Referring to fig. 1, the spraying device 6 at least includes a first spraying pipe, the first spraying pipe is disposed on the cleaning frame and located on the fixed spraying station of the annular cleaning line 11, the first spraying pipe is provided with a spraying nozzle facing the annular cleaning line 11, and when the transportation disc assembly 22 moves to the spraying station, the first spraying pipe extracts the cleaning water from the water tank 12 and sprays and cleans the exterior of the whole pig viscera.
The discharge device comprises:
a first unlocking striker 71 (refer to fig. 9 and 10) which is arranged on the cleaning frame 1, and when the clamping device 3 moves to a preset unloading position on the annular cleaning line 11, the first unlocking striker 71 is used for colliding with the handle 33 on the clamping device 3 and linking the clamping device 3 to unlock the pig intestines;
a second unlocking striker 72 (refer to fig. 11 and 12) provided on the wash rack 1, the second unlocking striker 72 being configured to collide with a side panel of the transport device 2 and to interlock the side panel of the transport device 2 to be opened when the transport device 2 moves to a preset discharge position on the annular wash line 11;
a sensor 73 and a scraper 74 (refer to fig. 13) are provided on the wash rack 1, and when the transporter 2 moves to a preset discharge position on the endless wash line 11, the sensor 73 is used to control the scraper 74 to move down and block the pig viscera so that the pig viscera are discharged from the side plates of the transporter 2 during the movement of the transporter 2.
In this embodiment, when the tray 222 drives the clamping device 3 to move to a preset unloading position (i.e., an unloading station) on the annular cleaning line 11, the first unlocking striker 71 collides with the handle 33 on the clamping device 3, so that the handle 33 is pressed down to rotate, and at this time, the clamping device 3 can loosen the pork intestines;
then, the second unlocking collision rod 72 collides with a side plate of the tray 222 and is linked with the side plate of the transportation device 2 to be opened, specifically, the side plate at the rear side of the tray 222 is a hinged opening-closing plate and is opened and closed in a magnetic suction mode, a protrusion matched with the second unlocking collision rod 72 is arranged on the upper side of the tray 222, and when the tray 222 moves to a preset unloading position, the second unlocking collision rod 72 collides with the protrusion and opens the opening-closing plate;
finally, the sensor 73 senses that the tray 222 is at the preset unloading position, the scraper 74 is controlled to move downwards to the preset position and block the pig viscera, the pig viscera are unloaded from the tray 222 by the scraper 74 in the process that the tray 222 continues to move, and the scraper 74 is controlled to move upwards to reset after the sensor 73 senses that the current tray 222 leaves the preset unloading position.
As shown in fig. 13, the annular cleaning line 11 is provided with a discharge port 13, the discharge port 13 is located at a preset discharge position on the annular cleaning line 11, and a discharge chute 14 is arranged at the bottom of the discharge port 13; the pig viscera discharged by the scraper 74 fall to the discharge port 13 and are carried out through the discharge chute 14.
Referring to fig. 14, the self-cleaning apparatus includes:
a plurality of second shower 81 that set up on wash rack 1 distribute side by side on the self-cleaning section on annular cleaning line 11 and with water tank 12 intercommunication, second shower 81 is arranged in drawing cleaning water and washs empty conveyer 2 that carries from water tank 12.
In this embodiment, after the cleaned pig viscera is removed, the empty tray 222 continues to move and reaches the self-cleaning section on the annular cleaning line 11, the cleaning sewage remained in the empty tray 222 needs to be cleaned in the self-cleaning section so as to be conveniently loaded on the new pig viscera to be cleaned, the plurality of second spraying pipes 81 are all provided with spraying nozzles facing the annular cleaning line 11, and the tray 222 is sprayed in the moving process of the tray 222, so that the cleaning of the tray 222 is completed.
As shown in fig. 15, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a cleaning method for a cleaning apparatus, including:
s101, when the conveying device 2 moves to a loading station on the annular cleaning line 11, loading the pig viscera on the conveying device 2;
s102, when the transporting device 2 moves to a clamping station on the annular cleaning line 11, clamping the pig intestines of the pig viscera through the clamping device 3;
s103, when the conveying device 2 moves to a first water supply section on the annular cleaning line 11, cleaning water is extracted from the water tank 12 through the intermittent water supply device and is conveyed to the clamping device 3, so that water is injected into the pig intestines for the first time for cleaning;
s104, when the transporting device 2 moves to a second water supply section on the annular cleaning line 11, cleaning water is extracted from the water tank 12 through the intermittent water supply device and is conveyed to the clamping device 3, so that water is injected into the pig intestines for the second time for cleaning;
s105, when the conveying device 2 moves to a washing station on the annular washing line 11, washing water is extracted from the water tank 12 through the washing device, and the pig stomach of the pig viscera is washed and cleaned;
s106, when the conveying device 2 moves to a spraying station on the annular cleaning line 11, cleaning water is extracted from the water tank 12 through the spraying device 6, and the whole pig viscera is sprayed and cleaned;
s107, when the conveying device 2 moves to the unloading station on the annular cleaning line 11, unloading the cleaned pig viscera from the conveying device 2 through the unloading device;
and S108, when the transporting device 2 moves to the self-cleaning section on the annular cleaning line 11, carrying out spray cleaning on the empty transporting device 2 through the self-cleaning device so as to load the pig viscera to be cleaned next.
In the embodiment, the pig viscera is driven to move on the annular cleaning line 11 through the conveying device 2, in the moving process, the pig intestines of the pig viscera are clamped through the clamping device 3, the intermittent water supply device supplies water twice to clean the pig intestines through water injection, the pig stomach of the pig viscera is washed through the washing device, the spraying device 6 sprays and cleans the whole pig viscera externally, the whole pig viscera can be cleaned, the cleaned pig viscera is unloaded through the unloading device, and the conveying device 2 is cleaned through the self-cleaning device to load the next pig viscera to be cleaned.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be easily made by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning apparatus, comprising:
the cleaning frame is provided with an annular cleaning line and a water tank positioned on the inner side of the annular cleaning line;
the conveying device is arranged on the cleaning frame and used for loading the pig viscera and moving on the annular cleaning line;
the clamping device is arranged on the conveying device and used for clamping the pig intestines in the pig viscera and injecting water;
the intermittent water supply device is arranged on the cleaning frame, and when the transportation device drives the pig viscera to move to a preset water supply section on the annular cleaning line, the intermittent water supply device is used for extracting cleaning water from the water tank and conveying the cleaning water to the clamping device so as to inject water to clean the pig intestines;
the washing device is arranged on the washing frame, and is used for extracting washing water from the water tank and washing and cleaning pig stomachs in the pig viscera when the conveying device drives the pig viscera to move to a preset washing section on the annular washing line;
the spraying device is arranged on the cleaning frame, and is used for extracting cleaning water from the water tank and spraying and cleaning the whole pig viscera when the conveying device drives the pig viscera to move to a preset spraying section on the annular cleaning line;
the discharging device is arranged on the cleaning frame and used for discharging the sprayed and cleaned pig viscera from the conveying device;
and the self-cleaning device is arranged on the cleaning frame and is used for self-cleaning the unloaded conveying device so as to load the next pig viscera to be cleaned.
2. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein the transport device comprises:
the annular transmission chain assembly is arranged on the cleaning frame;
a carrier plate assembly mounted on the endless drive chain assembly for carrying pig viscera;
the driving piece is arranged on the cleaning frame and is linked with the annular transmission chain assembly, and the driving piece is used for driving the annular transmission chain assembly to transmit so as to link the conveying disc assembly to the annular cleaning line to move circularly.
3. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein the clamping device comprises:
a fixing plate mounted on the carrier tray assembly;
the clamping assembly is arranged on the fixing plate and is provided with two opposite clamping hands;
the handle is used for controlling the two clamping hands to clamp or open;
and the water injection pipe is positioned between the two clamping hands, so that the pig intestines are sleeved in the water injection pipe and then are controlled to be clamped by the two clamping hands to clamp the pig intestines on the water injection pipe.
4. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the intermittent water supply means comprises:
the annular electric rail is arranged on the cleaning frame and positioned on the outer side of the annular transmission chain assembly, and a plurality of power supply sections corresponding to the plurality of preset water supply sections are arranged on the annular electric rail;
the electric induction water pumping assembly is arranged on the transport disc assembly, the transport disc assembly moves between the annular transmission chain assembly and the annular electric track, and when the transport disc assembly moves to each power supply section, the electric induction water pumping assembly is used for extracting cleaning water from the water tank and conveying the cleaning water to the clamping device so as to perform water injection cleaning on the pig intestines.
5. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 4, wherein the electric induction water pumping assembly comprises:
one end of the pipeline assembly extends into the water tank, and the other end of the pipeline assembly is connected to the clamping device;
the water pump is arranged on the transportation disc assembly and used for controlling the pipeline assembly to pump cleaning water from the water tank and convey the cleaning water to the clamping device;
the electric brush is arranged on the transportation disc assembly and is connected with the water pump;
when the transportation disc assembly moves to each power supply section, the electric brush is electrically connected with the power supply section to drive the water pump to draw cleaning water from the water tank and convey the cleaning water to the clamping device.
6. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein the flushing device comprises:
the sliding rail is arranged on the cleaning frame;
the balancer is assembled on the slide rail;
the cleaning pipe fitting is arranged on the balancer, one end of the cleaning pipe fitting extends into the water tank, and the other end of the cleaning pipe fitting faces the annular cleaning line;
the electromagnetic valve is arranged on the cleaning frame and is connected with the cleaning pipe fitting;
the inductor is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning frame, is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve and is used for controlling the electromagnetic valve to be opened and closed;
and the foot-operated reset connecting rod is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning frame and is positioned above the inductor, and when the foot-operated reset connecting rod is forced to move downwards and is pressed against the inductor, the inductor controls the electromagnetic valve to open and drives the cleaning pipe fitting to extract cleaning water from the water tank and wash and clean the pig stomach of the pig viscera.
7. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein the discharge device comprises:
the first unlocking striker is arranged on the cleaning frame, and when the clamping device moves to a preset unloading position on the annular cleaning line, the first unlocking striker is used for colliding with a handle on the clamping device and linking the clamping device to untie the pig intestines;
the second unlocking collision rod is arranged on the cleaning frame, and is used for colliding a side plate of the conveying device and linking the side plate of the conveying device to open when the conveying device moves to a preset unloading position on the annular cleaning line;
the sensor and the scraper are arranged on the cleaning frame, and when the conveying device moves to a preset unloading position on the annular cleaning line, the sensor is used for controlling the scraper to move downwards and blocking the pig viscera so as to enable the pig viscera to be unloaded from the side plates of the conveying device in the moving process of the conveying device.
8. The cleaning equipment according to claim 7, characterized in that an unloading port is arranged on the annular cleaning line, the unloading port is located at a preset unloading position on the annular cleaning line, and a delivery chute is arranged at the bottom of the unloading port.
9. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein the self-cleaning device comprises:
and the second spray pipes are arranged on the cleaning frame and are distributed on the self-cleaning sections on the annular cleaning line side by side and communicated with the water tank, and the second spray pipes are used for extracting cleaning water from the water tank and cleaning the unloaded conveying device.

loading the pig viscera on the transport device while the transport device is moved to a loading station on the annular cleaning line;
when the transporting device moves to a clamping station on the annular cleaning line, clamping the pig intestines of the pig viscera through the clamping device;
when the transporting device moves to a first water supply section on the annular cleaning line, cleaning water is extracted from the water tank through the intermittent water supply device and is conveyed to the clamping device, so that water injection cleaning is performed on the inner part of the pig intestines for the first time;
when the transporting device moves to a second water supply section on the annular cleaning line, cleaning water is extracted from the water tank through the intermittent water supply device and is conveyed to the clamping device, so that water injection cleaning for the second time is performed on the inner part of the pig intestines;
when the transportation device moves to a washing station on the annular washing line, washing water is drawn from the water tank by the washing device, and the pig stomach of the pig viscera is washed and cleaned;
when the conveying device moves to a spraying station on the annular cleaning line, cleaning water is extracted from the water tank through the spraying device, and the whole pig viscera is sprayed and cleaned;
when the conveying device moves to a discharging station on the annular cleaning line, discharging cleaned pig viscera from the conveying device through the discharging device;
when the transporting device moves to the self-cleaning section on the annular cleaning line, the transporting device which is unloaded is sprayed and cleaned through the self-cleaning device so as to load the next pig viscera to be cleaned.
