An intelligent dishwashing system and a method of operating the same according to some embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to fig. 1-4.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an intelligent dishwashing system, comprising:
the slag removal device 1 is used for removing slag from tableware to be cleaned;
the main washing device 2 is used for washing the tableware after deslagging;
a rinsing device 3 for rinsing the washed tableware
And the conveying device passes through the main washing device 2 through the deslagging device 1 and extends to the rinsing device 3, and is used for conveying the tableware to be treated to the deslagging device 1, the main washing device 2 and the rinsing device 3 in sequence.
The working principle of the intelligent tableware cleaning system is as follows:
the conveying device firstly conveys the tableware to be cleaned to the deslagging device 1 (note here that the tableware to be cleaned can be placed in the carrying basket 4 as described below, then the conveying device conveys the carrying basket 4 to the deslagging device 1, the following description will also illustrate that the tableware to be cleaned is placed in the carrying basket 4 to be sequentially treated, of course, other open containers can be used to replace the carrying basket 4), the deslagging device 1 carries out deslagging treatment on the tableware to be cleaned, after deslagging is completed, the conveying device conveys the descaled tableware to the main washing device 2 for cleaning treatment, after cleaning is completed, the conveying device conveys the cleaned tableware to the rinsing device 3 for rinsing treatment, and after rinsing is completed, the conveying device can convey the rinsed tableware to the outside of the rinsing device 3.
It is thus clear that this tableware cleaning system can independently accomplish the slagging-off of treating the washing tableware, main washing and rinsing operation, and degree of automation is high, has saved the manpower, has improved work efficiency, has also reduced the human cost simultaneously, and in addition, above-mentioned each device can work simultaneously, realizes the operation of washing the dishes in succession promptly, has promoted work efficiency greatly.
In this embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the main washing device 2 includes three stations spaced apart along the extension direction perpendicular to the conveying device, which are a first main washing station a1, a transfer station a3 and a second main washing station a2, wherein the first main washing station a1 and the second main washing station a2 are used for main washing of dishes to be washed, and the transfer station a3 is used for transfer waiting of the dishes to be washed entering the main washing device 2. As shown in fig. 3, the first main washing station a1 and the second main washing station a2 are symmetrically disposed at both sides of the transfer station a 3.
In addition, the main washing apparatus 2 further includes a transfer assembly and a carriage 22, the carriage 22 is disposed on the transfer assembly, and the transfer assembly is used for driving the carriage 22 to reciprocate along the first main washing station a1, the transfer station a3 and the second main washing station a 2; and the carriage 22 is formed with a first station b1 and a second station b2 along a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the conveying device. Wherein, in an embodiment, the transmission assembly may be, for example, a rack and pinion structure driven by a motor.
Hereinafter, a washing process of the dishes to be treated (dishes to be washed) will be described in detail.
As can be seen from the above-described structure, when the first station b1 of the rack 22 is located at the first main washing station a1 of the main washing device 2 and the second station b2 of the rack 22 is located at the transfer station a3 of the main washing device 2, the first basket loaded with the first batch of dishes (i.e., the basket 4) is first conveyed to the second station b2 of the rack 22, and then the transfer assembly drives the rack 22 to move the first basket along the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the conveying device, so that the second station b2 of the rack 22 moves to the second main washing station a2 of the main washing device 2, i.e., the first basket loaded with the first batch of dishes is also located at the second main washing station a2, the first station b1 of the rack 22 moves to the transfer station a3 of the main washing device 2, and then the main washing device 2 starts washing the first batch of dishes using the second main washing station a2, and at the same time, the apparatus 1 also removes the second batch of dishes, since the time for removing the residues is shorter than the time for the main wash, when the main wash of the first batch of dishes has not yet finished, the operation for removing the residues of the second batch of dishes has already finished and the second carrying basket carrying the second batch of dishes is transported to the first station b1 of the tray 22, since the first station b1 of the tray 22 is located right at the transfer station a3 of the main wash apparatus 2 at this time, the second batch of dishes waits for the main wash;
when the main washing of the first batch of dishes at the second station b2 of the rack 22 is completed, the transfer assembly drives the rack 22 to move along the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the conveying device, so that the first station b1 of the rack 22 moves to the first main washing station a1 of the main washing device 2, that is, the second carrying basket carrying the second batch of dishes is located at the first main washing station a1, the second station b2 of the rack 22 moves to the transfer station a3 of the main washing device 2, then the main washing device 2 starts to wash the second batch of dishes by using the first main washing station a1, and the first batch of dishes at the second station b2 of the rack 22 is located at the transfer station a3 of the main washing device 2, the first carrying basket carrying the first batch of dishes is conveyed from the main washing device 2 to the rinsing device 3, and the first carrying basket carrying the first batch of dishes is rinsed, and when the rinsing is completed, the first carrying basket carrying the first carrying batch of dishes is conveyed out of the rinsing device 3, and at the same time, the second batch of tableware is still being main washed, the slag removing device 1 has finished the slag removing work for the third batch of tableware and conveys the third carrying basket loaded with the third batch of tableware to the second station b2 of the carrier 22, and at this time, the second station b2 of the carrier 22 is just at the transfer station a3 of the main washing device 2, i.e. the third batch of tableware is at the transfer station a3 of the main washing device 2 to wait for the main washing, after the main washing of the second batch of tableware is finished, the transfer assembly drives the carrier 22 to move along the direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the conveying device, so that the first station b1 of the carrier 22 moves to the transfer station a3 of the main washing device 2, the second station b2 of the carrier 22 moves to the second main washing station a2 of the main washing device 2, i.e. the third carrying basket loaded with the third batch of tableware is at the second main washing station a2, and then the main washing device 2 starts to wash the third batch of tableware by using the second main washing station a2, at the same time, the second basket loaded with the second batch of dishes is transferred from the main washing unit 2 to the rinsing unit 3 for rinsing, and the operation of continuously washing dishes is performed in this cycle.
It can be seen that the deslagging, the main washing and the rinsing are executed in parallel, and the two stations of the bracket 22 are matched with the double main washing station and the transfer station a3 of the main washing device 2, so that the time matching among the deslagging, the main washing and the rinsing is realized, and the tableware is washed continuously at a high speed.
Optionally, the deslagging time is not more than 30s, the main washing time is not more than 50s, the rinsing time is not more than 15s, after parallel operation, the total deslagging, main washing and rinsing time can be controlled within 50s, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved, and preferably, the deslagging time is 30s, and the main washing time is 45 s.
