A cylinder spray line apparatus as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the spraying device comprises a support frame at the lower end, the support frame comprises a horizontal support plate at the upper end, a mounting plate which is of a long strip structure and is longitudinally arranged along the support plate is arranged above the support plate, and a mounting plate transverse movement control structure is arranged between the mounting plate and the support plate to drive the mounting plate to transversely move along the support plate; two vertical plates are arranged on the mounting plate at intervals along the length direction of the mounting plate, a vertically arranged placing plate is arranged on one side of each vertical plate, and a placing plate vertical movement control structure is arranged between each vertical plate and each placing plate to drive the placing plates to vertically move; a mounting frame is arranged on the outer side of the mounting plate, a mounting shaft which is horizontally arranged and can vertically rotate is arranged on the mounting frame, and paint nozzles are respectively arranged at two ends of the mounting shaft; and the mounting plate is also provided with a mounting shaft rotation driving mechanism which is provided with a rotation driving end and is connected with the mounting shaft so as to drive the mounting shaft and the paint nozzle to rotate.

9. A cylinder spray line apparatus as set forth in claim 7 wherein: the mounting shaft rotation driving mechanism comprises a first servo motor, and the output end of the first servo motor forms the rotation driving end and is connected with the mounting shaft through a gear transmission structure;
the placing frame comprises a support plate which is fixedly connected to the placing plate and horizontally arranged outwards, a support box is arranged on the front side of the support plate, a mounting hole is horizontally arranged on the support box in a penetrating mode, the mounting shaft is mounted on the support box, and the first servo motor is arranged on the rear side of the support box;
the protective cover which is of a rectangular structure and is provided with openings at the lower side and the rear end is arranged on the support plate, and the protective cover is of an enclosing structure for the support box and the front end of the servo motor;
the arrangement plate vertical movement control structure comprises an arrangement plate vertical guide structure arranged between the vertical plate and the arrangement plate and also comprises an arrangement plate vertical driving structure arranged between the vertical plate and the arrangement plate;
the vertical guide structure of the placement plate comprises a vertical guide block arranged on the placement plate, a vertical guide groove is formed in the vertical guide block, a vertical guide rail is arranged on the vertical plate, and the vertical guide block can be vertically and slidably arranged on the vertical guide rail;
the vertical driving structure of the placing plate comprises a second servo motor arranged at the upper end of the vertical plate, a vertical driving nut is arranged on the placing plate, a vertical driving screw rod is arranged in the vertical driving nut, and the upper end of the vertical driving screw rod is connected with the second servo motor;
the mounting plate transverse movement control structure comprises a horizontal sliding block below the mounting plate, a horizontal guide groove is formed in the horizontal sliding block, a horizontal guide rail is arranged on the supporting plate, and the horizontal guide rail is matched in the horizontal guide groove; the supporting plate is provided with a third servo motor, the mounting plate is provided with a horizontal driving nut, a horizontal driving screw rod is arranged in the horizontal driving nut, and the horizontal driving screw rod is connected with the third servo motor.
