1. The method for preventing sunburning and whitening of citrus is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing a spray-whitening coating: stirring and uniformly mixing the film forming agent, the filler and water, sanding, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain a finished product of the white spraying paint;
the film forming agent is prepared from hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, pectin, 818 seaweed concentrated fertilizer and water;
the filler is any one or a combination of more of talcum powder and titanium dioxide;
(2) and (3) white spraying of the whole tree: in sunny days from late 6 months to late 7 months every year and at the temperature of more than 30 ℃, the first time of whole tree whitening is carried out on the citrus trees by using the whitening paint, the second time of whole tree whitening is carried out in the middle 8 months by using the whitening paint, and the third time of whole tree whitening is carried out in the middle 9 months by using the whitening paint.

4. A method of anti-sunburn whitening of citrus fruit as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the filler in the step (1) is prepared from talcum powder and titanium dioxide according to the proportion of 1: 1 by weight ratio.
5. A method of anti-sunburn whitening of citrus fruit as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the granularity of the filler in the step (1) is more than or equal to 800 meshes.
6. A method of anti-sunburn whitening of citrus fruit as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the citrus is a Wo citrus.
