According to the embodiment of the application, the electronic identity card is used as a support, a user payment information platform which is communicated and shared is established, the user mobile phone number is accurate, historical arrearage information of arrearage users and the current mobile phone number are accurately associated through the electronic identity card, users can be quickly found out, the user numbers among operators are back to back, each operator can only see user information (plaintext information) in the operator, privacy number information (ciphertext information) of the user in other operators can be seen, arrearage information of all operators is shared, the payment success rate is improved, and the payment is promoted.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an arrearage payment device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, the device in the embodiment of the present application includes: a first acquisition module 601, a first transmission module 602, a first reception module 603, and a second transmission module 604. The arrearage payment device may be the server itself of the first operator 101, or a chip or an integrated circuit for realizing the function of the server. Here, the division of the first acquisition module 601, the first transmission module 602, the first reception module 603, and the second transmission module 604 is only a division of a logic function, and both may be integrated or independent physically.
The first acquisition module is used for acquiring electronic certificate information of the arrearage user;
the first sending module is used for sending the electronic certificate information to at least one second operator, wherein the electronic certificate information is used for the second operator to inquire whether the second operator has a related number or not;
the first receiving module is used for receiving the related number feedback information sent by the second operator and adding a mark to the second operator according to the related number feedback information, wherein the related number feedback information is obtained after the second operator performs data encryption and desensitization processing on the related number, and the mark is used for determining whether the second operator has the related number or does not have the related number;
and the second sending module is used for sending a call request to a second operator marked as the related number, so that the second operator establishes communication for the first operator and the related number according to the call request.
Optionally, after the first receiving module receives the related number feedback information sent by the second operator and adds a tag to the second operator according to the related number feedback information, the apparatus further includes:

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an arrearage payment system according to an embodiment of the present application, where the arrearage payment system may be a server. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be exemplary only, and are not limiting of the implementations of the application described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 7, the arrearage payment system includes: the processor 701 and the memory 702, the respective components are connected to each other using different buses, and may be mounted on a common motherboard or in other manners as appropriate. The processor 701 may process instructions executed within the arrearage system, including instructions stored in or on memory to display graphical information on an external input/output device, such as a display device coupled to an interface. In other embodiments, multiple processors and/or multiple buses may be used, if desired, along with multiple memories and multiple memories. One processor 701 is illustrated in fig. 7.
The memory 702 is used as a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, and is used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules (e.g., the first acquisition module 601, the first transmission module 602, the first receiving module 603, and the second transmission module 604 shown in fig. 6) corresponding to the method of the arrearage system in the embodiments of the present application. The processor 701 executes various functional applications of the authentication platform and data processing, that is, a method of implementing the arrearage payment system in the above-described method embodiment, by running a non-transitory software program, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 702.
The arrearage payment system may further include: an input device 703 and an output device 704. The processor 701, the memory 702, the input device 703 and the output device 704 may be connected by a bus or otherwise, in fig. 7 by way of example.
The input device 703 may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the arrearage system, such as a touch screen, a keypad, a mouse, or a plurality of mouse buttons, a trackball, a joystick, or the like. The output device 704 may be an output device such as a display device of the arrearage system. The display device may include, but is not limited to, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Light Emitting Diode (LED) display, and a plasma display. In some implementations, the display device may be a touch screen.
The arrearage payment system of the embodiment of the application can be used for executing the technical scheme in the method embodiments of the application, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, and are not repeated here.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium, wherein computer execution instructions are stored in the computer readable storage medium, and the computer execution instructions are used for realizing the arrearage payment method of any one of the above when being executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer program product, which comprises a computer program, wherein the computer program is used for realizing the arrearage payment method of any one of the above when being executed by a processor.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of another arrearage payment device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 8, the device in the embodiment of the present application includes: a second receiving module 801, a querying module 802, a first processing module 803, a third sending module 804 and a second processing module 805. The arrearage payment device may be the server itself of the second operator, or a chip or an integrated circuit for realizing the function of the server. Here, the division of the second receiving module 801, the query module 802, the first processing module 803, the third sending module 804, and the second processing module 805 is just a division of a logic function, and both may be integrated or independent physically.
The second receiving module is used for receiving the electronic certificate information of the arrearage user sent by the first operator;
the inquiring module is used for inquiring whether the related number exists according to the electronic certificate information, wherein the related number is the telephone number of the arrearage user belonging to the second operator;
The first processing module is used for carrying out data encryption and desensitization processing on the related number if the related number is inquired, so as to obtain the related number feedback information;
the third sending module is used for sending the feedback information of the related number to the first operator;
and the second processing module is used for receiving the call request sent by the first operator and establishing communication for the first operator and the related number according to the call request.
The embodiment of the application also provides an arrearage payment system, which can be a server of the second operator. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be exemplary only, and are not limiting of the implementations of the application described and/or claimed herein.
The arrearage payment system comprises: the processor and memory, the various components are interconnected using different buses, and may be mounted on a common motherboard or in other manners as desired. The processor may process instructions executed within the arrearage system, including instructions stored in or on memory to display graphical information on an external input/output device, such as a display device coupled to the interface. In other embodiments, multiple processors and/or multiple buses may be used, if desired, along with multiple memories and multiple memories.
The memory is used as a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, and may be used to store a non-transitory software program, a non-transitory computer executable program, and modules, such as program instructions/modules (e.g., the second receiving module 801, the querying module 802, the first processing module 803, the third sending module 804, and the second processing module 805 shown in fig. 8) corresponding to a method of the arrearage system in an embodiment of the present application. The processor executes various functional applications and data processing of the authentication platform by running non-transitory software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory, that is, the method for implementing the arrearage payment system in the above method embodiment.
The arrearage payment system may further include: input means and output means. The processor, memory, input devices, and output devices may be connected by a bus or other means.
The input device may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the arrearage system, such as a touch screen, a keypad, a mouse, or a plurality of mouse buttons, a trackball, a joystick, or the like. The output device may be an output device such as a display device of the arrearage payment system. The display device may include, but is not limited to, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Light Emitting Diode (LED) display, and a plasma display. In some implementations, the display device may be a touch screen.
The arrearage payment system of the embodiment of the application can be used for executing the technical scheme in the method embodiments of the application, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, and are not repeated here.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium, wherein computer execution instructions are stored in the computer readable storage medium, and the computer execution instructions are used for realizing the arrearage payment method of any one of the above when being executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer program product, which comprises a computer program, wherein the computer program is used for realizing the arrearage payment method of any one of the above when being executed by a processor.
The computer readable storage medium described above may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic disk, or optical disk. A readable storage medium can be any available medium that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
An exemplary readable storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the readable storage medium. In the alternative, the readable storage medium may be integral to the processor. The processor and the readable storage medium may reside in an application specific integrated circuit (Application Specific Integrated Circuits, ASIC for short). The processor and the readable storage medium may reside as discrete components in a device.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments described above may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The foregoing program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The program, when executed, performs steps including the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program code, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the corresponding technical solutions from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (12)

1. An arrearage payment method, applied to a first operator, comprising:
acquiring electronic certificate information of a owed fee user;
sending the electronic certificate information to at least one second operator, wherein the electronic certificate information is used for the second operator to inquire whether the second operator has a relevant number, and the first operator is different from the second operator;
receiving related number feedback information sent by the second operator, and adding a mark to the second operator according to the related number feedback information, wherein the related number feedback information is obtained after the second operator performs data encryption and desensitization processing on related numbers, and the mark is used for determining whether the second operator has related numbers or does not have related numbers;
and sending a call request to a second operator marked as the existence of the related number, so that the second operator establishes communication for the first operator and the related number according to the call request.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after said receiving the related number feedback information sent by the second operator and adding a tag to the second operator based on the related number feedback information:
Displaying the at least one second operator and a label for each of the second operators;
correspondingly, the sending the call request to the second operator marked as the presence related number includes:
and responding to the call triggering operation of the user on the display interface, and sending a call request to a second operator marked as the existence of the related number.
3. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring arrearage information of arrearage users;
and displaying the arrearage information.
4. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising, after said sending a call request to a second operator marked as having a related number:
and storing the call information of the call request, wherein the call information comprises at least one of call time, whether the call is connected, whether the call is returned after the call and the return amount.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising, after said storing the call information of the call request:
and paying the fee to the second operator according to a preset charging mode and the call information.
6. An arrearage payment method, applied to a second operator, comprising:
Receiving electronic certificate information of arrearage users sent by a first operator, wherein the first operator is different from the second operator;
inquiring whether a related number exists according to the electronic certificate information, wherein the related number is the telephone number of the arrearage user belonging to the second operator;
if the related number is inquired, carrying out data encryption and desensitization processing on the related number to obtain related number feedback information;
sending the related number feedback information to the first operator;
and receiving a call request sent by the first operator, and establishing communication for the first operator and the related number according to the call request.
7. An arrearage payment device, for use with a first operator, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring electronic certificate information of the arrearage user;
the first sending module is used for sending the electronic certificate information to at least one second operator, wherein the electronic certificate information is used for the second operator to inquire whether a related number exists or not, and the first operator is different from the second operator;
the first receiving module is used for receiving the related number feedback information sent by the second operator and adding a mark to the second operator according to the related number feedback information, wherein the related number feedback information is obtained after the second operator performs data encryption and desensitization processing on the related number, and the mark is used for determining whether the second operator has the related number or does not have the related number;
And the second sending module is used for sending a call request to a second operator marked as the existence of the related number so that the second operator establishes communication with the related number for the first operator according to the call request.
8. An arrearage payment device, for use with a second operator, comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving electronic certificate information of the arrearage user sent by a first operator, wherein the first operator is different from the second operator;
the inquiring module is used for inquiring whether the related number exists according to the electronic certificate information, wherein the related number is the telephone number of the arrearage user belonging to the second operator;
the first processing module is used for carrying out data encryption and desensitization processing on the related number if the related number is inquired, so as to obtain the related number feedback information;
the third sending module is used for sending the related number feedback information to the first operator;
and the second processing module is used for receiving a call request sent by the first operator and establishing communication for the first operator and the related number according to the call request.

12. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, implement the arrearage method of claim 6.
