The multifunctional cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the multifunctional cooking appliance includes a pressure cooking function, an air fryer function and a non-pressure cooking function, the air inlet hole and the air outlet hole are closed, and the multifunctional cooking appliance is switched to the pressure cooking function; the air inlet and the air outlet are opened, and the multifunctional cooking utensil is switched to have the function of an air fryer; one of the air inlet hole and the air outlet hole is opened, the other one is closed, and the multifunctional cooking appliance is switched to a non-pressure cooking function.
4. The multifunctional cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the outlet vent is closed or opened when the inlet vent is closed by the inlet vent.

The multifunctional cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the lid further has a locking ring which rotates relative to the wind scooper for locking or unlocking with the appliance body, and the damper is disposed inside the wind scooper and is driven by the rotation of the locking ring to open the ventilation hole inward.

The multi-functional cooking utensil of claim 5 wherein the damper has a drive rod attached thereto, and wherein the locking collar has two drive blocks circumferentially spaced apart and configured to urge the corresponding drive rod to move in a radial direction of the scooper when the locking collar is rotated.
7. The multifunctional cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein an upper end of one of the driving blocks is stepped in a circumferential direction, and an outer side of the corresponding driving rod is stepped in a height direction, so that the corresponding damper has at least two openings.
8. The multi-functional cooking appliance of claim 7, wherein said drive block and said drive rod are in a bevel-fit drive.
9. The multifunctional cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein a return spring for returning the damper after opening is provided on the driving lever.
10. The multifunctional cooking utensil of one of the claims 1 to 4 wherein the air guide cover has an air guide cover side wall surrounding the hot air component, and the two vent holes are circumferentially spaced on the air guide cover side wall.
