Abstract
一种烫发缓冲剂，按质量份数，柠檬酸钠17%‑22%，苹果酸3%‑5%，聚乙二醇0.8%‑1.2%，乳酸0.05%‑0.08%，异丙醇2%‑4%，乙醇5%‑8%，甲苯酸0.1%‑0.2%，丙烯酸酯1%‑2%，剩余为去离子水。优点是，针对常年染发的发质，形成于头发皮质层中的残留碱，有很好的去除作用，能够保持卷度一致，保护发质。稳定烫发剂pH值，防止毛鳞片过度张开，烫后发质光泽不毛躁，可与巯基乙酸，半胱氨酸，甘油巯基乙酸等还原剂进行搭配。比缓冲液与巯基乙酸一比一搭配，可有效抚平焦发的毛躁感，可用于焦发的视觉修复。

技术领域
本发明为一种烫发缓冲剂。
背景技术
近年来，随着人们烫染频率的增加，发质受损程度逐步严重，市面上大部分药剂的pH值在8.5至10.0%之间，巯基乙酸浓度在7.5-11%之间，对于发质受损的多样性，以及形成发质多段发状态，如何稳定药剂的pH值，以及反应速度变成发型师一道难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，解决上述现有所存在的问题，提供一种安全、效果好的烫发缓冲剂。
本发明是这样实现的：按质量份数，柠檬酸钠17%-22%，苹果酸3%-5%，聚乙二醇0.8%-1.2%，乳酸0.05%- 0.08%，异丙醇2%-4%，乙醇5%-8%，甲苯酸0.1%-0.2%，丙烯酸酯1%-2%，剩余为去离子水。
本发明的优点是，
本发明的技术方案中所采用的柠檬酸钠具有极好的溶解性，随着水温升高而增加柠檬酸钠具有良好的pH调节剂缓冲性能，柠檬酸钠是一种弱酸强碱盐，在与柠檬酸配无可组成较强的pH置缓冲剂。柠檬酸钠与苹果酸培伍可以持续释放柠檬酸。
本发明的技术方案中所采用的苹果酸含有天然的润肤成分，能够很容易的溶解粘结在干燥毛鳞片间的细胞之间的胶粘物，从而清除毛鳞片使头发变得更有质感。能明显，提高氨基酸的吸收率，具有更好的缓冲特性。
本发明的技术方案中所采用的聚乙二醇作为表面活性剂可有效地增加药剂的保湿效果，作为抗静电剂与乙醇跟水相融。
本发明的技术方案中所采用的乳酸起到增加药剂当中羟基的作用。
本发明的技术方案中所采用的异丙醇的疏水参数为0.3，能够增加药剂作用，头发表面的疏水性。
本发明的技术方案中所采用的乙醇作为溶剂使用分子中的羟基，可以形成氢键连接头发当中的氢键结构。
本发明的技术方案中所采用的苯甲酸少量添加作为防腐剂使用。
本发明的技术方案中所采用的丙烯酸酯可增加药剂得耐水性。
本发明的技术方案中所采用的离子水的作用是调整整个药剂的浓度。
从北京中科光析化工技术研究所的测试样品的测试报告的测试结果，其pH值为4.14。
总之，上述物料的结合具有如下效果：
1、针对常年染发的发质，形成于头发皮质层中的残留碱，有很好的去除作用， 能够保持卷度一致，保护发质。
2、稳定烫发一剂pH值，防止毛鳞片过度张开，烫后发质光泽不毛躁，可与巯基乙酸，半胱氨酸，甘油巯基乙酸等还原剂进行搭配。比缓冲液与巯基乙酸一比一搭配，可有效抚平焦发的毛躁感，可用于焦发的视觉修复。缓冲体系的进入有效稳定药剂PH值，保证碱剂打开毛鳞片的程度，保证发质不会出现软化过度的问题。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明详细说明：按质量份数，柠檬酸钠17%-22%，苹果酸3%-5%，聚乙二醇0.8%-1.2%，乳酸0.05%- 0.08%，异丙醇2%-4%，乙醇5%-8%，甲苯酸0.1%-0.2%，丙烯酸酯1%-2%，剩余为去离子水。
实例1：按质量份数，柠檬酸钠17，苹果酸3，聚乙二醇0.8，乳酸0.05，异丙醇2，乙醇5，甲苯酸0.1，丙烯酸酯1，去离子水71.14。
实例2：按质量份数，柠檬酸钠22，苹果酸5，聚乙二醇1.2，乳酸0.08，异丙醇4，乙醇8，甲苯酸0.2，丙烯酸酯2，去离子水57.52。
按上述配比取料，先用乙醇溶解苯甲醛，然后依次加入聚乙二醇，丙烯酸酯，乳酸，异丙醇，柠檬酸钠，苹果酸，去离子水，搅拌均匀，用PH测试笔，测定的PH值4.1-6.2，即得到本发明的烫发缓冲剂。
从现图4、图5烫发效果图对比可见，本发明的技术方案可防止毛鳞片过度张开，烫后发质光泽不毛躁。

1.一种烫发缓冲剂，其特征在于，按质量份数，柠檬酸钠17%-22%，苹果酸3%-5%，聚乙二醇0.8%-1.2%，乳酸0.05%- 0.08%，异丙醇2%-4%，乙醇5%-8%，甲苯酸0.1%-0.2%，丙烯酸酯1%- 2%，剩余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求所述的一种烫发缓冲剂，其特征在于，按质量份数，柠檬酸钠17，苹果酸3，聚乙二醇0.8，乳酸0.05，异丙醇2，乙醇5，甲苯酸0.1，丙烯酸酯1，去离子水71.14。
3.根据权利要求所述的一种烫发缓冲剂，其特征在于，按质量份数，柠檬酸钠22，苹果酸5，聚乙二醇1.2，乳酸0.08，异丙醇4，乙醇8，甲苯酸0.2，丙烯酸酯2，去离子水57.52。
