step 2: soaking the cleaned herba Agastaches in step 1 in clear water in an enamel ware or a pottery jar, slightly pressing the medicinal materials until the water surface is 2cm higher than the medicinal plane, soaking for 30 min, boiling with strong fire, decocting with slow fire for 15 min, cooling, and filtering to obtain decoction and residue;
and step 3: adding water into the residues in the step 2 again, wherein the water surface is 1cm higher than the medicine plane when the medicinal materials are lightly pressed, filtering again to obtain medicinal juice, mixing the medicinal juice obtained in the two steps, and concentrating with slow fire to obtain medicinal juice volume;
and 4, step 4: cleaning radix Codonopsis decoction pieces with sieve and dustpan;
and 5: weighing 4g of herba agastaches and 15g of radix codonopsitis according to the dry medicine material quantity, weighing a proper amount of medicine juice obtained in the step 3 after calculation, mixing and moistening the clean radix codonopsitis obtained in the step 4, stewing and moistening until the medicine juice is completely absorbed, and putting into a pot to fry with slow fire to obtain the radix codonopsitis fried with herba agastaches.
Example two
As shown in figures 1-12, the invention also provides the use equipment matched with the processing technology of the wrinkled giant hyssop fried codonopsis pilosula: the stir-frying machine comprises a bottom plate 1, wherein a supporting part is arranged at the top of the bottom plate 1, two groups of clamping parts are arranged on the supporting part, a cylinder body 8 with one open side is rotatably arranged on the two groups of clamping parts, and a stir-frying chamber 802 capable of containing Su wrinkled gianthyssop herb and clean radix codonopsis pilosulae is arranged in an inner cavity of the cylinder body 8;

The fire source such as firewood, coal and the like is added into the fire box 4, the firewood or the coal is put into the fire box 4 and then is ignited, the fire source in the fire box 4 can continuously heat the cylinder body 8, in the process, an operator can continuously add firewood or coal into the fire box 4 to keep or enhance firepower, the sugao and the purified codonopsis pilosula placed in the fire box 4 can be heated in the cylinder body 8, at the moment, the motor 6 is started, the motor 6 can drive the driven gear 10 to rotate through the rotation of the output shaft of the motor, when the driven gear 10 rotates, the cylinder 8 can rotate on the two groups of clamping components in a circumferential mode, the suhuoxiang and the purified dangshen which are arranged in the cylinder body 8 can be turned over continuously in the cylinder body 8 through the rotation of the cylinder body 8, therefore, the cablin potchouli herb and the clean radix codonopsitis can be stir-fried, and the heat distribution of stir-fried ground heat is more uniform.
