Technical Field

Background
Barbecuing, which may be the most primitive cooking method for humans, heats and dries air with fuel and places food in the hot dry air at a location relatively close to the heat source to heat the food, is itself a leisure method for many people to meet, as little as home outdoor activities, as much as school outdoor collective activities, and as many corporate organizations as outdoor collective activities.
However, in general outdoor barbecue activities, the temperature of the oven is too high, which usually causes the food skin to be burnt and adhered to the barbecue grill, and the adhered food can be carbonized when not being cleaned in time, when people bake the food for the second time, the food is easily adhered to the carbonized food, meanwhile, the meat food usually bakes out the grease of the meat food during the barbecue, and the grease dripped out is splashed onto the charcoal to cause a large amount of smoke, and the smoke and the carbonized food contain a large amount of carcinogens to influence the body health; and the roasted meat needs to be taken away after being roasted for a certain time, and the roasted meat can be rapidly cooled after being separated from a heat area, so that the use taste is poor.
Therefore, there is a high necessity for a barbecue grill that can constantly change its direction and has a function of treating grease and residue, so as to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that in general outdoor barbecue activities, the temperature of a furnace is too high, the skin of food is generally scorched and is adhered to a barbecue grill, the adhered food is carbonized after being cleaned in time, when people bake the food for the second time, the food is easily adhered to the carbonized food, meanwhile, the meat food generally roasts the grease of the meat food during the barbecue, the dripped grease splashes to charcoal to cause a large amount of smoke, and the smoke and the carbonized food contain a large amount of carcinogens to influence the body health; and the barbecue needs to be taken away after being roasted every time, the barbecue can be rapidly cooled after being separated from a heat area, and the defect of bad taste is caused, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: provides a barbecue oven which can constantly change directions and has the function of processing grease and residues.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the third rotating shaft and the fourth rotating shaft are a geometric hourglass model composed of four rods.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the oil filter rod is a long rod with a semicircular tubular middle part connected with a convex rod.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the filter residue rod is a long rod with a semicircular pipe-shaped middle part connected with a concave rod, and the cambered surface at one end of the filter residue rod contains two quarter-circular screens and a semicircular piece with the same thickness as the semicircular pipe.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) in order to solve the problems that in the prior art, in general outdoor barbecue activities, the temperature of a furnace is too high, the food skin is usually burnt and adhered to a barbecue grill, the adhered food is carbonized after being cleaned in time, when people bake the food for the second time, the food is easily adhered to the carbonized food, meanwhile, the oil of meat food is usually baked out during barbecue, the dropped oil is splashed on charcoal to cause a large amount of smoke, and the smoke and the carbonized food contain a large amount of carcinogens to influence the body health; moreover, the barbecue needs to be taken away after being roasted every time, and the barbecue can be rapidly cooled after being separated from a heat area, so that the problem of poor taste is caused;
(2) when the barbecue grill is used, the two barbecue systems are kept not to turn over in the rotating process through the rotation of the rotating system, so that the side containing food is always upward, and the positions of the two barbecue systems can be interchanged;
(3) the folding of oven has been realized, portable, and the barbecue frame is through trading two 3-barbecue systems after the baking is accomplished, lets the food that the baking was accomplished remove the top, avoids not in time taking out and scorching, and the food that the top baking was accomplished also can carry out heat retaining effect through the below heat.

Example 1
A barbecue oven capable of constantly changing direction and having grease and residue processing function is disclosed, as shown in fig. 1-23, comprising a supporting system, a rotating system and a barbecue system; the supporting system is connected with the rotating system; the rotating system is connected with the two groups of barbecue systems; the upper part and the lower part of the barbecue system are provided with two barbecue systems.
The working principle is as follows: when the barbecue grill is used, the barbecue grill is horizontally fixed at a position required to be used through the supporting system, the two barbecue systems are arranged on the rotating system, and the two barbecue systems are kept not to turn over in the rotating process through the rotation of the rotating system, so that the surface containing food is always upward, and the positions of the two barbecue systems can be interchanged; realized the folding of oven, portable, the barbecue frame is through trading two barbecue systems after the baking is accomplished, lets the food that the baking was accomplished remove the top, avoids not in time taking out and scorching, and the food that the top baking was accomplished also can carry out heat retaining effect through the below heat.

Firstly, a first rotating bracket is rotated through a first rotating rod to enable the first rotating bracket to be vertical to a base, then a second rotating bracket is rotated through a second rotating rod to enable the second rotating bracket to be vertical to the base, then the first rotating bracket and the second rotating bracket are fixed through a first supporting rod, so that the whole barbecue grill is fixed, then four first bolts are taken out from four holes at the lower part, a first lifting bottom plate and a second lifting bottom plate are taken out to place a rotating system on the first lifting bottom plate and the second lifting bottom plate, the four first bolts are inserted from four holes at the upper part to support the first lifting bottom plate and the second lifting bottom plate, so that the rotating system is fixed at the upper part, then the second bolts and a third bolts are rotated, and then a first baffle plate at one side of a barbecue inner oven is pulled by a first handle to take out an ash collector placed in the barbecue inner oven and is installed at the lower part of the base, the heat preservation plates connected with the heat preservation pipes are turned over, the heat preservation plates are in contact with the barbecue inner furnace, then the first storage door is opened, charcoal in the base is taken out and placed on the barbecue inner furnace, then the second storage door is opened, the handle in the rotating system is taken out, the heat preservation pipes absorb a large amount of heat sources in the charcoal combustion process, when food does not need to be baked any more, but the baked food needs to be preserved heat, the heat preservation plates can be pulled through pull rods to be parallel to the base, and when charcoal ash needs to be collected, the charcoal ash can be cleaned into the ash collector through the base and three holes in the barbecue inner furnace; the placement of the barbecue oven, the heat preservation of food and the cleaning of charcoal ash are partially completed.
The rotating system comprises a second supporting rod, a first flat gear, a first rotating shaft, a hand lever, a second rotating shaft, a second flat gear, a third supporting rod, a third flat gear, a first rotating unit and a second rotating unit; two groups of third supporting rods and third horizontal gears are arranged on two sides of the supporting system; the bottom end of the second supporting rod is fixedly connected with the first lifting bottom plate; the second supporting rod is rotatably connected with the first rotating shaft; the first flat gear is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft; the first rotating shaft is inserted with the hand-operated lever; the hand-operated lever is rotationally connected with the second rotating shaft; the second flat gear is meshed with the first flat gear; the second flat gear is connected with the first rotating unit; the bottom end of one of the third supporting rods is fixedly connected with the first lifting bottom plate; the bottom end of the other third supporting rod is fixedly connected with the second lifting bottom plate; one third supporting rod is fixedly connected with one third gear; the other third support rod is fixedly connected with the other third gear; the first rotating unit is connected with one of the third gears; the second rotating unit is connected with another third gear.
Firstly, the second rotating shaft is shaken to enable the second rotating shaft to drive the hand-operated rod to rotate, then the hand-operated rod drives the first rotating shaft to rotate, the first rotating shaft on the second supporting rod drives the first flat gear to rotate, then the first flat gear drives the second flat gear on the third supporting rod to rotate, then the second flat gear drives the first rotating unit to rotate, the first rotating unit is enabled to rotate on the third flat gear, and meanwhile, the barbecue system drives the second rotating unit to rotate in a matched mode; at the moment, the first rotating unit and the second rotating unit synchronously rotate, and the two third gears do not rotate; this part realizes that the two barbecue plates can not turn over during the process of exchanging by rotating.
According to the invention, the first rotating unit comprises a third rotating rod, a fourth flat gear, a fifth flat gear, a sixth flat gear, a seventh flat gear, a first fixing rod, a second fixing rod and a first shaft sleeve; the third rotating rod is fixedly connected with the first shaft sleeve; the third rotating rod is in rotating connection with the fourth flat gear; the third rotating rod is in rotating connection with the seventh flat gear; the fourth flat gear is meshed with the fifth flat gear; the inner axis of the fifth flat gear is rotationally connected with the third rotating rod; the fifth flat gear is meshed with one third flat gear; the inner axis of the sixth flat gear is rotationally connected with the third rotating rod; the sixth flat gear is meshed with one of the third flat gears; the seventh flat gear is meshed with the sixth flat gear; the first fixed rod is fixedly connected with the fourth flat gear; the second fixed rod is fixedly connected with the seventh flat gear; the other end of the first shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with the second flat gear; the first shaft sleeve is rotationally connected with one of the third flat gears; the first shaft sleeve is rotatably connected with one of the third supporting rods, and the first fixed rod is fixedly connected with one of the barbecue systems; the second fixed rod is fixedly connected with the other barbecue system.
Then the second flat gear drives the first shaft sleeve to rotate, then the first shaft sleeve drives the third rotating rod to rotate, then the third rotating rod simultaneously drives the fifth flat gear and the sixth flat gear to rotate around the third flat gear, and when the third rotating rod rotates, the fifth flat gear and the sixth flat gear are also driven to rotate, meanwhile, the fifth flat gear drives the fourth flat gear to rotate, and the sixth flat gear drives the seventh flat gear to rotate, so that the first fixing rod and the second fixing rod are always kept horizontal, and further, the barbecue system is always kept horizontal; this part achieves that the direction is maintained constant during the movement.
According to the invention, the second rotating unit comprises a fourth rotating rod, an eighth flat gear, a ninth flat gear, a tenth flat gear, an eleventh flat gear, a third fixing rod, a fourth fixing rod and a second shaft sleeve; the fourth rotating rod is in rotating connection with the eighth flat gear; the eighth flat gear is fixedly connected with the third fixed rod; the eighth flat gear is meshed with the ninth flat gear; the inner axis of the ninth spur gear is in rotating shaft connection with the fourth rotating rod; the ninth spur gear is meshed with the other third spur gear; the tenth flat gear is fixedly connected with the fourth rotating rod; the tenth spur gear is meshed with the eleventh spur gear; the eleventh flat gear is rotatably connected with the fourth rotating rod; the eleventh flat gear is fixedly connected with a fourth fixed rod; the eleventh spur gear meshes with the other third spur gear; the second shaft sleeve is rotatably connected with the other third supporting rod; the third fixed rod is fixedly connected with one of the barbecue systems; the fourth fixed rod is fixedly connected with the other barbecue system.
The rotation of one of the barbecue systems drives an eighth flat gear to rotate through a third fixed rod, meanwhile, the rotation of the other barbecue system drives an eleventh flat gear to rotate through a fourth fixed rod, at the moment, the eighth flat gear drives a ninth flat gear to rotate, the eleventh flat gear drives a tenth flat gear to rotate, then the ninth flat gear and the tenth flat gear rotate on the third flat gear simultaneously, meanwhile, a fourth rotating rod also rotates in a matched manner and synchronously rotates with the third rotating rod, and then the fourth rotating rod drives a second shaft sleeve to rotate; this achieves in part the maintenance of the barbecue system level in cooperation with the first rotating unit.
