To realize the above-mentioned opening and closing control of the air exhaust damper 600 and the air intake damper 400, corresponding driving structures are required to be configured, in this embodiment, the lock ring 230 is adopted to drive the air exhaust damper 600 and the air intake damper 400 to move, the rotational movement of the lock ring 230 is skillfully related to the movement of the air exhaust damper 600 and the air intake damper 400, and the opening and closing control of the air exhaust damper 600 and the air intake damper 400 is completed while the cooking function is switched, so that no separate driving structure is required to be configured for the air doors, and under the condition that the lock ring 230 and the hot air assembly 300 are already configured for the cover 200, the increase of the weight of the cover 200 due to the assembly of too many parts is avoided. Exemplary: the lock ring 230 extends upwards from the side surface to form two transmission blocks 233 with sheet structures, and the transmission blocks 233 and the transmission rod 241 are in bevel fit transmission, so that the circumferential rotation motion of the transmission blocks 233 is simply and effectively converted into the radial linear motion of the transmission rod 241.
In this embodiment, a handle 700 is provided on the side of the outer cover 210, the handle 700 drives the lock ring 230 to rotate to complete the rotation locking or rotation unlocking of the lock ring 230 and the appliance body 100, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, when the cover body 200 is closed, the handle 700 is moved to the left side of the handle hole 211, and when the lock ring 230 is located at a position where the transmission block 233 is circumferentially offset from the transmission rod 241, the air inlet door 400 closes the air inlet hole 221, the air outlet door 600 closes the air outlet hole 223, and the pressure cooking cavity forms a closed space to realize the pressure cooking function; as shown in fig. 13, when the handle 700 is moved to the right side of the handle hole 211, the locking ring 230 is rotated counterclockwise to the position shown in fig. 14, and the driving block 233 acts on the driving rod 241, so that the air inlet door 400 opens the air inlet hole 221 and the air outlet door 600 opens the air outlet hole 223, thereby realizing the air fryer function. Switching from the pressure cooking function to the air fryer function is accomplished by rotation of the locking collar 230 and vice versa.
In this embodiment, since the handle 700 is transferred to the side of the outer cover 210 of the cover 200, the handle 700 is far from the center of the lock ring 230, and the rotation moment required for opening and closing the cover can be achieved by applying relatively small force on the handle 700, so that the opening and closing operation is more labor-saving.
In this embodiment, the wind scooper 220 is further provided with a first limiting member, and the locking collar flange 231 is axially limited between the first limiting member and the wind scooper flange 222, so as to avoid the problem that the locking collar 230 moves up and down in use. Since the bracket 240 for assembling the air door is provided on the air guide cover 220 in the foregoing solution, the bracket 240 may be used as a first limiting member, and in order to balance the stress of the lock ring 230, one or more additional brackets 240 are added on the basis of the original two brackets 240, as shown in fig. 5, three brackets 240 are provided on the air guide cover 220 along the circumferential direction, and the lock ring 230 is axially limited at three positions in the circumferential direction of the flange 231 of the lock ring.
With continued reference to fig. 5, preferably, an elastic pin is further disposed at the bottom of each bracket 240, and the elastic pin abuts against the lock collar flange 231, so that the elastic pin stretches elastically in the axial direction, thereby achieving the axial limiting effect on the lock collar 230 and avoiding the difficulty in rotating caused by excessively pressing the lock collar 230. Exemplary: the elastic pin comprises an elastic element 244 and a limiting pin 243, the bracket 240 is provided with a pin hole 245, the elastic element 244 and the limiting pin 243 are assembled in the pin hole 245, the elastic element 244 supports the limiting pin 243 downwards, part of the limiting pin 243 extends out of the pin hole 245 to be supported on the lock collar flange 231, and the limiting pin 243 can be spherical or cylindrical.
Referring to fig. 9, preferably, the upper surface of the wind scooper flange 222 is provided with a rib 224, the rib 224 may be continuously or intermittently disposed along the circumferential direction of the wind scooper flange 222, the rib 224 is supported between the wind scooper flange 222 and the lock collar flange 231, the contact area between the wind scooper flange 222 and the lock collar flange 231 is reduced, the sliding resistance of the lock collar flange 231 is reduced, and the rotation of the lock collar 230 is smoother. In other embodiments, the ribs may be disposed on the lower surface of the turnup of the lock ring, which plays the same role.
Based on the above-mentioned embodiment, in another embodiment, a radial limit of the lock ring 230 is added, referring to fig. 7-9, a second limit member is provided on the lock ring 230, and the second limit member cooperates with the air guide cover 220 to radially limit the lock ring 230, so as to limit the offset of the lock ring 230 in the radial direction of the cover 200, and the lock ring 230 rotates more stably. Exemplary: the second limiting part is a plurality of rollers 232 arranged on the lock ring flanging 231 along the circumferential direction, after the lock ring 230 is assembled with the wind scooper 220, the side surfaces of the rollers 232 are contacted with the side wall of the wind scooper 220, so that the deviation of the lock ring 230 in the radial direction of the cover body 200 is limited, when the lock ring 230 rotates relative to the wind scooper 220, the rollers 232 roll along the side wall of the wind scooper 220, the rolling friction resistance is small, and the rotation of the lock ring 230 is prevented from being influenced by excessive friction resistance while the radial limiting is realized.
In the above example, under the radial limiting action of the roller 232, a certain gap is kept between the lock collar flange 231 and the side wall of the wind scooper 220, so as to avoid friction wear and friction noise between the lock collar flange 231 and the wind scooper 220, and reduce the contact area between the lock collar 230 and the wind scooper 220, thereby ensuring the smoothness of rotation of the lock collar 230.
Referring to fig. 10, in another embodiment, in order to connect the lock ring 230 with the air guiding cover 220, a guide post 234 is provided on the lock ring 230, an annular rib 225 is provided on the outer side wall of the air guiding cover 220 along the circumferential direction of the guide post, an arc-shaped chute 226 is provided on the annular rib 225 along the circumferential direction, the guide post 234 penetrates the chute 226 and the upper end of the guide post is limited by a screw, so that the guide post 234 is supported on the chute 226 and can slide in the chute 226 relatively, i.e. the lock ring 230 can rotate relative to the air guiding cover 220. Of course, the connection mode of the lock ring and the wind scooper is not limited to the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, and as long as the lock ring is arranged outside the wind scooper, other known modes capable of realizing the rotation connection of the lock ring and the wind scooper are all within the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (9)

1. The multifunctional cooking utensil comprises a utensil body and a cover body, wherein the utensil body is provided with an inner container, the cover body comprises a wind scooper and a hot air component positioned in the wind scooper, and the multifunctional cooking utensil is characterized in that the cover body also comprises a lock ring which is rotatably sleeved on the outer side of the wind scooper, the lock ring is rotationally locked with the utensil body, the wind scooper is matched with the inner container to form a pressure cooking cavity, the lock ring is rotationally unlocked with the utensil body, and the wind scooper is matched with the inner container to form an empty frying cooking cavity;
be equipped with first locating part on the wind scooper, first locating part is including being fixed in support on the wind scooper, be equipped with the transfer line on the support, be equipped with the ventilation hole on the lateral wall of wind scooper, transfer line one end is equipped with and is used for opening and close the air door in ventilation hole, the rotary motion of lock collar acts on the transfer line, in order to drive the air door action.

The multifunctional cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the lock ring is provided with a guide post, the outer side wall of the air guide cover is provided with a sliding groove, and the guide post is supported on the sliding groove and can relatively slide in the circumferential direction.

The multifunctional cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the upper end of the lock collar is provided with an inwardly extending lock collar flange, the lower end of the side wall of the air guide cover is provided with an outwardly extending air guide cover flange, and the lock collar flange is supported on the air guide cover flange and can relatively slide in the circumferential direction.
4. A multi-functional cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the upper surface of the flange of the air guide housing or the lower surface of the flange of the lock ring is provided with ribs supported therebetween.
5. A multi-function cooking appliance as recited in claim 3 wherein said first stop member is located above said collar rim for axially stopping said collar.
6. The multi-functional cooking appliance of claim 5, wherein the first limiting member comprises a resilient pin disposed on the bracket, the resilient pin abutting against the rim.
7. A multi-functional cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the locking collar is provided with a second limiting member, and the second limiting member cooperates with the air guide cover to radially limit the locking collar.
8. The multi-functional cooking appliance of claim 7, wherein rolling friction is provided between the second limiting member and the air guide cover.
9. The multi-functional cooking appliance of claim 7, wherein the lock collar flange is in clearance fit with the sidewall of the air guide housing.
