Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of wound dressing, and particularly relates to carboxymethyl cellulose wound dressing.
Background
In wound care, the wound surface is placed in a closed and moist environment, which is beneficial to the accelerated healing of the wound surface. The wound dressing comprises powder dressing, gel dressing, hydrocolloid dressing, fiber dressing and the like, wherein the most applied hydrocolloid dressing comprises carboxymethyl cellulose as a basic component, has the characteristic of absorbing wound exudate to form gel, and can play a role in keeping proper temperature and humidity of the wound, supporting the wound and accelerating the healing of the wound. The carboxymethyl cellulose as the dressing can absorb water into the fiber when contacting with water, can be well maintained when being pressed, and can be conveniently applied to and removed from a wound; the liquid medicine is directly and vertically absorbed on the dressing, and can not spread along the fabric to wet the skin around the wound. The carboxymethyl cellulose has the characteristic of forming colloid after moisture absorption, has high moisture absorption and moisture retention, is nontoxic and degradable, and has good biocompatibility.
The patent No. CN201210566478.1 entitled carboxymethyl cellulose-containing medical dressing with high strength and high water absorption and preparation method thereof provides a carboxymethyl cellulose medical dressing, which is prepared by preparing carboxymethyl cellulose into various absorption materials and further preparing medical dressings and has the characteristics of high strength, high liquid absorption and the like.
The wound dressing commonly seen in the market consists of a release layer, a wound contact layer, a base material layer and an adhesive. The release layer has the functions of protecting the dressing and the adhesive, when in use, the release layer is removed from the adhesive, and the adhesive has certain viscosity and can play a role in fixing; the wound contact layer is directly contacted with the wound surface when in use, and plays a role in protecting and absorbing exudates; the substrate has a certain fixing function.
The wound contact layer material is made of carboxymethyl cellulose fiber, if the carboxymethyl cellulose fiber is directly attached to the adhesive, when the adhesive is used, after the carboxymethyl cellulose fiber absorbs exudate, the carboxymethyl cellulose fiber and water in the exudate form gel, so that the risk that the wound contact layer falls off from the adhesive is easily generated, and the use is influenced.

Preferably, the wound contact layer, the adhesive layer and the base material are compounded by a needle punching hot pressing process.
Preferably, the release layer is any one of paper, PE, PET, OPP, PC, PS, PMMA, BOPP, a monosilicon release film and a Teflon release film.
Preferably, the wound contact layer comprises a hydrophilic layer and a hydrophobic layer, the hydrophilic layer is positioned on the outer side of the wound contact layer, and the hydrophobic layer is positioned on the inner side of the wound contact layer; the hydrophobic layer is bonded with the outer side of the adhesive layer.
Preferably, hydrophilic layer and hydrophobic layer are fibrous, and the complex mode is hydrophilic layer fibre and hydrophobic layer fibrous interlude each other, makes hydrophilic layer imbibition back produce the gel also be difficult for droing increase of service life.
After the hydrophilic layer absorbs liquid to generate gel, the hydrophobic layer absorbs the gel formed by the hydrophilic layer due to capillary phenomenon, and the hydrophilic layer and the hydrophobic layer are combined to form a layer type structure.
Preferably, the hydrophilic layer fiber is carboxymethyl cellulose fiber and has strong liquid absorption capacity.
Preferably, the hydrophobic layer fiber is one or more of terylene, chinlon, spandex, polypropylene fiber, polyvinyl chloride fiber and acrylic fiber.
Preferably, the adhesive layer is one or more of white latex, butyl rubber, epoxy glue, polyurethane glue, acrylate glue and polyvinyl acetate glue, so that the hydrophobic layer is tightly connected with the base material and is adhered to the skin to play a role in fixing the dressing.
Preferably, the substrate is a nonwoven fabric or a polyurethane film.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention achieves the technical effects that:
1. according to the carboxymethyl cellulose wound dressing prepared by the invention, the hydrophobic fiber is used as a transition material, and the carboxymethyl cellulose fiber has strong liquid absorption property and is easy to fall off from an adhesive layer after forming gel with water; the gel can be absorbed by the capillary phenomenon of the hydrophobic fiber, so that the risk of dropping the carboxymethyl cellulose fiber from the adhesive is avoided, and the service life is prolonged.
2. The hydrophilic layer fiber adopts carboxymethyl cellulose fiber, and has strong liquid absorption capacity.
3. The adhesive layer is one or more of white latex, butyl rubber, epoxy glue, polyurethane glue, acrylate glue and polyvinyl acetate glue, so that the hydrophobic layer is tightly connected with the base material and is adhered to the skin to play a role in fixing the dressing.
4. Hydrophilic layer fibre and the fibrous interlude each other of hydrophobic layer for hydrophilic layer fibre, after hydrophilic layer imbibition formation gel, the hydrophobic layer is because capillary phenomenon, and the gel that will hydrophilic layer formed absorbs, and hydrophilic layer combines with the hydrophobic layer to form one deck formula structure, and stability is stronger.

The release layer 1 is PE; the hydrophilic layer fiber is carboxymethyl cellulose fiber and has strong liquid absorption capacity; the hydrophobic layer fiber is chinlon; the adhesive layer 4 is epoxy adhesive, so that the hydrophobic layer 3 is tightly connected with the base material 5 and is adhered to the skin to play a role in fixing the dressing; the substrate 5 is a polyurethane film.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that various changes, modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
