The embodiment of the invention also provides a control method of the air conditioner, which is applied to control the air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of a control method of an air conditioner according to the present application is provided. In this embodiment, the method for controlling an air conditioner includes:
step S10, responding to a defrosting instruction, and controlling the air conditioner to operate in a defrosting mode;
the defrosting instruction is specifically an air conditioner control instruction for starting the air conditioner to enter defrosting operation, and can be input by a user based on actual requirements, and can also be automatically generated by the air conditioner based on monitoring results of outdoor working conditions (such as outdoor environment temperature, outdoor heat exchanger temperature and the like).
When a defrosting instruction is detected, the air conditioner can be controlled to operate in a refrigerating mode, the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner absorbs heat in an evaporation state under the refrigerating state, the outdoor heat exchanger releases heat in a condensation state, and the heat released by refrigerant in the outdoor heat exchanger can melt the frost of the outdoor unit so as to achieve defrosting of the air conditioner.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the defrosting of the air conditioner in the refrigeration state specifically means that the compressor is started, the four-way valve operates in a refrigeration valve position, a refrigerant flowing out of the compressor sequentially passes through the outdoor heat exchanger, the electronic expansion valve and the indoor heat exchanger and then flows back to the compressor under the flow direction adjusting effect of the four-way valve, and the outdoor heat exchanger serves as a refrigerant of the condenser to emit heat to melt frost on the outdoor heat exchanger and even on other areas of the outdoor unit. Besides the refrigeration operation of the air conditioner, the electronic expansion valve can synchronously operate at an opening degree (such as the maximum opening degree allowed by the electronic expansion valve) which is greater than or equal to the set opening degree threshold value, so that the throttling effect of the electronic expansion valve is reduced, the temperature of a refrigerant in the outdoor heat exchanger is further improved, and the rapid defrosting is realized. In addition, in other embodiments, when the air conditioner is in a heating state and defrosted, fresh air can be introduced according to subsequent steps to exchange heat for the indoor heat exchanger.
Further, after the electronic expansion valve operates for a set time at an opening degree greater than a set opening degree threshold value, the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner can be acquired; and controlling the electronic expansion valve to reduce the opening degree according to the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger. Specifically, the adjustment range of the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve can be increased along with the increase of the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger, and on the basis, the electronic expansion valve is reduced to a lower opening degree when the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is higher, so that the high-temperature refrigerant is deposited to the rear half section of the outdoor heat exchanger through the reduction of the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve after the defrosting of the front half section of the outdoor heat exchanger close to the refrigerant inlet is finished, and the defrosting efficiency and the defrosting and defrosting cleaning of the rear half section of the outdoor heat exchanger are improved.
It should be noted that, when the refrigeration defrosting is started, the outdoor fan can be controlled to be turned off, so as to ensure the defrosting effect of the outdoor unit.
Step S20, opening the fresh air inlet and controlling the indoor fan to be opened; when the indoor fan is started, outdoor air enters the air duct from the fresh air inlet to exchange heat with the indoor heat exchanger.
Specifically, the fresh air control valve that in the steerable fresh air wind channel or the fresh air entry set up opens to open the fresh air entry, the synchronous steerable indoor fan of opening at the fresh air entry is opened, and the air among the outdoor environment can enter into the casing from the fresh air entry when indoor fan opens, carries out the heat transfer with indoor evaporimeter.
The opening of the fresh air inlet and the opening of the indoor fan can be synchronously opened when the air conditioner starts refrigeration and defrosting, and can also be opened after the air conditioner starts refrigeration and defrosting for a certain time. Specifically, in this embodiment, the fresh air inlet and the indoor fan may be turned on in a delayed manner after the air conditioner starts the refrigeration operation and has a certain time, specifically, the time delay may be determined according to the coil temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger when the refrigeration and defrosting are started, and the lower the coil temperature, the shorter the time delay.
The indoor fan can be operated at a preset rotating speed when being started, and the operating rotating speed of the indoor fan can be determined according to the actual operating condition of the air conditioner in the defrosting process.
Furthermore, in order to avoid the influence of cold air after the heat exchange of the indoor evaporator on the heat comfort of indoor users caused by the fact that the cold air enters the indoor environment, the indoor air outlet can be closed firstly before the step of controlling the indoor fan to be opened.
Furthermore, in order to enable air to be smoothly discharged out of the shell after heat exchange, so as to enhance the flow of air flow in the shell and improve the heat exchange efficiency of the indoor heat exchanger, when the shell is further provided with a water outlet communicated with the outdoor space, the water outlet can be opened in addition to closing the indoor air outlet before the indoor fan is opened. The opening of the exhaust port and the closing of the indoor air outlet can be executed simultaneously or sequentially according to actual requirements, and the sequence is not particularly limited. Based on this, when indoor fan operates, the new trend enters into in the casing and carries out the heat transfer back with indoor heat exchanger, can follow the outlet discharge outdoor, and through this mode, the casing can need not to set up extra gas vent, also can avoid cold wind to enter into indoor environment and influence indoor travelling comfort and strengthen indoor heat exchanger's heat exchange efficiency simultaneously to improve the defrosting effect that the return air temperature strengthened outdoor heat exchanger.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, provided by the embodiment of the invention, in the process of refrigerating and defrosting the air conditioner in response to a defrosting instruction, fresh air is introduced into the air conditioner to exchange heat with the indoor heat exchanger by opening the fresh air and controlling the indoor fan to be opened, so that the heat exchange state of the indoor evaporator can be maintained by fresh air drainage instead of stopping the heat exchange in the defrosting process, the return air temperature of the system is effectively prevented from being too low, the heat exchange output capacity of the system in the defrosting process is improved, and the defrosting effect of the outdoor unit is effectively improved.
Further, based on the above embodiments, another embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner of the present application is provided. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, before the step S20, the method further includes:
step S101, acquiring the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor heat exchanger temperature in the defrosting operation process of the air conditioner;
specifically, when the air conditioner is started to defrost for the certain time, the data detected by the temperature detection module in the outdoor environment is read in real time to obtain the outdoor environment temperature, and the data detected by the temperature detection module on the coil (such as the middle part of the coil) of the indoor heat exchanger is synchronously read to obtain the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger.
Step S102, determining a temperature difference value between the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor heat exchanger temperature;
the temperature difference is specifically the absolute value of the difference between the outdoor ambient temperature and the indoor heat exchanger temperature.
Step S103, judging whether the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is lower than the outdoor environment temperature, and judging whether the temperature difference value is larger than or equal to a set value;
if the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is less than the outdoor environment temperature and the temperature difference value is greater than or equal to a set value, step S20 is executed.
Here, just introduce the new trend when guaranteeing that outdoor ambient temperature is higher than indoor heat exchanger temperature and two temperatures reach certain difference in temperature and carry out the heat transfer with indoor heat exchanger in the casing, be favorable to guaranteeing indoor heat exchanger's heat transfer effect to further ensure the effective improvement of outdoor defrosting effect.
Further, in this embodiment, in order to guarantee that the heat transfer effect further improves between the new trend of introducing and the indoor heat exchanger, the step that the fan was opened in the specific control room includes:
step S21, determining the target rotating speed of the indoor fan according to the temperature difference value;
specifically, different temperature difference values correspond to different target rotating speeds of the indoor fan. The larger the temperature difference value is, the larger the target rotating speed is; conversely, the smaller the temperature difference value, the smaller the target rotation speed. The corresponding relation between the temperature difference value and the rotating speed of the indoor fan can be preset, and can be a mapping relation, a calculation formula and the like. Based on the corresponding relation, the target rotating speed of the indoor fan corresponding to the current temperature difference value can be determined. For example, the target rotation speed may be calculated by N ═ a × Δ T, where N is the target rotation speed of the indoor fan, a is a preset constant, and Δ T is a temperature difference value.
And step S22, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to the target rotating speed.
In this embodiment, the indoor fan is controlled to start to introduce the fresh air through the steps S21 and S22, so that the introduced fresh air volume can be ensured to be matched with the heat exchange capacity of the indoor heat exchanger, the heat exchange effect between the indoor heat exchanger and the fresh air is ensured to be optimal, and the improvement of the overall heat exchange capacity of the refrigerant system is further improved, so that the temperature of the refrigerant entering the outdoor heat exchanger is further improved, and the defrosting effect of the outdoor unit is effectively improved.
Further, in this embodiment, the step of determining the target rotation speed of the indoor fan according to the temperature difference value includes:
step S211, acquiring temperature characteristic parameters of the outdoor heat exchanger;
the temperature characteristic parameter may be a coil temperature currently detected by the outdoor heat exchanger, or may be a variation parameter (such as a variation amplitude, a variation rate, and/or a variation trend) of the coil temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger in a time period corresponding to a time period from a refrigeration and defrosting start time to a current time.
Step S212, acquiring the corresponding relation between the temperature difference and the rotating speed according to the temperature characteristic parameters of the outdoor heat exchanger;
the corresponding relation between the temperature difference and the rotating speed is specifically represented by the corresponding relation between the temperature deviation between the outdoor environment and the indoor heat exchanger and the operating rotating speed of the indoor fan. The corresponding relation between the temperature difference and the rotating speed can be preset to be a plurality of, and the temperature characteristic parameters of different outdoor heat exchangers can respectively correspond to the corresponding relation between the different temperature difference and the different rotating speed. Specifically, the lower the current coil temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is, the higher the indoor fan rotation speed corresponding to the temperature value in the obtained correspondence relationship can be; or, the larger the temperature variation amplitude of the outdoor heat exchanger after the refrigeration and defrosting are started is, the smaller the rotating speed of the indoor fan corresponding to the temperature value in the obtained corresponding relation can be.
And S213, determining the target rotating speed of the indoor fan corresponding to the temperature difference value based on the corresponding relation between the temperature difference and the rotating speed.
Specifically, the indoor fan rotation speed corresponding to the obtained temperature difference value in the correspondence relationship is taken as the target rotation speed.
In this embodiment, the corresponding relationship between the temperature difference and the rotating speed of the indoor fan is obtained according to the defrosting condition of the outdoor heat exchanger, so that the accuracy of the determined rotating speed of the indoor fan is further improved, and the fact that the introduced fresh air volume can effectively improve the defrosting effect of the outdoor unit when the determined target rotating speed controls the operation of the indoor fan is ensured.
Further, based on any of the above embodiments, another embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner of the present application is provided. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, after step S20, the method further includes:
step S30, acquiring temperature change parameters of the outdoor heat exchanger; the temperature change parameter is a characteristic parameter of temperature change in the defrosting operation process of the air conditioner;
the temperature change parameters specifically comprise characteristic parameters such as temperature change amplitude, temperature change rate, temperature change curve and temperature change trend which characterize the temperature change of the outdoor heat exchanger in the defrosting process. Specifically, in this embodiment, the temperature variation parameter may specifically refer to a variation characteristic parameter of a refrigerant outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger coil.
Specifically, the step S30 herein may be performed at a certain time period after the air conditioner cooling defrosting operation is performed or at a set time period after the step S20 is performed.
In this embodiment, the temperature change parameter refers to a temperature change range from defrosting start to the current moment, and a first temperature and a second temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger are obtained; the first temperature is detected when the air conditioner starts a refrigeration state for defrosting, and the second temperature is the currently detected temperature; determining a temperature difference between the second temperature and the first temperature as the temperature change parameter. Specifically, the first temperature is T1, and the second temperature is T2, then the temperature variation parameter is | T1-T2 |.
Step S40, determining the operation parameters of the outdoor fan according to the temperature change parameters;
the operation parameters of the outdoor fan specifically include control parameters for turning on or off the outdoor fan, the operation speed of the outdoor fan, the operation steering of the outdoor fan and the like.
Different temperature variation parameters correspond to different operating parameters of the outdoor fan. Specifically, in this embodiment, different temperature differences correspond to different operating parameters of the outdoor fan. If the temperature difference is smaller than a set threshold value, determining the operation parameter as the outdoor fan is turned off; and if the temperature difference is greater than or equal to a set threshold value, determining the operation parameter as starting the outdoor fan. The set threshold value is greater than or equal to 0, and the specific size can be set according to actual conditions. The temperature difference is smaller than a set threshold value, which indicates that the overall temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is low, and after defrosting is started, the great part of frost is not melted, and the outdoor fan can be controlled to be turned off; the temperature difference is larger than or equal to a set threshold value, which indicates that frost on the outdoor heat exchanger is partially melted, and the outdoor fan can be controlled to be started at the moment.
Specifically, the outdoor heat exchanger comprises an inner side and an outer side, and the distance between the outer side of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor air outlet of the air conditioner is smaller than the distance between the inner side of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor air outlet of the air conditioner. The refrigerant inlet of the outdoor heat exchanger coil can be arranged on the inner side, the refrigerant outlet can be arranged on the outer side, and based on the refrigerant inlet, the high-temperature refrigerant flowing out of the compressor can flow to the outer side of the outdoor heat exchanger coil from the inner side of the outdoor heat exchanger coil. The outdoor fan is started and controlled to rotate in a set direction, the outdoor fan blows air to the outer side from the inner side in the set direction during rotation, residual heat generated after defrosting of an inner side refrigerant can be blown to the outer side coil pipe to defrost the outer side coil pipe, and accordingly defrosting efficiency of the outdoor heat exchanger can be improved effectively.
Specifically, the operating speed of the outdoor fan when being started can be determined according to the current speed of the indoor fan. The rotation speed of the indoor fan may be determined in the manner mentioned in the above embodiments.
And step S50, controlling the outdoor fan to operate according to the operation parameters.
In this embodiment, outdoor heat exchanger can characterize outdoor heat exchanger's the defrosting progress at the temperature variation parameter of defrosting start-up back, on the basis, is adapted to the temperature variation parameter and regulates and control outdoor fan's operation, can guarantee that outdoor fan's operation can with outdoor heat exchanger's defrosting progress phase-match, make outdoor fan's operation can realize the effective improvement of defrosting efficiency with outdoor heat exchanger's heat transfer condition cooperation. When the temperature difference is small after defrosting is started, which indicates that most frost of the outdoor heat exchanger is not melted, the outdoor fan is turned off to effectively avoid heat dissipation of the outdoor heat exchanger, so that the outdoor heat exchanger has higher temperature to intensively dissipate heat of the frost on the coil pipe, and the frost is quickly melted; when the temperature difference is large after defrosting is started, it is indicated that defrosting is completed in partial areas of the coil pipe of the outdoor heat exchanger, and at the moment, the outdoor fan is started to increase the air flow flux of the outdoor unit, so that the heat of the refrigerant can be quickly dissipated to different areas of the outdoor heat exchanger, the residual frost of the outdoor heat exchanger is melted, and the defrosting effect and efficiency of the outdoor heat exchanger are effectively improved.
