A tape application apparatus for a fan-shaped bookbinding machine, applied to a fan-shaped bookbinding machine for binding an inlet portion of a packaging bag with a packaging object therein into a fan shape, capable of performing a tape application process of winding a tape at the inlet portion of the packaging bag deformed into the fan shape, the tape application apparatus for the fan-shaped bookbinding machine comprising:
a frame member for placing an inlet portion of the packing bag;
a first shutter member continuously supplying a first adhesive tape constituting the adhesive tape to be wound around an inlet portion of the packing bag;
a second shutter member continuously supplying a second adhesive tape constituting the adhesive tape to be wound around the inlet portion of the packing bag; and
a blade member for cutting predetermined points of the first and second adhesive tapes wound around the inlet portion of the packing bag while passing through the first and second shutter members and adhered to each other.
2. The taping device for a fan binder according to claim 1, wherein the taping device for a fan binder comprises an elevating member vertically formed with a bag penetration hole through which an inlet portion of the packing bag passes and capable of elevating with respect to the frame member,
the first shutter member is rotatably coupled to the elevation member to be capable of opening and closing the bag piercing hole,
the second shutter member is rotatably connected to the lifting member to be interlocked with the first shutter member to open and close the bag perforation,
in order to make the first adhesive tape with each terminal portion of second adhesive tape becomes the state of bonding each other, and first valve part with second valve part meshes each other and closes under the fenestrate state of bag, the entry part of wrapping bag is placed on the frame part, works as when the lifting unit goes up, along with the rising of lifting unit, the entry part of wrapping bag passes through the bag is fenestrate, simultaneously the entry part of wrapping bag pushes away first valve part with second valve part, thereby first valve part with second valve part pivoted is opened simultaneously the bag is fenestrate,
opening the bag perforation while the first and second shutter members are rotated, and, during the passage of the inlet portion of the packing bag through the bag perforation, the first and second tapes are wound around respective sides of the inlet portion of the packing bag in a state in which respective distal end portions of the first and second tapes are adhered to each other,
when the entrance part of the packing bag completely passes through the first shutter member and the second shutter member, the first shutter member and the second shutter member are engaged while being restored to the original positions respectively, to become a state in which the relative upper portions of the entrance part of the packing bag wound in the first tape and the second tape are bonded to each other, so that the entrance part of the packing bag is integrally wound in the first tape and the second tape to become a state in which the respective portions of the lower portion and the upper portion of the entrance part of the packing bag are bonded to each other,
as the lifting member continues to be lifted, the blade member rotates to cut a portion of the first and second tapes corresponding to an upper portion of the inlet portion of the packaging bag when the blade member is pressed by the inlet portion of the packaging bag around which the first and second tapes are integrally wound, while the inlet portion of the packaging bag continues to pass through the bag perforation, so that the inlet portion of the packaging bag is adhered in a state where the first and second tapes are integrally wound.
3. The tape splicing device for a bookbinding fan according to claim 2,
the first shutter member includes:
a first shutter main body formed to a predetermined length along the bag piercing part;
a first shutter rotation shaft rotatably connecting an upper portion of the first shutter main body to the elevation part;
a first tape pressing body extending from a lower portion of the first shutter main body toward the bag perforation side and guiding the first tape along an upper end thereof;
a first shutter side adhesive tape supply roller connected to the first shutter main body and guiding the first adhesive tape toward the first adhesive tape pressing body side; and
a first shutter extension body extending from a lower portion of the first shutter main body toward a direction different from an extending direction of the first tape pressing body, connected to the other end of the first shutter elastic body having one end connected to the elevation member,
the second shutter member includes:
a second shutter main body formed along the bag perforation portion to a predetermined length to be capable of being arranged in parallel with the first shutter main body;
a second shutter rotation shaft rotatably connecting an upper portion of the second shutter main body to the elevation part;
a second tape pressing body extending from a lower portion of the second shutter main body toward the bag perforation side and guiding the second tape along an upper end thereof;
a second shutter side adhesive tape supply roller connected to the second shutter main body and guiding the second adhesive tape toward the second adhesive tape pressing body side; and
a second shutter extension body extending from a lower portion of the second shutter main body toward a direction different from an extending direction of the second tape pressing body, connected to the other end of the second shutter elastic body having one end connected to the elevation member,
the taping device for a fan-shaped bookbinding machine further comprises a blade accommodating part capable of accommodating a predetermined portion of the blade part when the blade part cuts a predetermined point of the first tape and the second tape,
the blade member includes:
a blade body disposed in a space below the first tape pressing body;
a blade rotating shaft rotatably connecting the blade body to the lifting member;
a cutting blade protruding toward the bag perforation side at an upper portion of the blade body so as to be capable of cutting a portion of the first and second adhesive tapes corresponding to an upper portion of an inlet portion of the packaging bag; and
a blade-side pressure-receiving member that extends toward the inside of the bag perforation hole at a lower portion of the blade main body so as to be rotatable about the blade rotation axis and is pressurized by an inlet portion of the packaging bag moving along the bag perforation hole,
the blade housing member includes:
a blade housing body disposed in a lower space of the second tape pressing body;
a blade accommodating rotation shaft rotatably connecting the blade accommodating body to the elevation member;
a blade accommodating hole formed in a recessed shape with a predetermined depth at an upper portion of the blade accommodating body so as to accommodate the cutting blade for cutting a portion of the first and second adhesive tapes corresponding to an upper portion of the inlet portion of the packing bag; and
and a blade accommodating side pressurized body which extends toward the inside of the bag perforation at a lower portion of the blade accommodating body so as to be rotatable about the blade accommodating rotation shaft, and is pressurized by an inlet portion of the packaging bag moving along the bag perforation.
