本发明涉及一种玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫的制备方法,属于吸附垫制备技术领域,包括以下步骤:将基布的表面涂覆聚氨酯胶粘剂,放上聚氨酯多孔膜,进行固化处理,然后在聚氨酯多孔膜的表面覆盖保护膜,得到基垫;将基垫远离保护膜的一侧粘贴双面胶,在双面胶的外侧粘贴离型纸,收卷,切割,即得玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫;本发明在聚氨酯多孔膜中加入导热填料,增加多孔膜的散热速率和耐磨性,还加入保护剂,该保护剂兼具受阻酚和受阻胺的抗氧化性,能够提高多孔膜的耐老化性,该吸附垫压缩率在37%以上,压缩恢复率在92%以上,吸水量在4.0以下,具有较高的耐溶剂、耐老化和散热性能,使用寿命较长。

背景技术
随着生产与科技的发展,及光电、传感器和材料技术的日益进步,玻璃显示屏在工业和人们生活中的应用渐趋广泛,但其在使用前,需要对其粗糙表面进行抛光处理,而在抛光过程中必须使用吸附垫片对其承载及固定,而吸附垫的质量直接影响玻璃显示屏的抛光效果,吸附垫一般为聚氨酯真空吸附垫,采用聚氨酯发泡剂,使聚氨酯皮层形成毛囊状透气结构,在抛光过程中通过一定压力作用下使粘贴面板玻璃吸附垫区域毛囊孔中空气排出,从而形成真空条件下,吸附住被待抛器材。
现有的吸附垫有三种:1、氧化铈抛光垫;2、抛光毡,3、抛光布。这些吸附垫虽然能够实现对玻璃显示屏的抛光,但是容易磨损,并且由于散热能力差,不能将抛光盘摩擦产生的热量散去,进而使吸附垫使用寿命较短,需要经常更换,并且现有的吸附垫耐水性、耐溶剂性差,容易吸水或者被腐蚀,影响毛囊状透气结构的状态,进而影响其吸附效果。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中提到的技术问题,本发明提供一种玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步、通过电晕设备对聚丙烯无纺布的两面进行粗糙化处理,得到基布;
第二步、将基布的上表面涂覆聚氨酯胶粘剂,放上聚氨酯多孔膜,分段固化,温度40-60℃下处理3-5min,温度70-90℃下处理5-8min,30-40℃下处理5-10min,然后在聚氨酯多孔膜的表面覆盖保护膜,得到基垫;
第三步、将基垫远离保护膜的一侧粘贴双面胶,在双面胶的外侧粘贴离型纸,收卷得到吸附垫卷材,将吸附垫卷材按照规格需求进行切割,即得玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫。
进一步地,聚氨酯多孔膜由以下步骤制成:
步骤S11、准备以下重量份原料:聚醚多元醇90-110份、导热填料0.75-1份、保护剂1份、三乙醇胺2.6-2.7份、催化剂1-1.1份、有机硅均泡剂0.6-1份、去离子水2.5份、二氯一氟乙烷1份、甲苯二异氰酸酯18-20份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯15-17份;
步骤S12、将聚醚多元醇、导热填料、保护剂、三乙醇胺、催化剂、有机硅均泡剂、去离子水、二氯一氟乙烷混合3-5min,得到A组分,将A组分置于烘箱中使物料温度升温至25℃,待用;将甲苯二异氰酸酯和多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯搅拌混合3-5min,得到B组分,将B组分置于烘箱中使物料温度升温至25℃,待用;
步骤S13、将B组分倒入A组分中,转速200r/min搅拌4-8s后倒入模具中进行发泡,5min后开模取出泡沫材料,25℃下熟化72h,得到聚氨酯多孔膜。

步骤A1、将氧化石墨烯和DMF超声处理20min后加入双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵,氮气保护下,搅拌反应24h,然后加入2-(7-偶氮苯并三氮唑)-四甲基脲六氟磷酸酯和八(氨基苯基三氧硅烷),78℃下恒温反应6h,抽滤,滤饼用乙醇洗涤3-5次后,60℃下真空干燥12h,得到氨基化纳米颗粒,氧化石墨烯、DMF、双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵、2-(7-偶氮苯并三氮唑)-四甲基脲六氟磷酸酯和八(氨基苯基三氧硅烷)的用量比为0.35g:100mL:25mg:18-20mg:0.18-0.20g,在催化剂的作用下,使氧化石墨烯的羧基与八(氨基苯基三氧硅烷)的氨基发生键连,得到氨基化纳米颗粒;
步骤A2、将氨基化纳米颗粒、DMF混合,加入3-羟基丙酰氯和三乙胺,升温至90℃,恒温反应5h,抽滤,滤饼用无水乙醇洗涤3次后置于60℃下真空干燥至恒重,得到导热填料,氨基化纳米颗粒、DMF、3-羟基丙酰氯和三乙胺的用量比为1.3-2.0g:60mL:0.4-0.6g:5mL,在碱性条件下,使氨基化纳米颗粒与3-羟基丙酰氯发生消去HCl反应,得到导热填料。
进一步地,保护剂由以下步骤制成:
步骤B1、向三口烧瓶中加入苯胺、对甲苯磺酸和二甲苯,搅拌条件下升温至100℃,然后滴加六氟丙酮三水合物,升温至130℃,保温反应1h,冷却至室温后过滤,滤饼于甲苯中重结晶,得到羟基氟苯胺;
其中,苯胺、对甲苯磺酸、二甲苯和六氟丙酮三水合物的用量比为50mmol:0.1g:42.6-50.8mL:53mmol,使苯胺和六氟丙酮三水合物发生亲电加成反应得到羟基氟苯胺,反应过程如下:
步骤B2、氮气保护下,将3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯、羟基氟苯胺和二甲苯加入三口烧瓶中,加入乙酸锌,绝对压强控制在22kPa,搅拌下缓慢升温至回流反应5-5.5h,反应结束后,冷却至室温后过滤,滤饼于无水乙醇中重结晶,得到酯化苯胺;
其中,3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯、羟基氟苯胺和二甲苯的用量比为0.061mol:0.05mol:250-300mL,乙酸锌的用量为3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯质量的2%,在乙酸锌的催化作用下,使3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯、羟基氟苯胺发生酯交换反应得到酯化苯胺,反应过程如下:
步骤B3、将间苯三酚和酯化苯胺加入三口烧瓶中,氮气置换3次,氮气保护下,加入甲苯和浓盐酸,搅拌30min后升温至120℃,保温反应1h,反应结束后,冷却室温,加入1/4体积的甲醇,抽滤,滤饼用甲醇洗涤3-5次,80℃下真空干燥至恒重,得到保护剂;
其中,间苯三酚、酯化苯胺、甲苯和浓盐酸的用量比为0.01mmol:0.03-0.04mol:150-180mL:6-8mL,浓盐酸质量分数37%,利用间苯三酚的酚羟基与酯化苯胺的氨基发生化学反应得到保护剂,结构式如下:
进一步地,聚醚多元醇的相对分子质量为1500-2500,催化剂由二月桂酸二丁基锡和三乙烯二胺按照质量比1:1混合而成,有机硅均泡剂为DC-193、DC-3042和DC-3043中的一种或多种任意比例混合而成。
一种玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫,由上述方法制备而成。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明提供一种玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫,该吸附垫压缩率在37%以上,压缩恢复率在92%以上,吸水量在4.0以下,具有较高的耐溶剂、耐老化和散热性能,使用寿命较长,减少使用中的更换频率,节约成本。
2、本发明首先通过双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵对氧化石墨烯插层处理,然后通过化学键连使氧化石墨烯表面接枝八(氨基苯基三氧硅烷)得到氨基化纳米颗粒,然后再利用3-羟基丙酰氯对氨基化纳米颗粒进行再次处理,使其表面富含醇羟基得到导热填料,导热填料不仅能够与多元醇共同参与聚氨酯的聚合反应,具有较好的分散性,导热填料分散在聚氨酯多孔膜中能够形成散热网络,提高聚氨酯多孔膜的耐热性能和散热性能,并且氧化石墨烯超薄的片层结构较易进入摩擦接触面,降低摩擦系数,提高聚氨酯多孔膜的耐磨性能,进行提高吸附垫的使用寿命。
3、本发明通过化学手段合成了一种保护剂,该保护剂兼具受阻酚抗氧剂和受阻胺抗氧剂的特性,分子结构中含有多个受阻胺、受阻酚结构,能够有效发挥耐老化作用,并且分子结构中含有多个氟甲基,凭借氟基团的“趋肤效应”保护剂能够迁移至聚氨酯多孔膜的表面,更好地发挥抗氧效果,该保护剂受到苯环的共轭作用,具有较高的稳定性,并且含氟基团的引入使材料的表面能降低,提高聚氨酯多孔膜的耐水性和耐溶剂性能,进行提高吸附垫的使用寿命。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种导热填料,由以下步骤制成:
步骤A1、将0.35g氧化石墨烯和100mL DMF超声处理20min后加入25mg双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵,氮气保护下,搅拌反应24h,然后加入18mg 2-(7-偶氮苯并三氮唑)-四甲基脲六氟磷酸酯和0.18g八(氨基苯基三氧硅烷),78℃下恒温反应6h,抽滤,滤饼用乙醇洗涤3次后,60℃下真空干燥12h,得到氨基化纳米颗粒;
步骤A2、将1.3g氨基化纳米颗粒、60mL DMF混合,加入0.4g 3-羟基丙酰氯和5mL三乙胺,升温至90℃,恒温反应5h,抽滤,滤饼用无水乙醇洗涤3次后置于60℃下真空干燥至恒重,得到导热填料。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种导热填料,由以下步骤制成:
步骤A1、将0.35g氧化石墨烯和100mL DMF超声处理20min后加入25mg双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵,氮气保护下,搅拌反应24h,然后加入20mg 2-(7-偶氮苯并三氮唑)-四甲基脲六氟磷酸酯和0.20g八(氨基苯基三氧硅烷),78℃下恒温反应6h,抽滤,滤饼用乙醇洗涤5次后,60℃下真空干燥12h,得到氨基化纳米颗粒;
步骤A2、将2.0g氨基化纳米颗粒、60mL DMF混合,加入0.6g 3-羟基丙酰氯和5mL三乙胺,升温至90℃,恒温反应5h,抽滤,滤饼用无水乙醇洗涤3次后置于60℃下真空干燥至恒重,得到导热填料。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种保护剂,由以下步骤制成:
步骤B1、向三口烧瓶中加入50mmol苯胺、0.1g对甲苯磺酸和42.6mL二甲苯,搅拌条件下升温至100℃,然后滴加53mmol六氟丙酮三水合物,升温至130℃,保温反应1h,冷却至室温后过滤,滤饼于甲苯中重结晶,得到羟基氟苯胺;
步骤B2、氮气保护下,将0.061mol 3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯、0.05mol羟基氟苯胺和250mL二甲苯加入三口烧瓶中,加入乙酸锌,绝对压强控制在22kPa,搅拌下缓慢升温至回流反应5h,反应结束后,冷却至室温后过滤,滤饼于无水乙醇中重结晶,得到酯化苯胺,乙酸锌的用量为3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯质量的2%;
步骤B3、将0.01mmol间苯三酚和0.03mol酯化苯胺加入三口烧瓶中,氮气置换3次,氮气保护下,加入150mL甲苯和6mL浓盐酸,搅拌30min后升温至120℃,保温反应1h,反应结束后,冷却室温,加入1/4体积的甲醇,抽滤,滤饼用甲醇洗涤3次,80℃下真空干燥至恒重,得到保护剂,浓盐酸质量分数37%。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种保护剂,由以下步骤制成:
步骤B1、向三口烧瓶中加入50mmol苯胺、0.1g对甲苯磺酸和50.8mL二甲苯,搅拌条件下升温至100℃,然后滴加53mmol六氟丙酮三水合物,升温至130℃,保温反应1h,冷却至室温后过滤,滤饼于甲苯中重结晶,得到羟基氟苯胺;
步骤B2、氮气保护下,将0.061mol 3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯、0.05mol羟基氟苯胺和300mL二甲苯加入三口烧瓶中,加入乙酸锌,绝对压强控制在22kPa,搅拌下缓慢升温至回流反应5.5h,反应结束后,冷却至室温后过滤,滤饼于无水乙醇中重结晶,得到酯化苯胺,乙酸锌的用量为3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯质量的2%;
步骤B3、将0.01mmol间苯三酚和0.04mol酯化苯胺加入三口烧瓶中,氮气置换3次,氮气保护下,加入180mL甲苯和8mL浓盐酸,搅拌30min后升温至120℃,保温反应1h,反应结束后,冷却室温,加入1/4体积的甲醇,抽滤,滤饼用甲醇洗涤5次,80℃下真空干燥至恒重,得到保护剂,浓盐酸质量分数37%。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种导热填料,由以下步骤制成:
将0.35g氧化石墨烯和100mL DMF超声处理20min后加入25mg双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵,氮气保护下,搅拌反应24h,抽滤,滤饼用乙醇洗涤3次后,60℃下真空干燥12h,得到导热填料。
对比例2
本对比例为实施例4步骤B2所得产品。
实施例5
一种玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步、通过电晕设备对聚丙烯无纺布的两面进行粗糙化处理,得到基布;
第二步、将基布的上表面涂覆聚氨酯胶粘剂,放上聚氨酯多孔膜,分段固化,温度40℃下处理3min,温度70℃下处理8min,40℃下处理5min,然后在聚氨酯多孔膜的表面覆盖保护膜,得到基垫;
第三步、将基垫远离保护膜的一侧粘贴双面胶,在双面胶的外侧粘贴离型纸,收卷得到吸附垫卷材,将吸附垫卷材按照规格需求进行切割,即得玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫。
所述聚氨酯多孔膜由以下步骤制成:
步骤S11、准备以下重量份原料:聚醚多元醇90份、实施例1的导热填料0.75份、实施例3的保护剂1份、三乙醇胺2.6份、催化剂1份、有机硅均泡剂0.6份、去离子水2.5份、二氯一氟乙烷1份、甲苯二异氰酸酯18份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯15份;
步骤S12、将聚醚多元醇、导热填料、保护剂、三乙醇胺、催化剂、有机硅均泡剂、去离子水、二氯一氟乙烷混合3min,得到A组分,将A组分置于烘箱中使物料温度升温至25℃;将甲苯二异氰酸酯和多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯搅拌混合3min,得到B组分,将B组分置于烘箱中使物料温度升温至25℃;将B组分倒入A组分中,转速200r/min搅拌4s后倒入模具中进行发泡,5min后开模取出泡沫材料,25℃下熟化72h,得到聚氨酯多孔膜。
其中,聚醚多元醇的相对分子质量为1500-2500,催化剂由二月桂酸二丁基锡和三乙烯二胺按照质量比1:1混合而成,有机硅均泡剂为DC-193。
实施例6
一种玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步、通过电晕设备对聚丙烯无纺布的两面进行粗糙化处理,得到基布;
第二步、将基布的上表面涂覆聚氨酯胶粘剂,放上聚氨酯多孔膜,分段固化,温度60℃下处理5min,温度90℃下处理8min,40℃下处理10min,然后在聚氨酯多孔膜的表面覆盖保护膜,得到基垫;
第三步、将基垫远离保护膜的一侧粘贴双面胶,在双面胶的外侧粘贴离型纸,收卷得到吸附垫卷材,将吸附垫卷材按照规格需求进行切割,即得玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫。
所述聚氨酯多孔膜由以下步骤制成:
步骤S11、准备以下重量份原料:聚醚多元醇110份、实施例1的导热填料1份、实施例3的保护剂1份、三乙醇胺2.7份、催化剂1.1份、有机硅均泡剂1份、去离子水2.5份、二氯一氟乙烷1份、甲苯二异氰酸酯20份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯17份;
步骤S12、将聚醚多元醇、导热填料、保护剂、三乙醇胺、催化剂、有机硅均泡剂、去离子水、二氯一氟乙烷混合5min,得到A组分,将A组分置于烘箱中使物料温度升温至25℃;将甲苯二异氰酸酯和多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯搅拌混合5min,得到B组分,将B组分置于烘箱中使物料温度升温至25℃;将B组分倒入A组分中,转速200r/min搅拌8s后倒入模具中进行发泡,5min后开模取出泡沫材料,25℃下熟化72h,得到聚氨酯多孔膜。
其中,聚醚多元醇的相对分子质量为1500-2500,催化剂由二月桂酸二丁基锡和三乙烯二胺按照质量比1:1混合而成,有机硅均泡剂为DC-3042。
实施例7
一种玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步、通过电晕设备对聚丙烯无纺布的两面进行粗糙化处理,得到基布;
第二步、将基布的上表面涂覆聚氨酯胶粘剂,放上聚氨酯多孔膜,分段固化,温度50℃下处理4min,温度80℃下处理7min,35℃下处理8min,然后在聚氨酯多孔膜的表面覆盖保护膜,得到基垫;
第三步、将基垫远离保护膜的一侧粘贴双面胶,在双面胶的外侧粘贴离型纸,收卷得到吸附垫卷材,将吸附垫卷材按照规格需求进行切割,即得玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫。
所述聚氨酯多孔膜由以下步骤制成:
步骤S11、准备以下重量份原料:聚醚多元醇100份、实施例1的导热填料0.85份、实施例3的保护剂1份、三乙醇胺2.6份、催化剂1份、有机硅均泡剂0.8份、去离子水2.5份、二氯一氟乙烷1份、甲苯二异氰酸酯19份、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯16份;
步骤S12、将聚醚多元醇、导热填料、保护剂、三乙醇胺、催化剂、有机硅均泡剂、去离子水、二氯一氟乙烷混合4min,得到A组分,将A组分置于烘箱中使物料温度升温至25℃,待用;将甲苯二异氰酸酯和多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯搅拌混合4min,得到B组分,将B组分置于烘箱中使物料温度升温至25℃,待用;
步骤S13、将B组分倒入A组分中,转速200r/min搅拌6s后倒入模具中进行发泡,5min后开模取出泡沫材料,25℃下熟化72h,得到聚氨酯多孔膜。
其中,聚醚多元醇的相对分子质量为1500-2500,催化剂由二月桂酸二丁基锡和三乙烯二胺按照质量比1:1混合而成,有机硅均泡剂为DC-3043。
对比例3
将实施例5中导热填料和保护剂去除,其余原料制备过程不变。
对比例4
将实施例6中的导热填料替换成对比例1中的材料,其余原料及制备过程不变。
对比例5
将实施例7中的保护剂替换成对比例2中的材料,其余原料及制备过程不变。
将实施例5-7和对比例3-5的吸附垫进行测试,测试过程如下:
压缩率及压缩回复率:采用GB/T20671.2-2006非金属垫片材料分类体系及试验方法第2部分垫片材料压缩率回弹率试验方法测定。
吸水量:准备直径为中10cm大小的所述实施例和对比例的吸附垫样品,吸附垫干膜称重后,用直径Ф8cm圆柱体容器带法兰盘开口端平压于吸附垫上表面,从能够关闭另一端口注入100mL去离子水,在室温20℃下密闭24小时,用滤纸吸干吸附垫表面的水后称重后计算;
吸水量=(W1-WO)/16π,W1-吸附垫吸水后重量,WO-吸附垫干膜重量;
水接触角:采用视频接触角测定仪测定接触角,在室温条件下,用3ul水测定空气环境中水与材料表面的接触角。
耐老化性能:将各组吸附垫片材置于热氧老化箱中,150℃下热氧老化10h,然后取出进行压缩回复率测试;
使用寿命:将吸附垫的另一面保护膜撕下平整地贴于抛光机盘上,清洗吸附垫表面后将需要抛光加工的材料安装到吸附垫表面并进行抛光,记录使用寿命。
测试结果如表1所示:

由表1可以看出,实施例5-6的吸附垫压缩率在37%以上,压缩恢复率在92%以上,吸水量在4.0以下,相比于对比例3-5,本发明制备的吸附垫不仅回弹性好,还具有较低的吸水量,耐老化性能好,使用寿命长。

Claims (3)
1.一种玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将基布的表面涂覆胶粘剂,放上聚氨酯多孔膜,分段固化,在聚氨酯多孔膜的表面覆盖保护膜,得到基垫;
将基垫远离保护膜的一侧粘贴双面胶,在双面胶的外侧粘贴离型纸,收卷,切割,得玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫;
其中,聚氨酯多孔膜由以下步骤制成:
步骤S11、将聚醚多元醇、导热填料、保护剂、三乙醇胺、催化剂、有机硅均泡剂、去离子水、二氯一氟乙烷混合3-5min,得到A组分;将甲苯二异氰酸酯和多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯搅拌混合3-5min,得到B组分,将A组分和B组分中物料升温至25℃,待用;
步骤S12、将B组分倒入A组分中,搅拌4-8s后倒入模具中进行发泡,5min后开模取出,25℃下熟化72h,得到聚氨酯多孔膜;
导热填料由以下步骤制成:
将氨基化纳米颗粒、DMF混合,加入3-羟基丙酰氯和三乙胺,升温至90℃,恒温反应5h,抽滤,滤饼洗涤干燥,得到导热填料;
氨基化纳米颗粒由以下步骤制成:
将氧化石墨烯和DMF超声处理后加入双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵,氮气保护下,搅拌反应24h,加入2-(7-偶氮苯并三氮唑)-四甲基脲六氟磷酸酯和八(氨基苯基三氧硅烷),78℃下恒温反应6h,抽滤,滤饼洗涤干燥,得到氨基化纳米颗粒;
保护剂由以下步骤制成:
将间苯三酚和酯化苯胺加入三口烧瓶中,氮气保护下,加入甲苯和浓盐酸,搅拌后升温至120℃,保温反应1h,经后处理,得到保护剂;
酯化苯胺由以下步骤制成:
氮气保护下,将3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯、羟基氟苯胺和二甲苯混合,加入乙酸锌,绝对压强22kPa,搅拌下回流反应5-5.5h,经后处理,得到酯化苯胺;
羟基氟苯胺由以下步骤制成:
将苯胺、对甲苯磺酸和二甲苯混合,搅拌下升温至100℃,滴加六氟丙酮三水合物,升温至130℃保温反应1h,经后处理,得到羟基氟苯胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫的制备方法,其特征在于,间苯三酚、酯化苯胺、甲苯和浓盐酸的用量比为0.01mmol:0.03-0.04mol:150-180mL:6-8mL,浓盐酸质量分数37%。
3.一种玻璃显示屏抛光用吸附垫,其特征在于,由权利要求1-2任一项所述的制备方法制备而成。
