Abstract
The invention discloses a formula, a production process and intelligent production equipment of mouthwash containing bursting beads, which aim to solve the technical problems that mouthwash in the prior art has single taste, single function and complex production process, and a plurality of devices are needed to be matched for instillation operation, so that the cost is high. The formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of compound colloid, 10-20 parts of an amino acid food humectant, 10-20 parts of an amino acid surfactant, 5 parts of a compound functional additive, 3-5 parts of a taste receptor blocker, 5-10 parts of a sweetener, 30-50 parts of mouthwash, 3-5 parts of sodium alginate, 15-30 parts of calcium lactate and 3-5 parts of an edible defoamer. By adding the taste receptor blocker into the mouthwash, the bitter taste in the mouthwash can be effectively reduced or eliminated, the instillation and the cleaning are not interfered with each other, the number of equipment is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mouthwashes, and particularly relates to a mouthwash formula containing explosive beads, a production process and intelligent production equipment.
Background
The mouthwash is a very popular article in the current society, has the advantage of convenient carrying, has a great effect of cleaning oral hygiene and gum health, and is easy to damage although being carried conveniently when traveling on business.
At present, the invention patent with the patent number of CN202111259279.1 discloses edible sugar-free probiotic mouth-bursting bead solid mouth wash which comprises a solid wall and a liquid core, wherein the solid wall comprises sodium alginate, seaweed gel and calcium lactate, the liquid core comprises, by weight, 10-20 parts of natural essential oil, 0.5-1 part of lemon grass extract, 1-2 parts of mint extract, 0.5-1 part of honeysuckle extract, 0.5-1 part of bifidobacterium bifidum, 0.005-0.01 part of cannabidiol and 3-5 parts of sweetener, and the sweetener comprises fructo-oligosaccharide, D-xylose and thaumatin. The method adopts sodium alginate and calcium lactate to crosslink to form a bead-bursting outer film, and uses seaweed gel as a binder to enable the bead-bursting outer film to be solidified to form a stable solid wall, so that the edible sugar-free probiotic mouth-bursting solid mouthwash has the advantage of convenience in carrying, but the mouthwash does not have the function of reducing or eliminating bitter taste, is poor in mouth feel, complex in production process, has higher technical requirements on staff, can generate bubbles on the mouthwash in the production process, affects the integrity and the attractiveness of the mouthwash, and is required to be matched with a plurality of devices for use in instillation operation, so that the cost is higher, and more space in a delivery room is occupied.
Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems not having the function of reducing or eliminating bitterness, it is needed to solve the problems so as to improve the usage scenario of the mouthwash.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a mouthwash formula containing explosive beads, a production process and intelligent production equipment, and the formula, the production process and the intelligent production equipment aim at solving the technical problems that the mouthwash has single taste, single function and complex production process, and a plurality of devices are needed to be matched for instillation operation, so that the cost is high.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the mouthwash containing the bursting beads, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of compound colloid, 10-20 parts of an amino acid food humectant, 10-20 parts of an amino acid surfactant, 5 parts of a compound functional additive, 3-5 parts of a taste receptor blocker, 5-10 parts of a sweetener, 30-50 parts of mouthwash, 3-5 parts of sodium alginate, 15-30 parts of calcium lactate and 3-5 parts of an edible defoamer.
Preferably, the complex gum comprises carrageenan, xanthan gum, guar gum and konjak flour, and the ratio of carrageenan, xanthan gum, guar gum and konjak flour is 1:1:1:1, wherein the sweetener is any one of stevioside, licorice and saccharin sodium, and the taste receptor blocker is adenosine monophosphate.
Preferably, the complex functional additive comprises nisin, tannins and sodium monofluorophosphate, and the volume ratio of nisin, tannins and sodium monofluorophosphate is 2:1:1.
A process for producing a mouthwash comprising popping beads as described above, comprising the steps of:
Step one: putting nisin, tannins and sodium monofluorophosphate into a mixer according to corresponding proportion, mixing for half an hour to obtain a composite functional additive, and pouring out for later use;
step two: mixing carrageenan, xanthan gum, guar gum and konjaku flour in proportion to obtain compound gum, adding the compound gum and mouthwash into a stirrer, stirring for 1 hour, then sequentially adding an amino acid food humectant, an amino acid surfactant, a compound functional additive, a taste receptor retarder, a sweetener and an edible defoaming agent, and stirring for half an hour again to obtain a mixed solution I;
step three: pouring warm water into a stirrer, soaking sodium alginate in a container, stirring to be sticky after soaking, adding water, calcium lactate and edible defoamer, stirring for 1 hour to obtain a mixture solution II, and refrigerating the mixture solution II in a refrigerator;
Step four: and (3) respectively placing the first mixed solution and the second mixed solution at corresponding positions of the bead explosion forming machine, starting equipment, instilling the first mixed solution into the second mixed solution for forming, and then flushing to obtain a finished product.
Preferably, the soaking time in the third step is 3-5 hours, and the refrigerating time of the three mixtures in the third step is 4-8 hours.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the formula, the production process and the intelligent production equipment, through adding the taste receptor blocker into the mouthwash, the bitter taste in the mouthwash can be effectively reduced or eliminated, the mouth feel of the mouthwash is improved, and by utilizing the addition of the composite functional additive, the functions of resisting bacteria, decayed teeth and diminishing inflammation are achieved, the functionality of the mouthwash is improved, through adding the edible defoamer, the bubbles of the mouthwash are reduced, the integrity of the appearance of the mouthwash is ensured, the whole production process is simple, the instillation and the cleaning are not mutually interfered, the working efficiency is higher, the number of equipment is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the occupied space in a factory building is reduced.

The specific embodiment is a mouthwash formula, a production process and intelligent production equipment containing explosive beads, wherein the schematic three-dimensional structure of the mouthwash formula is shown in fig. 1, the schematic front structure of the mouthwash formula is shown in fig. 2, and the formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of compound colloid, 10-20 parts of an amino acid food humectant, 10-20 parts of an amino acid surfactant, 5 parts of a compound functional additive, 3-5 parts of a taste receptor blocker, 5-10 parts of a sweetener, 30-50 parts of mouthwash, 3-5 parts of sodium alginate, 15-30 parts of calcium lactate and 3-5 parts of an edible defoamer.

When the production process and the intelligent production equipment of the technical scheme are used for producing the mouthwash containing the bursting beads, the first step is as follows: putting nisin, tannins and sodium monofluorophosphate into a mixer according to the ratio of 2:1:1, mixing for half an hour to obtain a composite functional additive, and pouring out for later use;
Step two: carrageenan, xanthan gum, guar gum and konjaku flour are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1:1:1:1, adding 50 parts by weight of composite colloid and 30 parts by weight of mouthwash into a stirrer, stirring for 1 hour, then sequentially adding 10 parts by weight of an amino acid food humectant, 8 parts by weight of an amino acid surfactant, 5 parts by weight of a composite functional additive, 3 parts by weight of a taste receptor blocker, 7 parts by weight of a sweetener and 2 parts by weight of an edible defoamer, and stirring for half an hour again to obtain a mixed solution I;
step three: pouring warm water into a stirrer, soaking 5 parts by weight of sodium alginate in a container for 4 hours, stirring to be sticky after soaking, adding 20 parts by weight of water, 20 parts by weight of calcium lactate and 3 parts by weight of edible defoamer, stirring for 1 hour to obtain a mixture solution II, and refrigerating the mixture solution II in a refrigerator for 6 hours;
Step four: the mixed solution I and the mixed solution II are respectively placed in a charging basket 3 and a instilling forming box 16, clear water is added into a cleaning box 17, equipment is started, the power of a second motor 25 is transmitted to a rotating shaft 5 through a coupler 24 to drive a spiral blade 6 to rotate, the mixed solution I is prevented from precipitating, the mixed solution I in the charging basket 3 is extracted under the action of an injection pump 8 and is dripped into the instilling forming box 16 through an injection hard tube 9 and a multi-nozzle instilling head 10 to form explosive beads, after a certain amount of products are filled in a material receiving assembly 18, instilling is stopped, a lifting cylinder 14 drives a reciprocating assembly 15 to rise, then a first motor 153 is started to drive a ball screw 152 to rotate, a screw pair 154 converts the rotary motion of the ball screw 152 into linear motion to drive the material receiving assembly 18 to move rightwards, the material receiving assembly 18 filled with the product is aligned with the cleaning box 17 on the right side, then the lifting cylinder 14 drives the reciprocating assembly 15 to descend, at this time, the material receiving assembly 18 on the left side enters the instillation forming box 16, the next instillation operation is started, meanwhile, the cleaning box 17 on the right side cleans the product in the material receiving assembly 18, residues on the surface of the product are peeled off under the action of the ultrasonic vibrator 173, the sewage draining outlet 27 is opened, sewage in the cleaning box 17 is discharged, the limiting plate 223 is pulled inwards, the second elastic element 222 is compressed, the insert block 225 synchronously moves outwards, the sliding block 183 is pushed upwards in the sliding groove 182 under the action of the rebound force of the first elastic element 184, the baffle 185 synchronously moves upwards, and the product is discharged from the opening of the filtering net 181.

The complex gum comprises carrageenan, xanthan gum, guar gum and konjak powder, and the proportion of the carrageenan, the xanthan gum, the guar gum and the konjak powder is 1:1:1:1, wherein the sweetener is any one of stevioside, liquorice and saccharin sodium, and the taste receptor blocker is adenosine monophosphate;
The compound functional additive comprises nisin, tannins and sodium monofluorophosphate, and the volume ratio of nisin to tannins to sodium monofluorophosphate is 2:1:1.
