Abstract
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体为一种高环保性晶石彩涂料,涂料的组分及重量比为:环氧树脂20~35份重、热塑树脂30~38份重、蓝晶石7~12份重、玻璃粉4~8份重、助剂3~5份重、溶剂5~12份重、钛白粉13~18份重、水20~28份重,纳米二氧化钛15~22份重;本发明中,室内施工时,纳米二氧化钛在紫外光及可见光的作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能,将甲醛氧化分解成二氧化碳与水,不会产生二次污染;颜料无毒、无害,对人体安全可靠,不会产生二次污染,具有抗黄变及热稳定性好的特性;在环境污染不严重的条件下,只要不磨损、不剥落,颜料本身不会发生变化和损耗,在光的照射下可以持续不断的净化污染物,具有时间持久、持续作用的优点。

本发明涉及涂料领域,具体为一种高环保性晶石彩涂料。
背景技术
涂料是种涂覆在物体表面的材料,其能形成粘附牢固且具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜,形成的膜称为涂膜、漆膜或涂层,环保涂料是指节能、低污染的水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固体含量涂料(或称无溶剂涂料)和辐射固化涂料等,因为溶剂的贵重价格和下降VOC排放量的要求日益严厉,越来越多的低有机机溶剂含量和不含有机溶剂的涂料得到了重视,涂料除了具有保护和装饰功能外,还能具有一些特殊作用,如用作色彩标志、润滑、防滑、绝缘、导电、隔热、防潮等。
随着人类对本身健康和环保认识的不断增强,人们对绿色环保涂料产品的消费需求日趋激烈,为此我们提出了一种高环保性晶石彩涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高环保性晶石彩涂料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种高环保性晶石彩涂料,一种高环保性晶石彩涂料的组分及重量比为:环氧树脂20~35 份重、热塑树脂30~38份重、蓝晶石7~12份重、玻璃粉4~8份重、助剂3~ 5份重、溶剂5~12份重、钛白粉13~18份重、水20~28份重,纳米二氧化钛15~22份重;
其中,所述玻璃粉细度小于等于50μm,所述蓝晶石细度小于等于80μm,所述纳米二氧化钛的原料为粉体。
作为优选的:所述一种高环保性晶石彩涂料的组分及重量比为:环氧树脂23份重、热塑树脂36份重、蓝晶石8份重、玻璃粉6份重、助剂3份重、溶剂8份重、钛白粉15份重、水26份重,纳米二氧化钛15份重。
作为优选的:所述一种高环保性晶石彩涂料的组分及重量比为:环氧树脂26份重、热塑树脂38份重、蓝晶石11份重、玻璃粉5份重、助剂5份重、溶剂5份重、钛白粉18份重、水28份重,纳米二氧化钛17份重。
作为优选的:所述一种高环保性晶石彩涂料的组分及重量比为:环氧树脂29份重、热塑树脂36份重、蓝晶石9份重、玻璃粉5份重、助剂4份重、溶剂8份重、钛白粉16份重、水24份重,纳米二氧化钛19份重。
作为优选的:所述环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂。
作为优选的:所述热塑树脂为PE-聚乙烯、PP-聚丙烯、PVC-聚氯乙烯、 PS-聚苯乙烯、PA-聚酰胺、POM-聚甲醛、PC-聚碳酸酯中的任一种。
纳米二氧化钛是具有屏蔽紫外线功能和产生颜色效应的一种透明物质。由于它透明性和防紫外线功能的高度统一,使得它一经问世,便在防晒护肤、塑料薄膜制品、木器保护、透明耐用面漆、精细陶瓷等多方面获得了广泛应用。
随着纳米材料研究的深入,纳米组装体系、人工组装合成的纳米结构的材料体系越来越受到人们的关注,这意味着纳米材料的研究已可以按照人们的意愿设计、组装、创造新的体系,更有目的地使该体系具有人们所希望的特性,技术上的飞跃,为纳米材料的应用进一步打开市场的大门,在广泛的领域形成了一大批高技术产品。如信息与通讯方面的磁性存储器、光学存储器、液晶显示、光学方面的功能性薄膜;电子方面的原件开发,能源方面的太阳能电源,热敏绝缘体,测量与控制技术方面的传感器;陶瓷方面的结构陶瓷,功能陶瓷以及其他方面的抗老化橡胶、功能油漆、光催化降解剂、保洁抗菌材料、超高磁能衡土水磁体等。在纳米材料的市场增长中,o维-3维结构技术,超精度加工技术,超薄膜生产技术,横向结构技术所制造的产品最具市场增长潜力。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中,室内施工时,纳米二氧化钛在紫外光及可见光的作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能,将甲醛氧化分解成二氧化碳与水,不会产生二次污染;颜料无毒、无害,对人体安全可靠,不会产生二次污染,具有抗黄变及热稳定性好的特性;在环境污染不严重的条件下,只要不磨损、不剥落,颜料本身不会发生变化和损耗,在光的照射下可以持续不断的净化污染物,具有时间持久、持续作用的优点。

实施例1
一种高环保性晶石彩涂料,其特征在于,所述一种高环保性晶石彩涂料的组分及重量比为:环氧树脂23份重、热塑树脂36份重、蓝晶石8份重、玻璃粉6份重、助剂3份重、溶剂8份重、钛白粉15份重、水26份重,纳米二氧化钛15份重。
该高环保性晶石彩涂料,采用下述方法制备而成:
S1:将水按所需数量加入容器,开动高速分散机,初始转速为300RPM,温度不低于165摄氏度,加入环氧树脂和热塑树脂,混合11分钟,缓慢加入助剂,离心分离,缓慢降温至75摄氏度,得到混合物A;
S2:将纳米二氧化钛、蓝晶石、玻璃粉和水依次加入另一容器,缓慢加入钛白粉,搅拌19分钟,设定反应温度为85摄氏度,得到混合物B;
S3:将混合物A和混合物B放置在同一容器内,缓慢加入助剂和溶剂,设定温度不低于175摄氏度,并持续搅拌,每搅拌3分钟后静置1分钟,得到高环保性晶石彩涂料。
实施例2
一种高环保性晶石彩涂料,其特征在于,所述一种高环保性晶石彩涂料的组分及重量比为:环氧树脂26份重、热塑树脂38份重、蓝晶石11份重、玻璃粉5份重、助剂5份重、溶剂5份重、钛白粉18份重、水28份重,纳米二氧化钛17份重。
该高环保性晶石彩涂料,采用下述方法制备而成:
S1:将水按所需数量加入容器,开动高速分散机,初始转速为300RPM,温度不低于165摄氏度,加入环氧树脂和热塑树脂,混合13分钟,缓慢加入助剂,离心分离,缓慢降温至85摄氏度,得到混合物A;
S2:将纳米二氧化钛、蓝晶石、玻璃粉和水依次加入另一容器,缓慢加入钛白粉,搅拌16分钟,设定反应温度为85摄氏度,得到混合物B;
S3:将混合物A和混合物B放置在同一容器内,缓慢加入助剂和溶剂,设定温度不低于185摄氏度,并持续搅拌,每搅拌3分钟后静置2分钟,得到高环保性晶石彩涂料。
实施例3
一种高环保性晶石彩涂料,其特征在于,所述一种高环保性晶石彩涂料的组分及重量比为:环氧树脂29份重、热塑树脂36份重、蓝晶石9份重、玻璃粉5份重、助剂4份重、溶剂8份重、钛白粉16份重、水24份重,纳米二氧化钛19份重。
该高环保性晶石彩涂料,采用下述方法制备而成:
S1:将水按所需数量加入容器,开动高速分散机,初始转速为300RPM,温度不低于150摄氏度,加入环氧树脂和热塑树脂,混合20分钟,缓慢加入助剂,离心分离,缓慢降温至70摄氏度,得到混合物A;
S2:将纳米二氧化钛、蓝晶石、玻璃粉和水依次加入另一容器,缓慢加入钛白粉,搅拌28分钟,设定反应温度为76摄氏度,得到混合物B;
S3:将混合物A和混合物B放置在同一容器内,缓慢加入助剂和溶剂,设定温度不低于165摄氏度,并持续搅拌,每搅拌4分钟后静置1分钟,得到高环保性晶石彩涂料。

其中,所述玻璃粉细度小于等于50μm,所述蓝晶石细度小于等于80μm,所述纳米二氧化钛的原料为粉体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高环保性晶石彩涂料,其特征在于,所述一种高环保性晶石彩涂料的组分及重量比为:环氧树脂23份重、热塑树脂36份重、蓝晶石8份重、玻璃粉6份重、助剂3份重、溶剂8份重、钛白粉15份重、水26份重,纳米二氧化钛15份重。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高环保性晶石彩涂料,其特征在于,所述一种高环保性晶石彩涂料的组分及重量比为:环氧树脂26份重、热塑树脂38份重、蓝晶石11份重、玻璃粉5份重、助剂5份重、溶剂5份重、钛白粉18份重、水28份重,纳米二氧化钛17份重。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高环保性晶石彩涂料,其特征在于,所述热塑树脂为PE-聚乙烯、PP-聚丙烯、PVC-聚氯乙烯、PS-聚苯乙烯、PA-聚酰胺、POM-聚甲醛、PC-聚碳酸酯中的任一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高环保性晶石彩涂料,其特征在于,一种高环保性晶石彩涂料的制备方法:
S1:将水按所需数量加入容器,开动高速分散机,初始转速为300RPM,温度不低于150~170摄氏度,加入环氧树脂和热塑树脂,混合10~20分钟,缓慢加入助剂,离心分离,缓慢降温至75~85摄氏度,得到混合物A;
S2:将纳米二氧化钛、蓝晶石、玻璃粉和水依次加入另一容器,缓慢加入钛白粉,搅拌15~30分钟,设定反应温度为70~90摄氏度,得到混合物B;
S3:将混合物A和混合物B放置在同一容器内,缓慢加入助剂和溶剂,设定温度不低于165~185摄氏度,并持续搅拌,每搅拌2~4分钟后静置1~2分钟,得到高环保性晶石彩涂料。
