Abstract
本发明涉及一种防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物及其制备方法,该中药组合物的组分及其重量份数比分别为:黄芩1‑10份、黄柏1‑10份、炒地榆1‑10份、炒仙鹤草1‑10份、炒山楂5‑10份、炒麦芽5‑10份、车前草1‑5份、白术5‑10份。本发明具有抗菌消毒、清热燥湿的功效,对金黄色葡萄球菌及志贺氏痢疾杆菌有抑制作用。且该中药组方服用后,无药物残留,无毒副作用,不易产生耐药性,安全性好,使用方便,易吸收,符合安全兽药、保障动物源食品安全的要求,是一种较为理想的防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物。
Description
技术领域
发明属于兽药领域,尤其是一种防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
仔猪白痢的致病菌为致病性大肠杆菌,该种致病菌广泛存在于仔猪胃肠道内,是肠道内的一种常见菌群,通常情况下不会表现出致病能力。一旦饲养管理不当,如保育舍温度控制不良,气候突变,卫生条件差,都可以导致机体抵抗能力下降,使得肠道内有益菌群数量逐渐减少,抑制作用不强,引起致病性大肠杆菌大量繁殖生长。仔猪白痢发病不分季节,常年四季均可出现,但因为冬春季节外界气候寒冷,温度突变最容易导致大面积发生。目前治疗仔猪白痢主要依赖抗生素,然而,近年来抗生素的弊端日益凸显,使得寻找一种天然的,无副作用的特异性药物治疗仔猪白痢的药物变得刻不容缓。中药含有多种生物有效成分,毒副作用甚微,几乎无残留、无抗药性、对肉制品、蛋制品无副作用、不污染环境等优点成为近年来的研究热点。
发明内容
本发明具有抗菌消毒、清热燥湿的功效,对金黄色葡萄球菌及志贺氏痢疾杆菌有抑制作用。且该中药组方服用后,无药物残留,无毒副作用,不易产生耐药性,安全性好,使用方便,易吸收,符合安全兽药、保障动物源食品安全的要求,是一种较为理想的防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物。
1、本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
黄芩1-10份;
黄柏1-10份;
炒地榆1-10份;
炒仙鹤草1-10份;
炒山楂5-10份;
炒麦芽5-10份;
车前草1-5份;
白术5-10份。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的一种防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法的步骤如下:
(1)按照重量配比分别称黄芩、黄柏、炒地榆、炒仙鹤草、炒山楂、炒麦芽、车前草和白术。粉碎成粉末,并且分别全部通过80目筛;
(2)将步骤(1)中过筛后的黄芩、黄柏、炒地榆、炒仙鹤草、炒山楂、炒麦芽、车前草和白术放入混合罐里,充分混合均匀,即得到成品治疗仔猪白痢的中药组合物。
本发明的优点及有益效果是:
(1)本一种防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物中含有的黄芩、黄柏、炒地榆、炒仙鹤草、炒山楂、炒麦芽、车前草和白术等中药成份,抗菌作用明显,对防治仔猪白痢具有很好的防治作用;
(2)本一种防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物质量稳定,保质期长,使用方便,易吸收,效果良好,可以在较短时间内以极低浓度达到血药峰浓度;
(3)本发明具有抗菌消毒、清热燥湿的功效,对金黄色葡萄球菌及志贺氏痢疾杆菌有抑制作用。且该中药组方服用后,无药物残留,无毒副作用,不易产生耐药性,安全性好,使用方便,易吸收,符合安全兽药、保障动物源食品安全的要求,是一种较为理想的防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物。

本发明通过以下实施例进一步详述。需要说明的是:下述实施例是说明性的,不是限定性的,不能以下述实施例来限定本发明的保护范围。
本发明所涉及的黄芩、黄柏、炒地榆、炒仙鹤草、炒山楂、炒麦芽、车前草和白术均可以在市场上购买得到。
实施例1
一种防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物,其中药组合物的组分及其重量分别为:黄芩15g、黄柏15g、炒地榆15g、炒仙鹤草15g、炒山楂30g、炒麦芽30g、车前草10g和白术30g。
一种防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物的制备方法,其制备方法的步骤如下:
(1)按照重量配比分别称黄芩、黄柏、炒地榆、炒仙鹤草、炒山楂、炒麦芽、车前草和白术。粉碎成粉末,并且分别全部通过80目筛;
(2)将步骤(1)中过筛后的黄芩、黄柏、炒地榆、炒仙鹤草、炒山楂、炒麦芽、车前草和白术放入混合罐里,充分混合均匀,即得到成品治疗仔猪白痢的中药组合物。
实施例2
一种防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物,其中药组合物的组分及其重量分别为:黄芩15g、马齿苋20g、连翘20g、大蒜20g、穿心莲15g、黄连10g。
其制备方法的步骤同实施例1。
实施例3
一种防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物,其中药组合物的组分及其重量分别为:黄芩15g、黄柏20g、炒地榆20g、炒仙鹤草20g、炒山楂45g、炒麦芽30g、车前草15g和白术45g。
其制备方法的步骤同实施例1。
临床应用
为了验证本发明对仔猪白痢的临床治疗效果,我们在山东潍坊的某爆发仔猪白痢的养猪场内选取50头患病仔猪,进行了本发明对仔猪白痢的疗效试验。试验将本发明按0.5ml/kg对动物进行灌服给药,每天一次,连续给药7天。三天后症状明显好转,70%的猪拉稀症状好转,食欲增加,精神状态良好,5天后仅有1头死亡,有43头仔猪痊愈,另外6头,仍有轻微腹泻,服药7天后痊愈。该试验表明本发明可有效防治仔猪白痢,有效率可达98%。

1.一种防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物,其特征在于:该中药组合物的组分及其重量份数比分别为:
黄芩1-10份;
黄柏1-10份;
炒地榆1-10份;
炒仙鹤草1-10份;
炒山楂5-10份;
炒麦芽5-10份;
车前草1-5份;
白术5-10份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的一种防治仔猪白痢的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法的步骤如下:
(1)按照重量配比分别称黄芩、黄柏、炒地榆、炒仙鹤草、炒山楂、炒麦芽、车前草和白术,粉碎成粉末,并且分别全部通过80目筛;
(2)将步骤(1)中过筛后的黄芩、黄柏、炒地榆、炒仙鹤草、炒山楂、炒麦芽、车前草和白术放入混合罐里,充分混合均匀,即得到成品治疗仔猪白痢的中药组合物。
