Description

Lumbar puncture nursing device
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to a lumbar puncture nursing device.
Background
The lumbar puncture is a diagnosis and treatment operation commonly used in clinic, can be used for diagnosing various inflammatory diseases of the central nervous system, vascular diseases, spinal cord lesions, suspected intracranial space occupying lesions, unknown nervous system diseases, qi brain, spinal angiography and the like; also can be used for treating central nervous system diseases due to excessive cerebrospinal fluid pressure by discharging (depressurizing) and injecting medicine. The operation difficulty of the lumbar puncture step is high, and the method is as follows:
the patient lies on one side, the head bends forward, and the two hips bend, so that the lumbar vertebra is convex backwards; conventional aseptic disinfection of local skin, wearing aseptic gloves and laying hole towel; taking 3-4 intervertebral spaces (the connecting lines of the anterior superior iliac spines) as puncture points; 1% -2% procaine is arranged in the skin of the puncture part for subcutaneous anesthesia; the needle body is perpendicular to the plane of the back, the skin is inserted at the puncture point, the needle is slowly inserted for about 4-5cm, the resistance is suddenly reduced, namely, the needle body passes through the dura mater, the needle core is pulled out, the needle tail is rotated, and the cerebrospinal fluid can flow out; the lateral pressure tube is connected, so that the patient stretches the lower limb and the head slowly; after lateral pressure, if the pressure is not high, the cerebrospinal fluid for examination can be discharged, and if the pressure is too high, the cerebrospinal fluid can not be discharged any more, so that cerebral hernia is prevented; the puncture needle is pulled out, the puncture part is covered by the disinfection gauze, and the adhesive tape is fixed, so that the patient immediately gets off the pillow and lies on the bed for 4-6 hours.
The complicated and fine steps lead to strict requirements on the doctor's technology and the patient's coordination, and in the prior art, the difficulty is extremely high only by controlling the doctor and the patient's own intention to maintain the posture of lumbar puncture. Chinese patent application number CN201910831703.1 discloses a lumbar puncture auxiliary device, which adopts a knee compression device, a hip compression device and a leg compression device, and can sequentially fix the knee, hip and leg of a patient, and the patient can adjust according to own needs after being inflated; the hip screw driver and the knee screw driver are one of manual rotary disk driver or motor driver, and can be adjusted according to the physical constitution of the patient. According to the technical scheme, the patient is limited in the puncture process, the problem that the patient moves greatly due to pain in the puncture process can be solved, the positions of the knee compression device, the hip compression device and the leg compression device are fixed in the scheme, after the patient lies on the bed, the patient needs to wait until the patient is in a leg bending and knee posture and then is limited, the patient cannot move after the patient is limited, the patient still needs to slightly adjust the posture in the operation process through the operation steps, and the three devices occupy a large volume of a nursing sickbed, so that the patient is inconvenient to get rid of the pillow and lie on the back for nursing after the puncture.
