Specifically, the current feeding amount can be determined by obtaining feeding attribute information of the feeding device, and the target seasoning residual amount is determined based on the current feeding amount and the total amount of the seasoning.
The charging attribute information refers to charging-related information recorded in the charging process of the cooking equipment; the total seasoning amount refers to a value set based on the total capacity of the seasoning bottle, (e.g., 500ml for a total seasoning bottle capacity, the total seasoning amount may be set to 500ml) or the current total seasoning amount recorded in the processor (e.g., 500ml for an initial total seasoning amount, 300ml for a total seasoning amount recorded in the processor after 200ml usage).
In practical applications, the feeding attribute information refers to corresponding feeding attribute information generated based on a feeding process of the seasoning fed into the seasoning bottle after the seasoning is fed into the seasoning bottle in response to the seasoning feeding request.
In an embodiment of the present application, before acquiring the feeding attribute information and the total amount of the seasoning of the feeding device, the method may further include:
and detecting feeding operation information, and determining corresponding feeding attribute information based on the feeding operation information.
Wherein the feeding operation information is an operation of adding seasoning to the material bottle of the feeding device, for example, 130ml of soy sauce, 120ml of vinegar, etc. are added to the material bottle. The feeding operation information can be acquired by sensors installed in the feeding device, for example, the mass of the seasoning to be fed can be determined by a pressure sensor provided on the feeding device, and the volume of the seasoning to be fed can be determined in combination with the density of the seasoning.
After the seasonings are stored in the seasoning bottles, corresponding seasonings can be added into a cooking container of the cooking equipment in response to a seasoning adding request in the cooking request. The seasoning attribute information corresponding to the seasoning operation information is seasoning attribute information determined by the seasoning operation information when seasoning is added to the cooking container, and for example, if the seasoning operation information is 100ml of brine added to a seasoning bottle, the seasoning attribute information corresponding to the seasoning operation information may be the number of times of adding brine to the cooking container and the volume of brine added each time during cooking by the cooking device, and if the seasoning operation information is 10ml of soy sauce added to the seasoning bottle, the seasoning attribute information corresponding to the seasoning operation information may be the number of times of adding soy sauce to the cooking container and the volume of soy sauce added each time during cooking by the cooking device.
In one embodiment of the application, the fact that 130ml of soy sauce is added into a material bottle of the cooking device is detected through a pressure sensor on the feeding device; after which the cooking device is triggered to begin cooking the food product. In the process of cooking food, soy sauce is added into a cooking container through a feeding device of a cooking device, the number of times of adding soy sauce is recorded, and the number of times is used as feeding attribute information corresponding to feeding operation information.
The above description is made on the generation process of the feeding attribute information, and the feeding amount is further described below.
In practical application, before acquiring the feeding attribute information and the total amount of the seasonings of the feeding device, the method may further include:
acquiring the current seasoning residual quantity of the material bottle;
resetting the total amount of flavoring based on the current remaining amount of flavoring.
Wherein the current remaining amount of the seasonings refers to the remaining amount of the seasonings after the seasonings are added into the material bottle; for example, 120ml of saline water contained in the material bottle is recorded in the processor, 100ml of saline water remains after the cooking, the current remaining amount of the seasoning is 100ml, and the total amount of the seasoning recorded in the processor needs to be updated based on the current remaining amount of the seasoning, namely 100ml, because the remaining amount of the seasoning set in the processor is 120 ml; the total amount of seasoning is reset based on the current remaining amount of seasoning so that a seasoning prompt is issued in the event that the total amount of seasoning subsequently recorded in the processor is less than a preset value.
In another embodiment of the present application, the total amount of seasoning recorded in the processor for the sauce containing material bottle is 300 ml; and triggering the cooking equipment to begin frying, determining that 30ml of soy sauce is used in the operation of the cooking equipment when the operation of the cooking equipment is finished, namely the current residual quantity of the seasonings is 270ml, resetting the total quantity of the seasonings by using the current residual quantity of the seasonings which is 270ml, and obtaining the total quantity of new seasonings which is 270 ml.
In practical application, in order to improve the practicability of the cooking equipment, a plurality of material bottles can be arranged in a feeding device of the cooking equipment, and seasonings in different material bottles are put into the cooking equipment through a turntable below the material bottles; therefore, in the case where there are a plurality of material bottles, it is necessary to determine the current remaining amount of each material bottle.
Specifically, before obtaining the current remaining amount of seasoning of the material bottle, the method may further include:
determining position information of the material bottle;
determining the current seasoning remaining amount based on the location information.
The position information of the material bottle refers to the position information in the rotating disc; in practical application, a label can be arranged for each material bottle, and the specific position of the material bottle is determined by identifying the label on the material bottle through a sensor; after the position information of the material bottles is determined, the current remaining amount of the seasonings corresponding to each material bottle can be determined based on the position information.
The target seasoning residual amount is determined by obtaining the charging attribute information of the charging device and the total amount of the seasoning, so that the subsequent charging attribute information and the total amount of the seasoning can be obtained.
After the feeding attribute information and the total amount of the seasonings are determined, the target remaining amount of the seasonings can be calculated based on the feeding attribute information and the total amount of the seasonings.
In practical application, the charging attribute information may include single charging information and charging frequency information; the single-time feeding information refers to the information of the seasonings which are added into the cooking container by the feeding device at a time, such as seasoning weight information, seasoning flow rate information, seasoning volume information and the like of the seasonings which are added into the cooking container at a time; the adding times information refers to adding times information of seasonings into the cooking device, for example, adding seasonings into the cooking container 3 times during the process of frying a dish by the cooking device.
Specifically, the current charging amount may be calculated based on at least one set of charging information among the number of rotations of the peristaltic pump and single charging information, the charging flow rate and charging time, the mass of the seasoning before charging and the mass of the seasoning after charging.
In a specific embodiment of the present application, the feeding attribute information obtained by the sensor is 10 revolutions of the peristaltic pump and 1ml of feeding amount per time, and then the current feeding amount is calculated to be 10 × 1 ml-10 ml based on the revolutions and the single feeding information.
In yet another embodiment of the present application, a feed flow rate of 1 ml/sec is obtained by the sensor, and a feed time of 50s is obtained, and a current feed amount of 1 ml/sec 50ml is calculated based on the feed flow rate and the feed time.
In another embodiment of the present application, the mass M of the seasoning before adding and the mass N of the seasoning after adding, which are obtained by the mass sensor, are calculated based on the mass M of the seasoning before adding and the mass N of the seasoning after adding, and the current adding amount is M-N ═ x, where x is the mass of the seasoning in the material bottle, and the seasoning volume can be calculated by the mass of the seasoning.
The total amount of the seasonings added into the cooking container at present, namely the current adding amount can be determined by determining the single adding information and the adding time information, so that the residual amount of the seasonings can be calculated later.
Specifically, after single-time feeding information and feeding frequency information are determined, the method for determining the target seasoning residual quantity of the material bottle in the feeding device based on the feeding attribute information and the total seasoning quantity comprises the following steps:
determining the current feeding amount based on the single feeding information and the feeding frequency information;
and determining the target seasoning residual quantity according to the current feeding quantity and the total seasoning quantity.
Wherein the current feeding amount refers to the total amount of seasonings added into the cooking container by a feeding device in the cooking equipment, for example, soy sauce is added into the cooking container for 3 times in one operation of the cooking equipment, 5ml of soy sauce is added each time, and the current feeding amount is 15 ml; after the current feeding amount and the total amount of the seasonings recorded in the processor are determined, taking the difference between the total amount of the seasonings and the current feeding amount as the target remaining amount of the seasonings; the target seasoning residual quantity is calculated based on the current seasoning quantity and the total seasoning quantity recorded in the processor.
In another embodiment of the application, if the obtained feeding attribute information in the cooking device is that the feeding flow rate is 3ml per second each time and the total feeding time is 20 seconds, the current feeding amount is calculated to be 60ml based on the feeding flow rate and the total feeding time; the total amount of the seasonings recorded in the processor is determined to be 100ml, the difference between the total amount of the seasonings and the current amount of the seasonings is calculated to be 40ml, and the target remaining amount of the seasonings is determined to be 40 ml.
In practical applications, before determining the target remaining amount of seasoning in the material bottle of the charging device based on the charging attribute information and the total amount of seasoning, the method may further include:
and under the condition that the material bottle is detected to be empty, outputting a material bottle seasoning empty prompt aiming at the feeding device.
Specifically, a sensor can be arranged in the feeding device to monitor whether each material bottle in the feeding device is empty, if so, a material bottle empty prompt needs to be sent, and a flavoring adding prompt message is sent; wherein, the sensor for judging whether the material bottle is empty can be set based on the requirement, such as a pressure sensor; before the target seasoning residual amount is calculated, whether the material bottle is empty or not is judged, and under the condition that the material bottle is determined to be empty, the empty material bottle prompt can be sent out without calculating the target seasoning residual amount, so that the waste of calculation resources is avoided, and the prompt efficiency is improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, before determining the target seasoning residual amount of the material bottle in the charging device based on the charging attribute information and the total amount of the seasoning, a pressure sensor detects that the saline material bottle is empty, and then a saline material bottle empty prompt is sent out, so as to generate a corresponding seasoning charging request; at this time, under the condition that the processor detects that the saline material bottle is empty, the processor does not calculate the target seasoning residual quantity of the saline material bottle any more.
The target seasoning residual quantity of the material bottle can be calculated through the steps, so that whether a charging prompt needs to be sent or not is determined based on the target seasoning residual quantity conveniently.
S504: and judging whether the residual quantity of the target seasoning is less than a preset residual quantity threshold value or not.
The preset residual threshold value is a preset minimum critical value of the residual amount of the target seasoning; sending a feeding information prompt to prompt that the seasonings in the material bottle are about to be used up and need to be added in time when the residual amount of the target seasonings is smaller than a preset residual amount threshold value; in practical application, the preset residual threshold value may be set based on actual requirements, and may also be set based on the total amount of the seasonings, for example, if the total amount of the seasonings is 300ml, one third of the total amount of the seasonings may be set as the preset residual threshold value, that is, the preset residual threshold value is 100ml, and if the target remaining amount of the seasonings is less than 100ml, if 85ml, the feeding prompt information for the feeding device needs to be sent to prompt that the seasonings are about to be used and need to be added in time.
And when the residual quantity of the target seasoning is larger than the preset residual quantity threshold value, continuing to execute the steps until the cooking equipment is closed after receiving a closing request.
Whether the residual quantity of the target seasoning is smaller than a preset residual quantity threshold value or not is determined, so that the feeding prompt is sent under the condition that the residual quantity of the target seasoning is smaller than the preset residual quantity threshold value, and the situation that the feeding prompt is sent again when the seasoning is completely used, namely the seasoning is used up, and the influence on the operation of the cooking equipment and the cooking experience of a user is avoided.
S506: issuing a dosing prompt for the dosing device in response to determining that the target seasoning residual amount is less than the preset residual amount threshold.
Sending a feeding prompt aiming at the feeding device under the condition that the detected residual amount of the target seasoning is less than the preset residual amount threshold value, wherein the feeding prompt can be sent to a display device or a sound device of the cooking device, so that a user can see prompt information in the form of pictures or characters or hear a voice prompt; the feeding prompt can also be sent to associated equipment connected with the cooking equipment, for example, prompt information is sent to a mobile phone associated with the cooking equipment, a tablet personal computer, a device capable of adding seasonings into the material bottles, and the like.
The target seasoning residual amount is calculated according to the total seasoning amount recorded in the processor, and the total seasoning amount is set based on requirements and may be consistent with or inconsistent with the actual total seasoning amount, namely if the seasoning of the total amount of the material bottle is filled in the material bottle, the total seasoning amount is consistent with the actual seasoning amount, and if the seasoning of the total amount of the material bottle is not filled in the material bottle, the total seasoning amount is inconsistent with the actual seasoning amount; i.e. in case the total amount of seasoning recorded in the processor is 10ml, the seasoning is actually used up in the material bottle, so it is necessary to monitor in time whether the material bottle is empty.
In practical application, if the material bottle is detected to be empty and the target seasoning residual quantity is not empty, the target seasoning residual quantity is reset.
The empty material bottle can be detected through the sensor, but the residual amount of the target seasoning recorded in the processor is not empty, namely the recorded data indicates that the material bottle also contains the seasoning, the residual amount of the target seasoning is reset at the moment, namely the residual amount of the target seasoning is reset to 0, and the empty material bottle is prompted without prompting that the seasoning in the material bottle is about to be used.
It should be noted that most devices cannot monitor the amount of seasoning actually added into the material bottle, but in order to guide a user to fill the material bottle when adding seasoning, the material bottle may be provided with scale marks, and the cooking device may be provided with a weighing function; the user is guided to fill the material bottle, so that the method can be better operated when the feeding prompt method is used subsequently; taking salt as an example, since salt water is not commonly used, a user is required to prepare the salt water, and if scale marks are arranged on the material bottle and a weighing function is arranged on the cooking equipment, the user can prepare salt water in a certain proportion by means of the scale marks and the weighing function, so that the user is guided to prepare the salt water capable of filling the material bottle.
According to the feeding prompting method, the target seasoning surplus of the material bottle is calculated, so that the shortage of the seasoning is predicted, the feeding prompt is conveniently and timely sent out, the user experience is improved, and the condition that the seasoning in the material bottle is insufficient in the cooking process is reduced.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a filling prompting method applied to a soy sauce material bottle according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s602: the cooking device prompts the user to fill the soy sauce bottle.
S604: the total capacity is reset based on the remaining capacity.
S606: the user adds seasoning to the soy sauce jar.
S608: judging whether the soy sauce material bottle is empty or not. If yes, go to S610; if not, go to step S612.
S610: and sending out a soy sauce material bottle empty prompt to prompt a user that the soy sauce material bottle is empty under the condition that the soy sauce material bottle is determined to be empty.
S612: the remaining volume of the soy sauce material bottle was calculated.
S614: it is determined whether the remaining volume is less than a threshold. If yes, go to S618; if not, go to S616.
S616: the soy sauce in the soy sauce bottle continues to be added to the cooking container based on the cooking request.
S618: and sending a feeding prompt to prompt that the soy sauce material bottle is about to be empty.
According to the technical scheme, the feeding attribute information and the total amount of seasonings of the feeding device are obtained; determining a target seasoning residual amount of a material bottle in the charging device based on the charging attribute information and the total amount of seasoning; determining whether the residual amount of the target seasoning is smaller than a preset residual amount threshold value; in response to determining that the target seasoning residual amount is less than the preset residual amount threshold, issuing a feeding prompt for the feeding device. The feeding prompt method provided by the application has the advantages that the target seasoning residual amount is smaller than the preset residual amount threshold value, and the feeding prompt aiming at the feeding device is sent out, so that the feeding prompt can be sent out before the material bottle is used, and the cooking effect and the user experience of the cooking equipment are improved.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are mainly described from a software perspective, and the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described below from a hardware perspective.
An embodiment of the application provides a feeding device. Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the charging device may specifically include:
a plurality of material bottles 11, a rotary table 12, a base 13 and a processor (not shown in the figure); the processor is used for acquiring the number of rotation turns of a peristaltic pump in the feeding device, single feeding information and the total amount of seasonings; determining a target seasoning residual amount based on the number of rotations, the single feeding amount and the total seasoning amount; determining whether the residual quantity of the target seasoning is smaller than a preset residual quantity threshold value; in response to determining that the target remaining amount is less than the preset remaining amount threshold, issuing a charging prompt for the charging device.
The feeding device provided by the embodiment may have some other basic components besides the components such as the material bottle 11, the processor, etc. described above. For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a base 13, a turntable 12, etc. may be further provided, and a memory, a display, an audio component, a human-computer interaction device (such as a touch screen, a key control, a semantic interaction device, etc.) and the like may be further provided on the base 13. The memory is mainly used for storing one or more computer instructions, and the computer instructions can be executed by the processor, so that the processor controls the feeding device to realize corresponding functions and complete corresponding actions or tasks. For example, a processor is coupled to a memory and is capable of performing the steps of the above-described enriched hint method by executing one or more computer instructions stored by the memory.
Additionally, the memory described above, in addition to storing computer instructions, may be configured to store various other data to support operations on the charging device, examples of which include instructions for any application or method operating on the charging device. For example, the angular position relationship between the plurality of blanking ports of the base, the angular position relationship between the feeding ports on the turntable 12, the characteristic information of the seasoning in the material bottle communicated with each feeding port, and the like. The memory may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
An embodiment of the application also provides cooking equipment. Referring to fig. 1, the cooking apparatus may specifically include:
a main body 20 and a charging device 10. The main machine body is provided with a cooking container, and the feeding device is communicated with the cooking container and used for conveying seasonings to the cooking container; the feeding device comprises a plurality of material bottles, a turntable and a base, wherein a processor is configured in the main machine body and used for acquiring the number of rotation turns, single feeding information and the total amount of seasonings of a peristaltic pump in the feeding device; determining a target seasoning residual amount based on the number of rotations, the single feeding amount and the total seasoning amount; determining whether the residual quantity of the target seasoning is smaller than a preset residual quantity threshold value; in response to determining that the target remaining amount is less than the preset remaining amount threshold, issuing a charging prompt for the charging device.
Here, it should be noted that: the contents of each step in the feeding device or the cooking apparatus provided in this embodiment, which are not described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, can be referred to corresponding contents in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein. In addition, the feeding device or the cooking apparatus provided in this embodiment may further include other parts or all of the steps in the embodiments in addition to the steps described above, and specific reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the embodiments, which is not described herein again.
Accordingly, embodiments of the present application further provide a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, where the computer program, when executed by a computer, can implement the steps or functions of the feeding prompt method provided in the foregoing embodiments
Finally, referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present application is described with reference to several specific application scenarios.
And in the first scene, feeding prompt is carried out before a cooking task is executed.
In the cooking scenario shown in fig. 1, power is supplied to the various functional components in the charging device 10 by the main body 20. The cooking device is activated to begin cooking a dish and determines a target seasoning remaining amount prior to performing a cooking task. The specific process is as follows:
before a cooking task is executed, acquiring charging attribute information of a saline solution bottle 11 in a charging device detected in a sensor; the processor determines the target seasoning residual quantity of the saline material bottle 11 in the charging device based on the charging attribute information and the total seasoning quantity; after determining the residual amount of the target seasoning and a preset residual amount threshold value, the processor judges whether the residual amount of the target seasoning is smaller than the preset residual amount threshold value; sending a feeding prompt aiming at a feeding device to the cooking equipment under the condition that the processor determines that the residual amount of the target seasoning is smaller than a preset residual amount threshold value; adding seasonings to the saline bottle 11 based on the feeding prompt; after the cooking device receives the cooking start request, the cooking device directly responds to the cooking start request.
And in a second scene, feeding prompt is carried out in the process of executing the cooking task.
In the process of executing a cooking task, acquiring charging attribute information of a soy sauce material bottle 11 in a charging device detected by a sensor; the processor determines the target seasoning residual quantity of the soy sauce material bottle 11 in the charging device based on the charging attribute information and the total seasoning quantity; after determining the residual quantity of the target seasoning and a preset residual quantity threshold value, the processor judges whether the residual quantity of the target seasoning is smaller than the preset residual quantity threshold value; sending a feeding prompt aiming at a feeding device to the cooking equipment under the condition that the processor determines that the residual amount of the target seasoning is smaller than a preset residual amount threshold value; the method comprises the following steps that after a charging prompt is detected, related devices connected with the cooking equipment add seasonings into a soy sauce material bottle 11 based on the charging prompt, wherein the related devices are devices capable of responding to charging requests to charge the material bottle; after the cooking appliance receives the cooking start request, the cooking start request is directly responded to.

determining a target seasoning residual amount based on the number of rotations, the single feeding amount and the total seasoning amount;
determining whether the residual quantity of the target seasoning is smaller than a preset residual quantity threshold value;
in response to determining that the target remaining amount is less than the preset remaining amount threshold, issuing a charging prompt for the charging device.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target seasoning remaining amount based on the number of revolutions, the single charge amount, and the total amount of seasoning comprises:
determining the current feeding amount based on the number of rotations and the single feeding amount;
and determining the target seasoning residual quantity according to the current feeding quantity and the total seasoning quantity.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the number of revolutions of the peristaltic pump in the feeding device, the single feed information, and the total amount of seasoning, further comprising:
acquiring the current seasoning residual quantity of the material bottle;
resetting the total amount of flavoring based on the current remaining amount of flavoring.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein prior to obtaining the current remaining amount of seasoning for the material bottle, further comprising:
determining position information of the material bottle;
determining the current seasoning remaining amount based on the location information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to determining a target seasoning remaining amount based on the number of revolutions, the single charge amount, and the total amount of seasoning, further comprising:
and under the condition that the material bottle in the feeding device is detected to be empty, outputting a material bottle seasoning empty prompt aiming at the feeding device.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the total amount of the seasonings is inconsistent with the total capacity of the material bottle, if the material bottle is detected to be empty, resetting the target remaining amount of the seasonings.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the number of revolutions of the peristaltic pump in the feeding device, the single feed information, and the total amount of seasoning, further comprising:
and detecting feeding operation information, and determining corresponding feeding attribute information based on the feeding operation information.
8. A charging prompting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the residual amount of the target seasoning of the charging device;
judging whether the residual quantity of the target seasoning is smaller than a preset residual quantity threshold value or not;
in response to determining that the target seasoning residual amount is less than the preset residual amount threshold, issuing a feeding prompt for the feeding device.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein obtaining a target seasoning residual amount comprises:
determining the current feeding amount and the total amount of seasonings;
determining a target seasoning remaining amount based on the current seasoning amount and the total amount of seasoning.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein determining the current charge amount comprises:
and calculating the current feeding amount based on at least one group of feeding information of the number of rotations of the peristaltic pump and single feeding information, the feeding flow rate and the feeding time, and the mass of the seasonings before and after feeding.
