the driving mechanism 8 comprises two driving rollers 81, wherein one driving roller 81 is rotatably mounted with the inner ring plate 61 through a shaft rod, the driving roller 81 is in friction contact with the outer wall of the median belt 72, the other driving roller 81 is rotatably mounted with the outer ring plate 62 through a shaft rod, the driving roller 81 is in friction contact with the inner wall of the median belt 72, the top ends of the driving rollers 81 are respectively provided with a pinion 82, the two pinion 82 are in meshed transmission with each other, the inner ring plate 61 is provided with a driving motor 84 through a bracket, the driving end of the driving motor 84 is provided with a main gear 83, and the main gear 83 is in meshed transmission with one of the pinion 82.
The driving motor 84 drives the main gear 83 to mesh with one of the sub gears 82 while the two sub gears 82 are also meshed with each other, so that the two driving rollers 81 can be rotated reversely, and the endless belt 7 can be driven to rotate relative to the double-sheet endless track 6 by friction.
The annular belt 7 is provided with a plurality of paint spraying holes 10, rotary fluted discs 9 are movably arranged in the paint spraying holes 10, an annular toothed plate 11 is arranged on the inner side of the annular belt 7, and the annular toothed plate 11 is meshed and driven with each rotary fluted disc 9;

As shown in fig. 10, the spraying mechanism 4 comprises a spraying machine 41 arranged on the outer side of the box body 1, and further comprises a spray pipe 42 arranged on the inner side of the box body 1, wherein the spray pipe 42 is connected with the spraying machine 41, a plurality of spray nozzles 43 are arranged on the side, facing the box body 1, of the spray pipe 42, and the spray painting range of the spray nozzles 43 covers the rotary fluted disc 9 and the painting hole 10.
Paint is sprayed from the nozzle 43 onto the work piece on the rotating toothed disc 9, which is rotatable so that the spraying is more complete. After the work piece is painted, the work piece is continuously conveyed to the side of the drying mechanism 5 by the annular belt 7. The drying mechanism 5 comprises an air inlet pipe arranged on the side face of the box body 1, and a fan is arranged in the air inlet pipe. The drying mechanism 5 further includes an electric heating wire installed in the air inlet pipe.
The fan generates air flow, the air flow is heated into hot air when passing through the electric heating wire, and the hot air dries the workpiece, so that the sprayed paint is quickly dried, and the workpiece is taken out from the workpiece outlet door 3 after the drying is finished.
