Due to the requirements of the production and processing technology of the workpiece, the workpiece needs to be subjected to surface paint spraying treatment before leaving a factory, on one hand, the workpiece is isolated from external oxides through paint so as to achieve a good anti-corrosion effect, on the other hand, the workpiece has the function of coloring and beautifying, and in the paint spraying process of the plate-shaped workpiece, the paint needs to be uniformly sprayed on the surface of the workpiece.

3. According to the invention, after the workpiece is painted, the workpiece can be dried through drying, so that the paint can be quickly dried on the workpiece, and the paint on the workpiece can be prevented from falling off or scraping when the material is discharged at the later stage.
In conclusion, the workpiece can be subjected to closed paint spraying, so that air pollution is reduced, the workpiece is placed and rotated by the rotary fluted disc during paint spraying, paint is uniformly distributed on the workpiece, the workpiece can be dried after paint spraying, subsequent discharging is more convenient, and the paint is prevented from falling off or scraping.

The annular belt 7 comprises a median belt 72, the top end of the median belt 72 is movably arranged in the upper side channel 63, the bottom end of the median belt 72 is movably arranged in the lower side channel 63, and the top end and the bottom end of the median belt 72 are both provided with end belts 71;
the driving mechanism 8 comprises two driving rollers 81, one of the driving rollers 81 is rotatably installed with the inner annular plate 61 through a shaft rod, the driving roller 81 is in friction contact with the outer wall of the neutral belt 72, the other driving roller 81 is rotated with the outer annular plate 62 through a shaft rod, the driving roller 81 is in friction contact with the inner wall of the neutral belt 72, the top ends of the driving rollers 81 are respectively provided with a sub gear 82, the two sub gears 82 are in meshed transmission, the inner annular plate 61 is provided with a driving motor 84 through a bracket, the driving end of the driving motor 84 is provided with a main gear 83, and the main gear 83 is in meshed transmission with one of the sub gears 82.
The driving motor 84 drives the main gear 83 to mesh with one of the sub-gears 82, and the two sub-gears 82 are meshed with each other, so that the two driving rollers 81 can be rotated in opposite directions, and the endless belt 7 can be driven to rotate relative to the two-piece endless track 6 by friction.
The annular belt 7 is provided with a plurality of painting holes 10, rotary fluted discs 9 are movably arranged in the painting holes 10, an annular toothed plate 11 is arranged on the inner side of the annular belt 7, and the annular toothed plate 11 is simultaneously in meshing transmission with each rotary fluted disc 9;
the work piece is put into box 1 from sending a door 2, and the top surface of rotatory fluted disc 9 is used for placing the work piece, and the bottom surface of rotatory fluted disc 9 rotates through pivot 91 to be set up in last lacquer hole 10, and rotatory fluted disc 9 is equipped with the tooth with annular toothed plate 11 intermeshing. The annular toothed plate 11 is fixed to the inner bottom wall of the case 1 by a support rod 12.

One side of the box body 1 is provided with a spraying mechanism 4, the spraying range of the spraying mechanism 4 covers the rotary fluted disc 9 and the painting hole 10, the other side of the box body 1 is provided with a drying mechanism 5, and the drying range of the drying mechanism 5 covers the rotary fluted disc 9 and the painting hole 10.
As shown in fig. 10, the spraying mechanism 4 includes a spraying machine 41 disposed outside the box body 1, and further includes a spraying pipe 42 disposed inside the box body 1, the spraying pipe 42 is connected to the spraying machine 41, and a plurality of nozzles 43 are installed on a side of the spraying pipe 42 facing the box body 1, and a spraying range of the nozzles 43 covers the rotating fluted disc 9 and the painting holes 10.
Paint is sprayed from the spray nozzles 43 onto the workpiece on the rotating toothed disc 9, which can be rotated so that the spray is more complete. After finishing painting the workpiece, the workpiece is continuously conveyed to the side of the drying mechanism 5 by the annular belt 7. The drying mechanism 5 comprises an air inlet pipe arranged on the side surface of the box body 1, and a fan is arranged in the air inlet pipe. The drying mechanism 5 further comprises an electric heating wire installed in the air inlet pipe.
The fan produces the air current, and the air current is heated to the hot-air when the heating wire, and the hot-air carries out the drying to the work piece for the paint vehicle rapid draing of spraying, it can to take out the work piece from a play door 3 after the drying is accomplished.
