Abstract
含阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺增效杀虫悬浮剂及其制备方法,涉及杀虫剂生产技术领域,先将阿维菌素、氟啶虫酰胺、润湿分散剂、醇类抗冻剂和部分水混合,然后转入砂磨机中进行研磨,在研磨中,依次加入增稠剂与水的混合物、消泡剂,砂磨结束后,出料,取得含阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺增效杀虫悬浮剂。本发明以阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺两种成份为有效成份,在防治水稻、果树、蔬菜和花卉苗木等各类害虫中应用,对作物安全、成本低、防效好、增效显著,对防治对象表现出明显的增效以及互补作用,能够延缓抗药性的产生,达到农业增产增收的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及杀虫剂生产技术领域,具体涉及具有协同增效作用的化学农药复配的杀虫剂悬浮剂的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,由于各种农药的大量使用,导致农业害虫抗药性越来越高,如水稻飞虱、二化螟、三化螟、稻纵卷叶螟是我国水稻的主要害虫,在长江流域稻区发生尤为严重。在分蘖期会引起大量的枯心,在水稻生长后期除引起白穗外,还造成大量的虫伤株,使其成片倒伏。再如蔬菜和花卉苗木害虫是危害蔬菜和花卉苗木生产的重要原因,经常发生因为食用含有残留高毒农药的蔬菜和使用、观赏花卉苗木引起中毒事件,因此,发展高效低毒、低残留的农药是必然的发展趋势。
在化学药剂防治中,目前在上述农作物主要使用的农药品种如:杀虫单、杀虫双等沙蚕毒性农药已产生很强的抗药性,相继使用的三唑磷、吡虫啉等农药,抗药性也明显上升。目前防治效果好的农药有氟虫腈、美满等品种,但由于价格高,速效性稍差,在使用过程中有一定的局限性。
随着农药公害问题和人们对生存环境的关注日益突出,通过制剂技术的创新谋求降低农药及其使用带来的风险,已经成为制剂领域的热点话题。许多农药专家在回顾有关害虫抗药性治理的问题后都指出,农药的分布不均匀是由于使用技术和农药剂型不适宜所造成的;并强调在今后的抗药性综合治理策略中,必须把农药剂型和农药使用技术作为抗药性治理研究的必要组成部分。有研究指出,如以有害生物靶标的实际受药量计,在大规模农田施药过程中大约不超过田间用药量的6%,但大多数情况下则不超过0.1%,极大部分均脱靶。由此看来,造成当前农药环境问题的主要原因并不完全在于农药本身,很大程度上在于不适宜的剂型和使用技术。同时技术发展因素是促进农药无公害化最直接的影响因素。
近年来正在开发的悬浮剂、种衣剂、微胶囊剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂等技术是基于现代制剂加工技术农药无公害化的有效途径。悬浮剂在减少有机溶剂用量、使用和贮运安全方便、持效期长、生产中不产生“三废”等方面的特点顺应了农药无公害化的大趋势。从上述意义出发,以悬浮剂为代表的水基制剂,将成为解决农药公害问题的重要手段之一。
悬浮剂(suspension concentration)又称水悬浮剂、胶悬剂、浓缩悬浮剂,主要由农药原药、润湿剂、分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、pH调整剂、消泡剂和水等组成。由于其分散介质是水,所以悬浮剂具有成本低、生产、贮运和使用安全等特点,而且可以与水以任意比例混合,不受水质、水温影响,使用方便。与以有机溶剂为介质的农药剂型相比,具有对环境影响小和药害轻等优点。
阿维菌素对螨类和昆虫具有胃毒和触杀作用,不能杀卵。作用机制与一般杀虫剂不同的是干扰神经生理活动,刺激释放γ-氨基丁酸,而氨基丁酸对节肢动物的神经传导有抑制作用。螨类成虫、若虫和昆虫幼虫与阿维菌素接触后即出现麻痹症状,不活动、不取食,2~4天后死亡。因不引起昆虫迅速脱水,所以阿维菌素致死作用较缓慢。阿维菌素对捕食性昆虫和寄生天敌虽有直接触杀作用,但因植物表面残留少,因此对益虫的损伤很小。阿维菌素在土内被土壤吸附不会移动,并且被微生物分解,因而在环境中无累积作用,可以作为综合防治的一个组成部分。调制容易,将制剂倒入水中稍加搅拌即可使用,对作物亦较安全。是目前应用范围较广、防治较为有效的生物杀虫剂。
氟啶虫酰胺则是近些年来逐渐得到推广应用的新型环保高效杀虫剂。对各种刺吸式口器害虫有效,并具有良好的渗透作用。它可从根部向茎部、叶部渗透,但由叶部向茎、根部渗透作用相对较弱。该药剂通过阻碍害虫吮吸作用而致效。害虫摄入药剂后很快停止吮吸,最后饥饿而死。据电子的昆虫吮吸行为(EMIF)解析,本剂可使蚜虫等吮吸性害虫的口针组织无法插入植物组织而致效。
更重要的是目前市场上阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺大多都是以乳油剂型为主,不仅产品成本高,药效差,而且在产品使用过程中造成了严重的环境污染和资源的过度浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足之处,提供一种以悬浮剂为剂型,同时具有协同增效作用的含阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺增效杀虫悬浮剂。
本发明包括阿维菌素、氟啶虫酰胺、助剂和水,所述阿维菌素占悬浮剂总重量的1~15%,氟啶虫酰胺占悬浮剂总重量的3~25%,助剂占悬浮剂总重量的4.05~34%;所述助剂由润湿分散剂、醇类抗冻剂、增稠剂和有机硅消泡剂组成,所述润湿分散剂、醇类抗冻剂、增稠剂和有机硅消泡剂分别占悬浮剂总重量的1~15%、2~6%、1~10%和0.05~3%。
本发明以阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺两种成份为有效成份,在防治水稻、果树、蔬菜和花卉苗木等各类害虫中应用,对作物安全、成本低、防效好。经测试证明,本发明杀虫剂化学性质稳定,增效显著,对防治对象表现出明显的增效以及互补作用,能够延缓抗药性的产生,达到农业增产增收的目的。
其优点如下:
1、将阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺两种有效成分组合使用,使其作用方式互补,扩大了杀虫谱。
2、具有增效作用,经试验测定:阿维菌素、氟啶虫酰胺组合杀虫剂,其共毒系数达196.76,防治效果明显优于目前常用的其它化学农药。尤其以阿维菌素1%,氟啶虫酰胺14%,增效最为显著。
3、使用成本降低,目前阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺成本较高,乳油剂型低剂量单独使用效果又不是很好,而阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺组合使用防效高,成本低。
进一步地,本发明所述润湿分散剂为聚氧乙烯三苯乙烯苯基磷酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-9)中的至少任意一种。
所述增稠剂为黄原胶或硅酸镁铝。由于黄原胶或硅酸镁铝都为水溶性高分子物质,利于提高产品的稠度,使产品悬浮性更好。
所述醇类抗冻剂为丙二醇。
本发明的另一目的是提供含阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺增效杀虫悬浮剂的制备方法。
本发明制备方法的步骤如下:
1)先将阿维菌素、氟啶虫酰胺、润湿分散剂、醇类抗冻剂和部分水混合,然后转入砂磨机中进行研磨;
2)再将增稠剂与水以1∶50的体积比混合溶解,有机硅消泡剂与水分充混合均匀,分别加入到正在研磨的上述砂磨机中;
3)再将消泡剂加入到正在研磨的上述砂磨机中;
4)砂磨结束后,出料。
上述各原料占悬浮剂总重量分别为:阿维菌素1~15%、氟啶虫酰胺3~25%、水26~91.95%、润湿分散剂1~15%、醇类抗冻剂2~6%、增稠剂1~10%、有机硅消泡剂0.05~3%。
本发明工艺简单、合理,方便生产操作,产品稳定性好,利于运输、保存和使用。
具体实施方式
制备15%阿维菌素·氟啶虫酰胺悬浮剂。
一、配制原料:
分别称取阿维菌素1kg、氟啶虫酰胺14 kg、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-9)(润湿分散剂)8 kg、丙二醇(醇类抗冻剂)2 kg、黄原胶(增稠剂)0.5 kg、有机硅消泡剂(SAG612)1 kg、水(填料)73.5 kg。
二、制备工艺:
1、将称得的阿维菌素、氟啶虫酰胺、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-9)(润湿分散剂)、丙二醇(醇类抗冻剂)和部分水充分均匀,然后转入到砂磨机中进行研磨。
2、将黄原胶(增稠剂)与水以1∶50的体积比混合溶解,有机硅消泡剂(SAG612)与填料水充分混合均匀,加入到正在研磨的物料中,继续研磨。
3、在研磨的过程中,如遇泡沫便加入适量消泡剂,直至加完上述比例用量为止。
4、经砂磨机充分研磨粉碎后,出料,即得本品。
另,以上润湿分散剂还可以采用聚氧乙烯三苯乙烯苯基磷酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-9)中的至少任意一种。增稠剂可以采用硅酸镁铝。
三、对以上产品进行试验,并统计药效:
将按上述比例配成的制剂10毫升/亩、20毫升/亩、30毫升/亩对水稻三代三化螟的防效在88%以上,对水稻纵卷叶螟的防效在87%以上,优于单剂。

以上试验及表说明:本发明杀虫剂化学性质稳定,增效显著,对防治对象表现出明显的增效以及互补作用,能够延缓抗药性的产生。
Claims (5)
1.含阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺增效杀虫悬浮剂,其特征在于包括阿维菌素、氟啶虫酰胺、助剂和水,所述阿维菌素占悬浮剂总重量的1~15%,氟啶虫酰胺占悬浮剂总重量的3~25%,助剂占悬浮剂总重量的4.05~34%;所述助剂由润湿分散剂、醇类抗冻剂、增稠剂和有机硅消泡剂组成,所述润湿分散剂、醇类抗冻剂、增稠剂和有机硅消泡剂分别占悬浮剂总重量的1~15%、2~6%、1~10%和0.05~3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述含阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺增效杀虫悬浮剂,其特征在于所述润湿分散剂为聚氧乙烯三苯乙烯苯基磷酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的至少任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述含阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺增效杀虫悬浮剂,其特征在于所述增稠剂为黄原胶或硅酸镁铝。
4.根据权利要求1所述含阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺增效杀虫悬浮剂,其特征在于所述醇类抗冻剂为丙二醇。
5.如权利要求1所述含阿维菌素和氟啶虫酰胺增效杀虫悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)先将阿维菌素、氟啶虫酰胺、润湿分散剂、醇类抗冻剂和部分水混合,然后转入砂磨机中进行研磨;
2)再将增稠剂与水以1∶50的体积比混合溶解,有机硅消泡剂与水分充混合均匀,分别加入到正在研磨的上述砂磨机中;
3)再将消泡剂加入到正在研磨的上述砂磨机中;
4)砂磨结束后,出料;
