Abstract
本申请实施例公开了一种治疗癌症的中药组合物及其用途。所述治疗癌症的中药组合物包括土瓜根、臭草、两面针、冬虫夏草、蒲公英、半枝莲、丹参、姜黄、土茯苓、五味子、柴胡、灵芝、人参和鳖甲。本申请实施例所公开的组合物和所得产品可以帮助恢复和增强患者的代谢功能以及他们的免疫系统,并可以帮助激活患者体内的愈合潜力,作为药物或保健品,可以提供比市场上其他基于中药的产品有更多的健康益处。

技术领域
本申请涉及中药相关技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种治疗癌症的中药组合 物及其用途。
背景技术
天然植物产品,包括传统药用植物、动物及其部分和提取物,长期以来在 世界许多地方,例如中国及其周边国家,被用于提高健康。益处包括改善个人 的整体健康状况,以及治疗或预防与某些疾病和病症相关的症状。然而,要从 这些药用植物或草药中找到正确的提取物组合,以避免明显的副作用,同时增 强或保持其效力,尤其是当这些提取物直接相互混合或经过最少的加工时,是 一个很棘手的问题。正如传统草药从业者所熟知的那样,有些的植物功效可以 相互抵消,而有些植物的组合则可以增强所需的药效或提供协同效益和优势。
植物成分或提取物已被用作保健或药物产品,以治疗人类的各种症状和疾 病,包括抗癌、炎症、关节痛、心血管疾病、荷尔蒙失调等。这种用途的例子 可以在美国专利或申请号5494668、5916565、5707630、5565199、5910307、 6200594、20070020346、201602432050714中找到。使用天然草药或植物的保健 品进行治疗通常毒性或副作用低。这至少部分归因于我们的身体从天然饮食中 选择性吸收有益成分的天然能力。
相比之下,传统的药物制剂往往伴随着强烈的副作用。例如,常规用于治 疗癌症的化学疗法通常会导致接受治疗的患者出现恶心、呕吐、疲劳、口腔炎、 食管炎或腹泻。因此,无论是作为保健品还是药物,都需要持续开发大量植物 性抗癌和其他抗病制剂。
发明内容
本申请的第一方面提供了一种治疗癌症的中药组合物。
所述治疗癌症的中药组合物包括土瓜根、臭草、两面针、冬虫夏草、蒲公 英、半枝莲、丹参、姜黄、土茯苓、五味子、柴胡、灵芝、人参和鳖甲。
根据本申请的一个优选实施方式,所述治疗癌症的中药组合物包括按重量 百分比计的如下组分:

本申请的第二方面提供了一种中药制剂。所述中药制剂由上述任意一项所 述的治疗癌症的中药组合物制备而成。
根据本申请的一个优选实施方式,所述中药制剂包括但不限于胶囊剂、颗 粒剂、片剂、丸剂、口服液、合剂、糖浆剂。
本申请的第三方面提供了上述治疗癌症的中药组合物的用途,即所述的治 疗癌症的中药组合物在制备治疗淋巴瘤、白血病、鼻咽癌、肝癌、结肠直肠癌、 食道癌或胸癌药物中的用途。
本申请的第四方面提供了上述治疗癌症的中药组合物的用途,即所述的治 疗癌症的中药组合物在制备增强人的免疫系统和/或改善新陈代谢药物中的用 途。
与现有技术相比,本申请实施例的治疗癌症的中药组合物具有如下有益效 果:
本申请实施例的治疗癌症的中药组合物结合了行气活血和化瘀的中药,例 如葫芦科植物和丹参,以及帮助支持免疫系统的草药,例如冬虫夏草和灵芝; 此外,优选将其他药物提取物以特定比例添加到配方中,可以实现协同作用, 提高处于压力下的人的各种身体机能,无论是来自疾病如癌症还是治疗方案如 化疗。
因此,本申请实施例所公开的组合物和所得产品可以帮助恢复和增强患者 的代谢功能以及他们的免疫系统,并可以帮助激活患者体内的愈合潜力,作为 药物或保健品,可以提供比市场上其他基于中药的产品有更多的健康益处。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,下面将对本申请实施例 中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一 部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技 术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本 申请保护的范围。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征 可以相互组合。
本申请实施例涉及食品或营养保健品,特别是包括来自传统中药植物或菌 类的提取物的草药保健品。它们可以用于改善患者健康,包括缓解或预防某些 疾病和症状(如癌症)。本申请实施例公开的配方可以通过激发“气”和经络或 以其他方式增加体内的淋巴循环来提升健康。这有助于增强人的免疫系统的功 能并协助代谢过程。在一个实施方案中,其可用于支持患者的免疫和代谢功能, 尤其是对于那些患有诸如癌症等疾病,或接受过例如化疗治疗的患者。在各种 实施方案中,癌症的种类可包括淋巴瘤、白血病、鼻咽癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、 食道癌、胸癌等。
一方面,本申请涉及来自多种药用植物、真菌、草药和动物部分的提取物 的组合物或混合物。在各种实施方案中,可以选择来自以下药用植物/真菌/动 物提取物中的任何四、五、六、七、八、九、十、十一、十二、十三或十四种 以制备本申请的组合物:
土瓜根、臭草、两面针、冬虫夏草、蒲公英、半枝莲、丹参、姜黄、土茯 苓、五味子、柴胡、灵芝、人参、鳖甲。
其中:
土瓜根,也被称为王瓜、日本蛇瓜、Trichosanthes Pilosa或Trichosanthesovigera的根。东亚和东南亚部分地区栽培,含有β-胡萝卜素、脂肪酸、氨基 酸、维生素C、番茄红素等。它用于解毒、改善循环,有时用作化妆品或抗氧化 剂。土瓜根可采收、水洗、干燥、压榨或磨成粉末药用。
臭草,也被称为狗屎龙香。它在世界各地被广泛用于药用植物,包括古罗 马时作为毒蛇咬伤的解毒剂。臭草提取物可以通过干燥植物并研磨成粉末来制 备。
两面针以祛瘀、行气、止痛、疏通经络著称。当局部使用时,它还用于解 毒和消除肿胀或炎症。两面针的药用部位包括根、茎和其他部位,通常全年采 收,水洗,切片,晒干,然后磨成粉末。两面针的优选药用部位是其根部。
冬虫夏草是一种昆虫病原真菌,主要分布于青藏高原和喜马拉雅地区。它 寄生于蛾科的幼虫并产生子实体,在传统中药中用作草药。它含有复合虫草素。 深褐色的茎状子实体通常用手采集,可以干燥、切片或加工成粉末。
蒲公英,全株包括根、茎、叶和花,均可入药。它被认为具有许多健康益 处,包括降低胆固醇、调节血糖和血压、增强免疫力和帮助消化。它的各部位 可以干燥、切片和机械加工成粉末。
半枝莲是唇形科薄荷科的开花植物。有时被称为带刺黄芩,这种多年生草 本植物已被用于治疗癌症、肝炎和肺脓肿。它含有红花素、异红花素、黄芩素、 β-谷甾醇和硬脂酸。半枝莲的各部分,尤其是地上部分,通常经过干燥后用于 药用。
丹参,也被称为红鼠尾草或中国鼠尾草。它是丹参属的多年生植物,中药 重用其根部。在丹参中发现的最丰富的成分之一是丹参酮IIA。它已被用于治 疗心血管疾病。
姜黄,是姜科姜黄的根团(根茎)。其主要成分之一是姜黄素。其根团制 成的干粉已被用于治疗许多心血管疾病。
土茯苓,中药用于去氧化、化湿、润滑关节。已发现其成分具有抗炎和免 疫调节作用,参见例如G.Liang等人,Phytomedicine,(June,2019) 59:152772。收获后,其根块干燥后可做药用。
五味子,它用作药用可参见Lu Y、Chen DF,“Analysis of Schisandra chinensis和Schisandra sphenanthera”。J of Chromatography A.1216(11): 1980–90(2009年3月)。果实可以干燥、压碎或以其他方式处理。
柴胡,见中国药典编委,中国药典,2015年版。(2015,医学科技出版社, 北京,中国)。它已被用于增强肝功能和治疗流感、疟疾、月经失调和肝炎等疾 病。参见,F.Yang等人,BioMed Research International,2017年:7597596 (2017)。
灵芝被认为是中国传统医学中最有价值的药用菌类之一。它已被用于改善 整体健康和治疗许多疾病,常作为保健品使用。例如,它已被用于辅助癌症患 者,参见,J.Yuen和M.Gohel“灵芝的抗癌作用:科学证据综述”,Nutr Cancer,53(1):11-7(2005)。灵芝的冠部干燥后研磨成粉末,可与配方中的其他 成分混合。
人参包括人参属的十几个品种,如高丽参、华南人参和西洋参。人参的根 或根团被采收后晒干,磨成粉或切片药用。它们已被用于提升能量、降低血糖 和胆固醇,以及恢复精神敏锐度。本发明的配方考虑使用任何种类的人参,优 选那些原产于亚洲的人参。
鳖甲是指鳖的甲壳,即鳖甲壳的背侧部分。壳在磨成细粉或以其他方式加 工(例如在热沙中煮熟)成颗粒形式作为药用。它用于帮助患者恢复阴阳平衡, 可用在治疗后,以及用于增强免疫力,参见X.Chen等人。J Sci食品农业。101(5): 2014-2026(2021)。
在一个实施方案中,本申请的组合优选包括来自土瓜根的提取物,最优为 占配方重量的约20%。在其他实施方案中,本申请的配方还包括丹参、土茯苓 和鳖甲的提取物,优选各自为土瓜根重量的一半,即各占配方重量的约10%。 本申请的配方还可以包括来自前一段中列表的剩余十种组分中任意数量的提取 物,优选每种与土瓜根的比例为1:4,即,每种约占配方的重量的5%。在一个 优选的实施方案中,本申请的配方包括来自以下每一种的提取物:土瓜根、丹 参、冬虫夏草和灵芝。
作为一个优选的实施方式,本申请的治疗癌症的中药组合物可以包括土瓜 根、臭草、两面针、冬虫夏草、蒲公英、半枝莲、丹参、姜黄、土茯苓、五味 子、柴胡、灵芝、人参和鳖甲。

本申请实施例中使用的提取物优选通过例如研磨、压碎、粉碎等方式制备 草药(或在鳖甲的情况下为动物),提取物组合通过已知的方法包括但不限于干 混或机械干混。另外,本申请实施例中“提取物”可以是指从植物或动物中取 出的部分或物质,尤其是一种或多种植物或动物成分的浓缩制剂。制备提取物 的一种方法是简单地从收获部分去除多余的水分,例如通过干燥过程,例如在 阳光下或在热炉中。制备提取物的另一种方法包括在从溶液中分离目标物质之 前将部件溶解在溶剂中,例如醇。其他机械或化学过程可用于从植物或动物部 分获得提取物,例如,压制、压碎、分离、研磨、筛分和/或蒸馏。
另一方面,在一个实施方案中,本申请可作为饮食的辅助补充剂的形式。 在另一个实施方案中,本申请可作为一种药物组合,其中包括本文所述的配方 并且可以进一步包括药学上可接受的载体、添加剂或赋形剂,形成中药制剂。
本申请实施例的配方可以制成任何常规的口服给药形式的中药制剂,包括 片剂或胶囊,其中提取物成分为固体(例如粉末)、半液体(例如凝胶)或液体 形式。包括但不限于胶囊剂、颗粒剂、片剂、丸剂、口服液、合剂、糖浆剂。
本申请作为保健品或药物组合物优选使用胶囊、片剂或小包的形式。优选 地,每种形式都准备好在有或没有饮用流体的帮助下向受试者口服给药。在一 个实施例中,本申请的组合物需要在给药前溶解在液体(例如,水)中。含有 该组合物的液体可能需要在食用前煮沸、过滤。
本申请作为保健品或药物组合物优选包括适于口服给药的药学上可接受的 载体、添加剂或赋形剂。可以通过本领域技术人员已知的任何常规方法将组合 物制备成固体形式,可以参考例如美国专利第5911992号和第5985282号公开 的内容。

对于本申请口服给药系统的优选实施方案,组合物制成胶囊形式。用于胶 囊的优选载体材料包括硬脂酸、明胶、二氧化硅和硬脂酸镁。
在再一个方面,本申请可以用于增强人的免疫系统和/或改善新陈代谢。用 于治疗癌症。
目前市场上的一些保健品目的是解决患者减弱的免疫系统,但似乎没有一 个同时解决患者受损的新陈代谢。在癌症患者中,随着疾病的进展或治疗的加 剧,恶心、呕吐和厌食等症状或副作用会影响患者正常营养摄入和能量转换的 能力。这会导致患者消瘦并进一步削弱免疫系统。
因此,本发明旨在提供主要基于草药的组合物和配方,以在增强或改善免 疫系统和代谢功能方面,为患者例如癌症患者提供支持。如本文所用,术语“加 强”、“支持”、“促进”、“改善”免疫系统或类似术语是指患者免疫功能的一个 或多个方面的改善,例如,患者血液中的免疫球蛋白、白细胞、淋巴细胞、T细 胞、自然杀伤(NK)细胞、单核细胞等抗感染成分的数量和/或质量的提高。
如本申请所用,术语“加强”、“恢复”、“促进”、“改善”新陈代谢或类似 术语是指患者新陈代谢的一个或多个方面的改善,包括与消化、呼吸、循环和 器官功能相关的身体功能,肌肉和神经系统;患者血液中可测量的代谢物的正 常化或改善,例如葡萄糖、钙、电解质、肌酐和/或血尿素氮(BUN)的含量。
本申请公开的配方结合了行气活血和化瘀的中药,例如葫芦科植物和丹参, 以及帮助支持免疫系统的草药,例如冬虫夏草和灵芝。此外,优选将其他药物 提取物以特定比例添加到配方中,可以实现协同作用,提高处于压力下的人的 各种身体机能,无论是来自疾病如癌症还是治疗方案如化疗。
因此,所公开的组合物和所得产品可以帮助恢复和增强患者的代谢功能以 及他们的免疫系统。这确保所公开的产品,作为药物或保健品,提供比市场上 其他基于中药的产品有更多的健康益处,因为当前公开的产品可以帮助激活患 者体内的愈合潜力。
在一个实施方案中,本申请提供了一种给病人使用包含药学有效量的以下 提取物中的每一种的组合物来治疗疾病例如癌症的用途。
本申请实施例提供了使用本申请的口服方式来改善受试者的健康,如恢复 平衡、增强免疫力、改善新陈代谢、缩短恢复时间、治疗包括癌症在内的疾病 或病症的用途。如本文所用,诸如“治疗”或“减轻”的术语是指(1)对诊断 出的病理状况治愈、减缓、减轻症状和/或停止进展的治疗措施和(2)预防措 施,以防止或减缓目标病理状况的发展。因此,需要治疗的人包括那些已经患 有这种疾病的人;易患此病者;以及那些需要预防疾病的人。例如,如果患者 表现出以下一项或多项,则本发明的方法成功“治疗”受试者的癌症:癌细胞 数量减少或完全不存在;减小肿瘤大小;抑制或防止癌细胞浸润到外周器官, 包括癌症扩散到软组织和骨骼中;抑制或防止肿瘤转移;抑制或防止肿瘤生长; 缓解与特定癌症相关的一种或多种症状;降低发病率和死亡率;和/或改善生活 质量。
本申请将有效量的组合物给予患者,优选口服。成人的优选日剂量介于约 0.3克和约10克之间,更优选介于约1克和约8克之间。口服组合物的日剂量 优选含有土瓜根提取物、丹参提取物、冬虫夏草提取物和灵芝提取物的比例为 4:2:1:1。在更优选的实施方案中,该组合物还含有十种其他提取物,因此该组 合物的最终分解如下:
1)土瓜根提取物占总重量约20%,在18%-22%之间;
2)臭草提取物占总重量约5%,在4.5%-5.5%之间;
3)两面针提取物占总重量约5%,在4.5%-5.5%之间;
4)冬虫夏草提取物占总重量约5%,在4.5%-5.5%之间;
5)蒲公英提取物占总重量约5%,在4.5%-5.5%之间;
6)半枝莲提取物占总重量约5%,在4.5%-5.5%之间;
7)丹参提取物占总重量约10%,在9%-11%之间;
8)姜黄提取物占总重量约5%,在4.5%-5.5%之间;
9)土茯苓提取物占总重量约10%,在9%-11%之间;
10)五味子提取物占总重量约5%,在4.5%-5.5%之间;
11)柴胡提取物占总重量约5%,在4.5%-5.5%之间;
12)灵芝提取物占总重量约5%,在4.5%-5.5%之间;
13)人参提取物占总重量约5%,在4.5%-5.5%之间;
14)鳖甲提取物占总重量约10%,在9%-11%之间。
本实施例的组合物的给药优选为每天一次,但不是必须的。剂量可分为多 个子剂量,每个子剂量为片剂或胶囊的形式。在一个优选的实施方案中,将组 合物每天三次、每次四粒胶囊/片剂由患者口服摄入。
案例
案例1:
[男性患者A,年龄:8岁]
患者A在4岁时被诊断出患有淋巴瘤和白血病。在北京大学医院接受了一 年的化疗后,他开始服用本申请3年。2021年检查结果,没有癌症。
案例2:
[男性患者B,年龄:55岁]
患者B于2014年8月被诊断为鼻咽癌晚期。他接受了33次放疗和12次化 疗。2016年初,他被诊断出患有晚期转移性肝癌并进行了手术。然后连续三年 服用本申请。患者B在2021年身心状况良好。
案例3:
[男性患者C,年龄:48岁]
患者C于2017年6月被诊断出患有直肠癌。他开始每天口服根据本申请制 作的药剂。2018年底,随访检查表明他已无癌症。
案例4:
[男性患者D,年龄:65岁]
患者D被诊断患有食管胸癌(4-6个胸椎)。2016年开始服用本申请,搬到 乡下居住,每天走路锻炼,练太极拳,享受更健康的生活方式。两年后,吴先 生已无症状,身心状态均好转。
需要注意的是,本说明书中公开的所有特征,或公开的所有方法或过程中 的步骤,除了互相排斥的特征和/或步骤以外,均可以以任何方式组合。
另外,上述具体实施例是示例性的,本领域技术人员可以在本发明公开内 容的启发下想出各种解决方案,而这些解决方案也都属于本发明的公开范围并 落入本发明的保护范围之内。本领域技术人员应该明白,本发明说明书中的内 容为说明性而并非构成对权利要求的限制。本发明的保护范围由权利要求及其 等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种治疗癌症的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述治疗癌症的中药组合物包括土瓜根、臭草、两面针、冬虫夏草、蒲公英、半枝莲、丹参、姜黄、土茯苓、五味子、柴胡、灵芝、人参和鳖甲。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗癌症的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述治疗癌症的中药组合物包括按重量百分比计的如下组分:
土瓜根提取物18%-22%;
臭草提取物4.5%-5.5%;
两面针提取物4.5%-5.5%;
冬虫夏草提取物4.5%-5.5%;
蒲公英提取物4.5%-5.5%;
半枝莲提取物4.5%-5.5%;
丹参提取物9%-11%;
姜黄提取物4.5%-5.5%;
土茯苓提取物9%-11%;
五味子提取物4.5%-5.5%;
柴胡提取物4.5%-5.5%;
灵芝提取物4.5%-5.5%;
人参提取物4.5%-5.5%;
鳖甲提取物9%-11%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗癌症的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述治疗癌症的中药组合物包括按重量百分比计的如下组分:
土瓜根提取物20%;
臭草提取物5%;
两面针提取物5%;
冬虫夏草提取物5%;
蒲公英提取物5%;
半枝莲提取物5%;
丹参提取物10%;
姜黄提取物5%;
土茯苓提取物10%;
五味子提取物5%;
柴胡提取物5%;
灵芝提取物5%;
人参提取物5%;
鳖甲提取物10%。
4.一种中药制剂,其特征在于,所述中药制剂由权利要求1至3之一所述的治疗癌症的中药组合物制备而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的中药制剂,其特征在于,所述中药制剂包括但不限于胶囊剂、颗粒剂、片剂、丸剂、口服液、合剂、糖浆剂。
6.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的治疗癌症的中药组合物在制备治疗淋巴瘤、白血病、鼻咽癌、肝癌、结肠直肠癌、食道癌或胸癌药物中的用途。
7.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的治疗癌症的中药组合物在制备增强人的免疫系统和/或改善新陈代谢药物中的用途。
