According to the arrangement, polyester fiber cotton falls into the guide groove 5 after coming out of the discharge port 6 of the yarn folding and curling equipment 2, the polyester fiber cotton slides onto the conveying device below the guide groove 5 along the guide groove 5, the conveying device conveys the polyester fiber cotton to the first opening 4 of the second platform 3, the polyester fiber cotton directly falls into the slideway box 7 through self gravity, and the polyester fiber cotton slides downwards along the slideway box 7 and slides into the relaxation heat setting equipment through the second opening; therefore, the polyester cellucotton is prevented from directly entering the relaxation heat setting equipment after coming out of the discharge port 6 of the yarn folding and curling equipment 2 and sequentially passing through the guide groove 5, the conveying device and the slideway box 7, and the polyester cellucotton can be flattened by the cooperation of the conveying device and the slideway box 7, so that the polyester cellucotton entering the relaxation heat setting equipment is ensured not to be accumulated; thereby solving the problem that the polyester fiber cotton is easy to be piled up after coming out from the yarn folding and curling equipment in the prior art.
