The gear conveyer belt group 443 is driven to rotate by the lifting driving motor 442, so that the lifting rotating shaft 444 drives the spray gun 446 on the lifting moving plate 445 to move up and down, the spray paint can be uniformly sprayed to the whole automobile tail throat 9 when the lifting rotating shaft 444 rotates, the spray paint on the whole automobile tail throat 9 is more uniform, and the spray paint quality is improved.

The automobile tail throats 9 are enabled to keep the same height through the automobile tail throat positioning assembly on the first spraying device 4, and can be stably and flatly sleeved on the support shaft 222, so that each spraying is uniform in the spraying process, and consistency is kept; the tail throat rotating assembly of the automobile is convenient to drive the tail throat 9 of the automobile entering the spraying box 41 to rotate by a motor, so that the spraying is better in comprehensiveness; be convenient for through the lift spraying subassembly spray paint evenly spout to whole automobile tail larynx 9 on, make the spray paint more even on the whole automobile tail larynx 9, more comprehensive, promote whole paint spraying quality.

(IV) heating for one time: the hot air enters a heating cover 54 through a plurality of ventilation pipes 53 by matching a heating box 51 on a first heating and blowing device 5 with a blower 52, and heats the painted automobile tail throat 9 in the heating cover 54;
(V) secondary spray painting heating: the second paint spraying and heating are carried out through the same working mode as the first spraying device 4 and the first heating and blowing device 5;
(VI) blanking: the blanking device 8 grabs and conveys the sprayed automobile tail throat 9 into a blanking channel through a blanking manipulator.

Claims (9)

1. A spraying device for producing an automobile tail throat is characterized by comprising a spraying box (41), an automobile tail throat positioning assembly, an automobile tail throat rotating assembly and a lifting spraying assembly; a spraying channel (411) for a chain to pass through is arranged on the spraying box (41), and an automobile tail throat positioning assembly is arranged at the top of the spraying box (41) and used for positioning an automobile tail throat conveyed into the spraying channel (411); the automobile tail throat rotating assembly is positioned on the front side of the spraying box (41) and used for rotating the automobile tail throat conveyed to enter during spraying; the lifting spraying assembly is located on the front side of the spraying box (41) and located above the automobile tail throat rotating assembly, and the lifting spraying assembly is used for spraying and processing the automobile tail throat rotating in the spraying box (41).
