仙鹤草——收敛止血。常用于劳力过度所致脱力劳伤，神疲乏力。
桑枝——祛风通络。常用于风湿痹痛，四肢拘挛。
豨莶草——祛风湿，通经络。常用于风湿痹症，骨节疼痛，四肢麻木，脚弱无力，中风手足不遂症。
皂角刺——托毒排脓，活血消痈。常用于痈疽疮毒初起或脓成不溃者。
白芥子——利气散结，通络止痛。常用于肢体关节疼痛、麻木，以及阴疽流注等症。
肝肾阳虚，血脉不畅，筋脉失养，所以四肢不温，麻木，疼痛，抽筋，遇寒加重。鸡血藤、骨碎补、龟板补肝肾、强筋骨。乳香、没药、红花活血化瘀，消肿生肌。透骨草、防风、荆芥、威灵仙、木瓜、桑枝、豨莶草、白芥子祛风胜湿，通络止痛。白胡椒、艾叶、桂枝、吴茱萸温经通阳，散寒止痛。皂角刺托毒消痈。仙鹤草缓解疲劳。全方配伍严谨，布局合理，是治疗和保健的佳品，临床使用有益无害。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种治疗足跟痛，雷诺氏综合征，冻疮和慢性疲劳综合征的中药煎剂配方的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、备料，按照手足宝洗剂的中药煎剂配方称取中药原料。
步骤二、将混合后的中草药用无纺袋装好，放进煎药缸内加入食醋，没过中药约三厘米，浸泡一小时左右。
步骤三：开始煎煮，先武火煎开锅，再文火慢煎三十分钟，将药液滤出。
步骤四：将药液按照175ml每袋分装，密封备用。

制备步骤：
步骤一、按照以上配比称取中药原料。
步骤二、将混合后的中草药用无纺袋装好，放进煎药缸内加入食醋，没过中药约三厘米，浸泡一小时左右。

1.一种中药手足宝洗剂，其特征在于，由如下重量份的中药组分制成：乳香2-4份没药2-4份透骨草2-4份红花2-4份防风2-4份荆芥2-4份白胡椒2-4份龟板2-4份鸡血藤2-4份威灵仙2-4份艾叶5-7份桂枝2-4份吴茱萸2-4份骨碎补2-4份木瓜2-4份仙鹤草2-4份桑枝2-4份豨莶草2-4份皂角刺2-4份白芥子2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手足宝洗剂，其特征在于：最优选有效成分及其质量份数为：乳香3份 没药3份 透骨草3份 红花3份 防风3份 荆芥3份 白胡椒3份 龟板3份 鸡血藤3份威灵仙3份 艾叶6份 桂枝3份 吴茱萸3份 骨碎补3份 木瓜3份 仙鹤草3份 桑枝3份 豨莶草3份 皂角刺3份 白芥子3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的手足宝洗剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、按配比称取乳香3份 没药3份 透骨草3份 红花3份 防风3份 荆芥3份 白胡椒3份 龟板3份 鸡血藤3份 威灵仙3份 艾叶6份 桂枝3份 吴茱萸3份 骨碎补3份 木瓜3份仙鹤草3份 桑枝3份 豨莶草3份 皂角刺3份 白芥子3份以上中草药混合；
