechanisms, which is not limited in this aspect of the present invention.
Referring again to fig. 3, the top surface of each first plate 11 has a slope 111, and each slope 111 is inclined downward, thereby preventing rainwater from accumulating at the top.
Illustratively, each first plate 11 and each second plate 21 has a rubber gasket 8 on an outer edge thereof to provide a seal between adjacent first plates 11 or adjacent second plates 21.
In addition, the first plate 11 or the second plate 21 is provided with a positioning pin 211 and a positioning sleeve 31 which are matched with each other, so that the first plate 11 and the second plate 21 are positioned, and the installation efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, each first plate 11, each second plate 21 and each side plate 3 comprise a skeleton structure and skins arranged on two sides of the skeleton structure, and polyurethane foam is filled in the skeleton structure, so that quality among monomers is reduced, and assembly, disassembly and transportation are facilitated.
Illustratively, the skeletal structure and the skin are both aluminum structural members.
Referring again to fig. 4, the bottom surface of the second plate body 21 has square aluminum pipe welds 212 which allow the shelter to better accommodate uneven sandy ground.
Fig. 13 is an assembly schematic diagram of support rods provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the shelter device further includes a plurality of support rods 7, the plurality of support rods 7 are arranged in a crossing manner, one end of each support rod 7 is detachably inserted into the top of one side plate 3, and the other end of each support rod 7 is detachably inserted into the top of the opposite other side plate 3, so that reliable support for the top plate 1 is realized through the support rods 7, and the first plate bodies 11 are ensured to be at the same horizontal height.
Illustratively, the top of each side plate 3 has a support recess 34 to accommodate the support bar 7.
Illustratively, the top of each side plate 3 is provided with an anchor tab 33, and each anchor tab 33 is in threaded engagement with the corresponding side plate 3, so that the shelter device can be reliably fixed by connecting the ropes via the anchor tab 33.
Fig. 14 is a flowchart of an installation method of a shelter apparatus for the field according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14, the installation method is based on the shelter apparatus, and the installation method includes:
s101, assembling the plurality of first plate bodies 11 and the plurality of second plate bodies 21 together to form the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 2.
S102, based on the cooperation of the positioning pins 211 and the positioning sleeves 31, the plurality of side plates 3 are inserted on the corresponding second plate bodies 21.
S103, connecting the adjacent two side plates 3 by a plurality of connectors 4.
S103, placing the top plate 1 on top of the plurality of side plates 3, and connecting each side plate 3 and the corresponding first plate body 11 through the plurality of connecting members 4.
That is, according to the mounting method of the shelter device for the field provided by the embodiment of the invention, through the positioning cooperation of the first plate 11, the second plate 21, the side plate 3, the positioning pin 211 and the positioning sleeve 31, the connecting piece 4 is firmly connected, so that the rapid positioning, assembly and disassembly in the field environment can be realized, and the transportation and storage are convenient.
It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that the foregoing description is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention, but any modifications, equivalents, improvements or alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
Claims (8)
1. A shelter arrangement for use in the field, characterised in that the shelter arrangement comprises a roof (1), a floor (2), a plurality of side panels (3) and a plurality of connectors (4);
the top plate (1) comprises a plurality of first plate bodies (11) which are arranged in parallel, a plurality of first plate bodies (11) are detachably connected together, the bottom plate (2) comprises a plurality of second plate bodies (21) which are arranged in parallel, a plurality of second plate bodies (21) are detachably connected together, a plurality of positioning pins (211) are arranged on each second plate body (21), a plurality of positioning sleeves (31) are inserted into the bottoms of the side plates (3), a plurality of side plates (3) are sequentially surrounded together, the positioning pins (211) are inserted into the corresponding positioning sleeves (31), a plurality of side plates (3) are arranged in a U-shaped mode, an observation hole (32) is formed in one side plate (3), toughened glass (321) is inserted into the observation hole (32), and two adjacent side plates (3) and the opposite first plate bodies (11) are detachably connected together through a plurality of connecting pieces (4);
each connecting piece (4) comprises two connecting plates (41) and an L-shaped rod (42), each connecting plate (41) is provided with a guide pipe (43) on the side edge, one connecting plate (41) is positioned on one side plate (3), the other connecting plate (41) is positioned on the bottom surface of the other side plate (3) or the first plate body (11), and the vertical rod of the L-shaped rod (42) is detachably and coaxially inserted into the two guide pipes (43) of the corresponding connecting piece (4);
one of the connection plates (41) has a hook (44), the hook (44) being located on one side of the conduit (43) to limit the cross-bar rotation of the L-bar (42).
2. A shelter device for the wild according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting piece (4) comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate, on which connecting bolts for connecting the side plates (3) or the first plate body (11) are inserted, a side edge of the first connecting plate is fixedly connected with a side edge of the second connecting plate, and an included angle is formed between the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate.
3. A shelter device for the wild according to claim 1, characterized in that two adjacent first boards (11) and two adjacent second boards (21) are positioned by means of the insertion fit of a positioning pin (211) and a positioning sleeve (31), and two adjacent first boards (11) and two adjacent second boards (21) are fixedly connected by means of a pull-type door lock (5) or a connecting piece (6).
4. A shelter apparatus for use in the field according to any of claims 1-3, in which the number of side panels (3) is 5, the observation holes (32) are located in the middle of the side panels (3), and both side panels (3) on either side of the observation holes (32) are of U-shaped configuration.

A shelter apparatus for the outdoors according to any of the claims 1-3, characterised in that each of the first panels (11), each of the second panels (21) and each of the side panels (3) comprises a skeleton structure and a skin arranged on both sides of the skeleton structure, the skeleton structure being filled with polyurethane foam.
6. A shelter apparatus for the field according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the shelter apparatus further comprises a plurality of support rods (7), a plurality of the support rods (7) being arranged crosswise, and that one end of each support rod (7) is detachably inserted on top of one of the side plates (3), and that the other end of each support rod (7) is detachably inserted on top of the opposite other side plate (3).
7. A shelter apparatus for the wild according to any of claims 1-3, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that each side panel (3) has an earth anchor tab (33) on top, the screw fit between each earth anchor tab (33) and the corresponding side panel (3).
8. A method of installing a shelter apparatus for use in the field, the method being based on a shelter apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, the method comprising:
-assembling together a plurality of said first plates (11) and a plurality of said second plates (21) to form said top plate (1) and said bottom plate (2);
based on the matching of the positioning pins (211) and the positioning sleeves (31), inserting the side plates (3) on the corresponding second plate bodies (21);
connecting two adjacent side plates (3) through a plurality of connecting pieces (4);
the top plate (1) is placed on top of a plurality of side plates (3) and is connected with each side plate (3) and the corresponding first plate body (11) through a plurality of connecting pieces (4).
