一种固态和半固态物料的存储与卸料装置,包括筒体、卸料转子和转子支架,筒体下端连在底架,筒体内壁设螺旋隔板,螺旋隔板倾斜布置且沿内壁呈现螺旋形状布置,在螺旋隔板下方筒体内壁连接减压锥形板,减压锥形板与第一法兰之间的筒体内壁设有耐磨板;筒体下端第一法兰中部设安装口,卸料转子包括转轴,转轴上部经安装口伸入筒体内,在第一法兰内壁固连底座套,在该底座套凸设有与转轴同心的圆形凸环,对应凸环的该转轴上套固旋转底盘,在旋转底盘上方固接套管,在旋转底盘与套管之外套接旋转轮毂,在旋转轮毂下端外壁固连两个力臂刮刀,两力臂刮刀的内弧与滚筒罩之间分别固连力臂链条,在第一法兰侧部设下料口,下料口与螺旋输送机的入料口对接。

技术领域
本发明属于环保设备技术领域,尤指一种固态和半固态物料的存储与卸料装置。
背景技术
目前,随着环保技术的发展,尤其是当前循环经济的要求,固体物料和半固态物料的存储与输送技术领域缺乏一种高效的缓存与卸料装置,已知的固态和半固态物料的卸料领域构造是:固态物料与半固态物料分类进行输送,固态物料通过物料的自重进过皮带或抓斗进行卸料,半固态物料通过物料的自重或者真空泵泵实现卸料,一旦遇到不具备流动性的半固态物料或筛上物的固态物料时,容易发生堵塞且不易清理,输送的效率低,遇到粘稠物料、杂质较多的物料时容易发生故障,造成频繁停机、物料的堆积难以清理,对物料的选择性要求较高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种固态和半固态物料的存储与卸料装置,其对较大的复杂物料、颗粒物料、不具备流动的半固态物料具有主动卸料的作用,不会发生物料的架桥、设备的堵塞,提高了效率,减少了维护周期,降低了维护人员的劳动强度。
为达成上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种固态和半固态物料的存储与卸料装置,包括筒体、底架、卸料转子和转子支架,该筒体的下端固连在底架上,所述筒体的内壁上设有若干螺旋隔板,螺旋隔板倾斜布置且沿内壁呈现螺旋形状布置,相邻螺旋隔板之间有0.6m至1m的高度差,在螺旋隔板下方0.8m-1.2m处的筒体内壁上连接减压锥形板,减压锥形板与第一法兰之间的筒体内壁上设有耐磨板;在筒体下端的第一法兰的中部开设安装口,该卸料转子包括转轴,该转轴的上部经该安装口伸入筒体内,在该法兰的内壁固连底座套,该底座套套设在转轴上,在该底座套上凸设有与该转轴同心的数个圆形凸环,对应凸环的该转轴上套固旋转底盘,在该旋转底盘的底壁上设有与凸环对应的圆环形凹槽,以使得该旋转底盘绕着该底座套定位旋转,在该旋转底盘上方固接套管,该套管套固在该转轴上,在该旋转底盘与套管之外套接旋转轮毂,在该旋转轮毂的下端外壁上固连两个对应的力臂刮刀,该力臂刮刀包括弧形叠加弹性钢板,该弧形叠加弹性钢板通过锁紧环和弹簧卡环固定,在该叠加弹性钢板的末端连接抓钩,两力臂刮刀的内弧与对应侧的滚筒罩之间分别固连力臂链条,该抓钩与耐磨板之间留有间隙为10mm至20mm;该卸料转子的转轴下端与减速机连接,该减速机通过转子支架固定在第一法兰的底部;在该第一法兰的侧部设有下料口,该下料口与螺旋输送机的入料口对接;在该筒体的上端连接第二法兰,该第二法兰上设有料位计,该料位计和该减速机与控制器连接。
优选地,所述旋转轮毂顶壁设有离心钢板,该离心钢板沿螺旋线布置。
优选地,所述减压锥形板为两层,每层间隔交错布置,每层减压锥形板为三至六个,每个减压锥形板占筒体内圈的六分之一至十分之一,每个减压锥形板相对水平面向下倾斜20度至35度。
优选地,所述螺旋隔板上部与耐磨板固连、所述减压锥形板上部与耐磨板固连,在该减压锥形板的下方设有与筒体内壁连接倾斜肋板。
优选地,所述料位计配有带电磁控制阀的冲洗喷头。
优选地,所述叠加弹性钢板为耐磨钢板,所述力臂链条为高强度耐磨链条。
优选地,所述减速机为液压马达减速机或电机减速机。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明通过带有力臂链条与力臂刮刀的旋转轮毂清理固体物料,可以清理复杂的较大的固体物料,也可以清理较小的颗粒物料或半固态物料,对物料的适应性更强,实用范围更广。
2、本发明力臂刮刀上的叠加弹性钢板为高强度耐磨板,力臂链条拉紧叠加弹性钢板,使常态下叠加弹性钢板的形状为弧形,能及时更省力的清理固体物料。
3、本发明的筒体上部液位高度检测装置与减速机与卸料转子之间可以实时监测物料的高度,物料高度较高时,降低转速,减小卸料量。
4、本发明不会堵转,物料的阻力较大时“叠加弹性钢板”受力变形,减小受力面积,确保不堵转;物料的阻力较小“叠加弹性钢板”不变形,钢板外沿与筒体内壁距离10mm至20mm,筒体不积料,物料混合的充分。

具体实施方式
以下仅以实施例说明本发明可能的实施态样,然并非用以限制本发明所欲保护的范畴,合先叙明。
如图1至图3所示,为本发明的一种优选实施方式,本发明的一种固态和半固态物料的存储与卸料装置,包括筒体1、底架2、卸料转子3和转子支架4,该筒体1的下端通过底座10与底架2固连,所述筒体1的内壁上设有若干螺旋隔板11,螺旋隔板倾斜布置且沿内壁呈现螺旋形状布置,相邻螺旋隔板之间有0.6m至1m的高度差,在螺旋隔板下方0.8m-1.2m处的筒体内壁连接两层减压锥形板12,每层交错布置,每层减压锥形板为三至六个,每个减压锥形板占筒体内圈的六分之一至十分之一,每个锥形板相对水平面向下倾斜20度至35度,可以减缓物料对旋转轮毂的压力同时不会对卸料起阻碍作用,卸料更有利;减压锥形板12与第一法兰14之间的筒体内壁上设有耐磨板13;
在筒体1下端的第一法兰14的正中部开设安装口,该卸料转子3包括转轴31,该转轴31的上部经该安装口伸入筒体1内,在该第一法兰的内壁固连底座套32,该底座套32套设在转轴31上,在该底座套32上凸设有与该转轴同心的数个圆形凸环321,对应凸环321的该转轴上套固旋转底盘33,在该旋转底盘的底壁上设有与凸环对应的圆环形凹槽,以使得该旋转底盘绕着该底座套定位旋转,在该旋转底盘33上方固接套管34,该套管34的顶部通过螺栓固连在该转轴31的顶壁,在该旋转底盘33与套管之外套接旋转轮毂35,该旋转轮毂顶壁设有离心钢板351,该离心钢板沿螺旋线布置,可保证物料不缠在旋转轮毂上,长条状的软物料不会堆积在中心,可进一步缓解物料下降的速度和堆积;在该旋转轮毂35的下端外壁上固连两个对应的力臂刮刀36,该力臂刮刀36包括弧形叠加弹性钢板361,该弧形叠加弹性钢板361通过锁紧环362和弹簧卡环363固定,在该叠加弹性钢板的末端连接抓钩364,两力臂刮刀的内弧与对应侧的滚筒罩之间分别固连力臂链条365,该抓钩与耐磨板13之间留有间隙为10mm至20mm;
该卸料转子3的转轴31下端与减速机5连接,该减速机5通过转子支架4固定在第一法兰14的底部;在该第一法兰14的侧部设有下料口141,该下料口141与螺旋输送机6的入料口对接;在该筒体1的上端连接第二法兰15,该第二法兰15的中心设有料位计7,该料位计7和该减速机5与控制器连接。
所述螺旋隔板上部与耐磨板固连、所述减压锥形板上部与耐磨板固连,在该减压锥形板的下方设有与筒体内壁连接倾斜肋板。
所述料位计7配有带电磁控制阀的冲洗喷头71,该电磁控制阀与控制器连接,可实现对料位计进行自动冲洗。
所述叠加弹性钢板为耐磨钢板,所述力臂链条为高强度耐磨链条。
所述减速机为液压马达减速机或电机减速机。
工作时检修人孔9处于关闭状态,减速机带动卸料转子沿中心旋转,力臂刮刀与力臂链条受到物料的阻力,带动物料沿中心转动,将物料卸入螺旋输送机内,筒体内物料持续增加,料位高度检测装置检测高度接近筒体的高度,增加螺旋输送机和卸料转子的转速,反正增加入料的速度完成匀速卸料。
本发明力臂链条与弧线形力臂刮刀的配合,使传统离心运动的物料沿旋转中心移动,端部的抓钩能抓取轻质大件固体,防止筒体内壁固体物料的堆积,力臂链条与力臂刮刀采用高强度耐磨钢的设置,增强了对固态和非固态物料的使用的可靠性和减少了维护周期,且减压锥形板减缓了物料对筒体的压力,螺旋隔板的螺旋高度差设置减缓了物料对筒体底板的冲击和卸料转子的纵向压力。

1.一种固态和半固态物料的存储与卸料装置,其特征在于,包括筒体、底架、卸料转子和转子支架,该筒体的下端固连在底架上,所述筒体的内壁上设有若干螺旋隔板,螺旋隔板倾斜布置且沿内壁呈现螺旋形状布置,相邻螺旋隔板之间有0.6m至1m的高度差,在螺旋隔板下方0.8m-1.2m处的筒体内壁上连接减压锥形板,减压锥形板与第一法兰之间的筒体内壁上设有耐磨板;在筒体下端的第一法兰的中部开设安装口,该卸料转子包括转轴,该转轴的上部经该安装口伸入筒体内,在该法兰的内壁固连底座套,该底座套套设在转轴上,在该底座套上凸设有与该转轴同心的数个圆形凸环,对应凸环的该转轴上套固旋转底盘,在该旋转底盘的底壁上设有与凸环对应的圆环形凹槽,以使得该旋转底盘绕着该底座套定位旋转,在该旋转底盘上方固接套管,该套管套固在该转轴上,在该旋转底盘与套管之外套接旋转轮毂,在该旋转轮毂的下端外壁上固连两个对应的力臂刮刀,该力臂刮刀包括弧形叠加弹性钢板,该弧形叠加弹性钢板通过锁紧环和弹簧卡环固定,在该叠加弹性钢板的末端连接抓钩,两力臂刮刀的内弧与对应侧的滚筒罩之间分别固连力臂链条,该抓钩与耐磨板之间留有间隙为10mm至20mm;该卸料转子的转轴下端与减速机连接,该减速机通过转子支架固定在第一法兰的底部;在该第一法兰的侧部设有下料口,该下料口与螺旋输送机的入料口对接;在该筒体的上端连接第二法兰,该第二法兰上设有料位计,该料位计和该减速机与控制器连接;
所述旋转轮毂顶壁设有离心钢板,该离心钢板沿螺旋线布置;
所述螺旋隔板上部与耐磨板固连、所述减压锥形板上部与耐磨板固连,在该减压锥形板的下方设有与筒体内壁连接倾斜肋板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固态和半固态物料的存储与卸料装置,其特征在于,所述减压锥形板为两层,每层间隔交错布置,每层减压锥形板为三至六个,每个减压锥形板占筒体内圈的六分之一至十分之一,每个减压锥形板相对水平面向下倾斜20度至35度。
