The embodiment of the application provides a debt payment prompting method for a second operator, an intercommunicated and shared user payment prompting information platform is established based on electronic certificate information, the second operator can provide user inquiry help for a first operator of a user with a debt fee through the platform, the user can be found quickly, the privacy of the user is protected through data encryption desensitization processing, and the data security of the operator is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of another arrears payment method according to the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the method includes the steps of:
s501: the first operator acquires electronic certificate information of the defaulting user.

The embodiment of the application is based on an electronic identity card, an intercommunicated and shared user payment prompting information platform is established, the mobile phone number of a user is accurate, historical arrearage information of an arrearage user is accurately associated with the current mobile phone number through the electronic identity card, the user can be quickly found, the user numbers among operators are back to back, each operator can only see user information (plaintext information) in the operator, the privacy number information (ciphertext information) of the user in other operators can be seen, the arrearage information of all operators is shared, the payment prompting success rate is improved, and payment is promoted.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an arrears payment device provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, the device in the embodiment of the present application includes: a first obtaining module 601, a first sending module 602, a first receiving module 603, and a second sending module 604. The arrearage payment device may be the server of the first operator 101, or a chip or an integrated circuit that implements the function of the server. and the second sending module is used for sending a call request to a second operator marked as having the related number so that the second operator establishes communication for the first operator and the related number according to the call request.
Optionally, after the first receiving module receives the relevant number feedback information sent by the second operator, and adds a mark to the second operator according to the relevant number feedback information, the apparatus further includes:

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an arrears payment-urging system according to an embodiment of the present application, where the arrears payment-urging system may be a server. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be exemplary only, and are not limiting to the implementations of the present application described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 7, the arrearage payment system includes: a processor 701 and a memory 702, the various components being interconnected using different buses, and may be mounted on a common motherboard or in other manners as desired. The processor 701 may process instructions for execution within the arrears owing system, including instructions for graphical information stored in or on memory for display on an external input/output device, such as a display device coupled to an interface. In other embodiments, multiple processors and/or multiple buses may be used, along with multiple memories and multiple memories, as desired. In fig. 7, one processor 701 is taken as an example.
The memory 702 is used as a non-transitory computer readable storage medium for storing non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the method of the arrearage call payment system in the embodiment of the present application (for example, as shown in fig. 6, the first obtaining module 601, the first sending module 602, the first receiving module 603, and the second sending module 604). The arrearage payment system may further include: an input device 703 and an output device 704. The processor 701, the memory 702, the input device 703 and the output device 704 may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 7 illustrates an example of a connection by a bus.
The input device 703 may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function controls of the arrears catalyst system, such as a touch screen, a keypad, a mouse, or multiple mouse buttons, a trackball, a joystick, or other input devices. The output device 704 may be an output device such as a display device of the arrearage payment system. The display device may include, but is not limited to, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Light Emitting Diode (LED) display, and a plasma display. In some implementations, the display device can be a touch screen.
The arrearage payment promoting system of the embodiment of the application can be used for executing the technical scheme in the embodiment of the method of the application, the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, and the details are not repeated here.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein computer-executable instructions are stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer-executable instructions are used for realizing any one of the debt payment promotion methods.
The embodiment of the application further provides a computer program product, which comprises a computer program, and the computer program is used for realizing any one of the arrearage payment promoting methods when being executed by the processor.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of another arrears reminding device provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 8, the device in the embodiment of the present application includes: a second receiving module 801, a query module 802, a first processing module 803, a third sending module 804 and a second processing module 805. The arrearage payment device may be the server itself of the second operator, or a chip or an integrated circuit that implements the function of the server. It should be noted here that the division of the second receiving module 801, the querying module 802, the first processing module 803, the third sending module 804, and the second processing module 805 is only a division of logical functions, and both may be integrated physically or may be independent.
The second receiving module is used for receiving the electronic certificate information of the arrearage user sent by the first operator;
the inquiry module is used for inquiring whether a related number exists according to the electronic certificate information, wherein the related number is the telephone number of the arrearage user belonging to the second operator;
the first processing module is used for carrying out data encryption desensitization processing on the relevant number to obtain relevant number feedback information if the relevant number is inquired;
the third sending module is used for sending the feedback information of the related number to the first operator;
and the second processing module is used for receiving the call request sent by the first operator and establishing communication between the first operator and the related number according to the call request.
The embodiment of the application also provides a system for charging arrearage, which can be a server of a second operator. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be exemplary only, and are not limiting to the implementations of the present application described and/or claimed herein.
The arrearage payment urging system comprises: a processor and memory, the various components being interconnected using different buses, and may be mounted on a common motherboard or in other manners as desired. The processor may process instructions for execution within the arrears catalyst system, including instructions for graphical information stored in or on the memory for display on an external input/output device, such as a display device coupled to the interface. In other embodiments, multiple processors and/or multiple buses may be used, along with multiple memories and multiple memories, if desired.
The memory, as a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the method of the arrearage call payment system in the embodiment of the present application (for example, as shown in fig. 8, the second receiving module 801, the query module 802, the first processing module 803, the third sending module 804, and the second processing module 805). The processor executes various functional applications and data processing of the authentication platform by running the non-transient software program, the instructions and the modules stored in the memory, namely, the method of the arrearage payment urging system in the embodiment of the method is realized.
The arrearage payment system may further include: an input device and an output device. The processor, memory, input device, and output device may be connected by a bus or other means.
The input device may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function controls of the arrears catalyst system, such as a touch screen, keypad, mouse, or multiple mouse buttons, track ball, joystick, or other input device. The output device may be an output device such as a display device of the arrearage payment urging system. The embodiment of the application further provides a computer program product, which comprises a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program is used for realizing any one of the arrearage payment methods.
The computer-readable storage medium may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk. Readable storage media can be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
An exemplary readable storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the readable storage medium. Of course, the readable storage medium may also be an integral part of the processor. The processor and the readable storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Of course, the processor and the readable storage medium may also reside as discrete components in the apparatus.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (12)

1. A debt payment prompting method is applied to a first operator and comprises the following steps:
acquiring electronic certificate information of a defaulting user;
sending the electronic certificate information to at least one second operator, wherein the electronic certificate information is used for the second operator to inquire whether a related number exists or not;
receiving related number feedback information sent by the second operator, and adding a mark to the second operator according to the related number feedback information, wherein the related number feedback information is obtained after data encryption desensitization processing is carried out on related numbers by the second operator, and the mark is used for determining whether the related numbers exist in the second operator or not;
and sending a call request to a second operator marked to have the related number, so that the second operator establishes communication between the first operator and the related number according to the call request.
2. The method of claim 1, after the receiving the relevant number feedback information sent by the second operator and adding a label to the second operator according to the relevant number feedback information, further comprising:
displaying the at least one second operator and indicia for each of the second operators;
correspondingly, the sending the call request to the second operator marked as having the related number includes:
and sending a call request to the second operator marked as the related number exists in response to a call trigger operation of the user on the display interface.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring arrearage information of an arrearage user;
and displaying the arrearage information.
4. A method according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein after said sending a call request to the second operator marked as having a relevant number, further comprising:
and storing the call information of the call request, wherein the call information comprises at least one of call time, call connection, refund after call and refund amount.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising, after storing the call information of the call request:
and paying the second operator according to a preset charging mode and the calling information.
6. A arrearage payment promoting method is applied to a second operator and comprises the following steps:
receiving electronic certificate information of a defaulting user sent by a first operator;
inquiring whether a related number exists according to the electronic certificate information, wherein the related number is a telephone number of a defaulting user belonging to a second operator;
if the relevant number is inquired, carrying out data encryption desensitization processing on the relevant number to obtain relevant number feedback information;
sending the related number feedback information to the first operator;
and receiving a call request sent by the first operator, and establishing communication between the first operator and the related number according to the call request.
