After the screw plate workpiece is positioned, the rotary table 8 rotates to a large station, and the automatic screw plate tapping device 14 descends to tap the screw plate workpiece (after the screw plate workpiece descends to a tapping set position, the screw plate workpiece starts to ascend, and tapping is completed after the screw plate workpiece ascends to the set position). After the tapping action is finished, the turntable 8 rotates to a large station, the screw plate lifting and rotating manipulator 15 sucks the tapped screw plate workpiece 7 to move to a station of an oil throwing rack 16 of the automatic oil throwing device 17 for the screw plate (one small station is 1/3 circles, four screw plate workpieces are placed at a time, three small stations form a large station), and the screw plate workpiece 7 is put down to a tapping screw plate fixing rod seat in the oil throwing rack 16.
