Description

Gauze embroidery and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of textile, in particular to a gauze embroidery and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The embroidery is a Chinese excellent national traditional handicraft, also called silk embroidery, is mainly used for decoration, has fresh and alive patterns, is favored by the masses, and is widely applied to the fields of furniture decoration, clothes decoration, daily necessities decoration and the like. Along with the progress of society, the demand of people for embroidery is also increasing, so that most embroidery is produced mechanically to meet the demand. The prior embroidery is generally embroidered on a base fabric, and the base fabric can be finished only by providing a base fabric with a relatively stable structure when the base fabric is embroidered, and the base fabric is relatively thick, so that the obtained embroidery is thick, single and lacks of flexibility. Therefore, it has been proposed that embroidery is performed by using a gauze, which is light and soft, and embroidery is performed on the gauze, so that the flexibility of the embroidery is enhanced, the aesthetic property is good, and the embroidery is favored in the market. However, because the mesh holes of the gauze are larger, the structural stability is not strong, so that the situation of wrinkling or over loosening is easy to occur during embroidery, and the mass production of the existing gauze embroidery still cannot be realized.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to realize gauze embroidery and realize mass production of embroidery, the application provides gauze embroidery and a preparation process thereof.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a process for preparing a gauze embroidery, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation process of a gauze embroidery comprises the following steps:
step 1, forming a substrate: respectively connecting two sides of the bottom net with water-soluble parts to obtain an embroidery base material;
step 2, forming a static embroidery area: embroidering the embroidery thread on the embroidery base material to form a static embroidery area to obtain a semi-finished product, wherein the static embroidery area of the semi-finished product is formed on the surface of the bottom net;
step 3, water-soluble treatment: soaking the semi-finished product in water until the water-soluble piece falls off completely, and drying the embroidered bottom net to obtain the gauze embroidery.
The bottom net adopted by the method is a gauze net with holes formed by braiding, and the process has the advantages of simplicity in operation and high production efficiency, and can realize mass production of gauze embroidery; the embroidery pattern of the yarn net embroidery is rich in sense of mind.
The two sides of the bottom net are respectively attached with the water-soluble pieces, the water-soluble pieces have the effects of shaping and stabilizing the bottom net, the possibility that the bottom net is stretched to form wrinkles when the net ribs are stretched is reduced, meanwhile, the water-soluble pieces are combined with the bottom net, the thickness of the obtained base material is increased, and the base material is not easy to deform or wrinkle when the base material is embroidered, so that the obtained embroidery has a flexible effect. Further, the bottom net and the water-soluble piece are connected in a water-soluble wire connecting mode or are attached through hydrosol, embroidery connection is carried out through the water-soluble wire, the bottom net and the water-soluble piece can be connected stably, and meanwhile, after water-soluble treatment, the water-soluble piece and the water-soluble wire can be separated from the bottom net; in another preferred scheme, the base net and the water-soluble piece can be stably connected by adopting hydrosol for adhesion and fixation, and simultaneously can be dissolved and separated from the base net together with the water-soluble piece after water-soluble treatment so as to show the effect of embroidering dynamic patterns on the base net.
The embroidery thread is convenient for embroidery on the surface of the base material to form a static embroidery area, so that a semi-finished product is obtained, the water-soluble part is dissolved through water-soluble treatment, and the bottom net is dried to obtain a gauze embroidery product, so that gauze embroidery is realized.
Further, in order to enable the water-soluble piece to be dissolved more quickly and improve production efficiency, the application is preferably to heat water to 90-100 ℃ and conduct water-soluble treatment for 2-5min, so that the water-soluble piece can be completely separated from the bottom net, and when the temperature is lower than 90 ℃, the water-soluble treatment time is longer, and the production efficiency is affected.
Preferably, between the step 1 and the step 2, a pre-dynamic embroidery area is formed, and the specific steps are as follows: embroidering the gauze element on an embroidery base material through a water-soluble thread to obtain a pre-dynamic embroidering area, wherein the pre-dynamic embroidering area is formed on the surface of the base net, the static embroidering area is partially overlapped with the pre-dynamic embroidering area, and the pre-dynamic embroidering area forms a dynamic embroidering area after water-soluble treatment; the gauze element is a gauze piece formed by cutting gauze or a gauze strip formed by twisting gauze.
In the method, the gauze element is embroidered on the bottom net with the water-soluble element through the connection effect of the water-soluble thread, so that a pre-dynamic embroidery area is formed conveniently, and the partial overlapping of the pre-dynamic embroidery area and the static embroidery area means that the embroidery thread embroiders along the position of the fixed pre-dynamic embroidery area structure during embroidery, so that the embroidery thread fixes the pre-dynamic embroidery area, and the formed static embroidery area and the pre-dynamic embroidery area are overlapped partially. After the water-soluble treatment, the pre-dynamic embroidery area forms a dynamic embroidery area.
Due to the fixing effect of the static embroidery area, the dynamic embroidery area is stabilized on the surface of the bottom net, and the dynamic embroidery area of the part which is not overlapped with the static embroidery area is dynamic, so that the diversity of embroidery is increased, the flexibility of the embroidery is improved, the embroidery is attractive, and the application field of the gauze embroidery is widened by utilizing the easy processability of the gauze. Further, when the gauze element is selected from the gauze piece, the gauze element and the bottom net are harmonious, and meanwhile, the dynamic patterns formed by the gauze element have the function of ventilation, so that the embroidery is excellent in ventilation and flexible; furthermore, the gauze element can also be gauze strips, so that the embroidery obtained by embroidery is more stereoscopic, the embroidery patterns are more flexible, the application range of the gauze embroidery is widened by combining the bottom net, and the gauze sheets and the gauze strips are made of nylon.
Preferably, between the step 1 and the step 2, a pre-dynamic embroidery area is formed, and the specific steps are as follows: shaping the gauze element through hydrosol to form dynamic patterns, and fixedly connecting part of the dynamic patterns with an embroidery base material to form a dynamic embroidery area when the gauze element is embroidered by embroidery threads, or fixing part of the dynamic patterns on the embroidery base material through connecting wires to form a dynamic embroidery area, wherein the dynamic embroidery area is formed on the surface of the bottom net, and the static embroidery area is partially overlapped with the dynamic embroidery area; the gauze element is a gauze piece formed by cutting gauze or a gauze strip formed by twisting gauze.
The hydrosol in the application is water-soluble double-sided adhesive, has adhesiveness, is easy to dissolve when meeting water, and is mainly made of PVA (polyvinyl alcohol); the yarn net pieces are bonded to form dynamic patterns through the bonding effect of the hydrosol, and then part of dynamic patterns are embroidered on the base material through the embroidering effect of the embroidery threads when the embroidery threads embroider, so that the dynamic patterns are stable in shape, meanwhile, the shapes of the dynamic patterns are not changed after the water-soluble treatment, and further the yarn net piece embroidering with specific dynamic patterns is realized; alternatively, the dynamic pattern can be partially embroidered on the base material by adopting a connecting line, and the connecting line has the function of connecting and fixing, so that the dynamic pattern is fixed on the base material, and a dynamic embroidery area is obtained, so that the embroidery is rich in dynamic.
Further, the step 2 further comprises hot-pressing the semi-finished product until the surface of the semi-finished product is flat, wherein the hot-pressing temperature is 175-185 ℃, and the hot-pressing time and the hot-pressing pressure can be adjusted according to specific conditions; the semi-finished product formed by hot pressing has compact structure, and the phenomenon that the static embroidery area and the dynamic embroidery area are loose after water-soluble treatment is reduced. Step 3, hot-pressing the dried bottom net to obtain a gauze embroidery; the hot pressing time is 155-165 ℃, the hot pressing time and the hot pressing pressure can be adjusted according to specific conditions, and at the temperature of 155-165 ℃, the embroidery structure is compact, the phenomenon of loosening in the embroidery area is reduced, the obtained gauze embroidery structure is stable, and the gauze embroidery structure has a better shaping effect on dynamic embroidery areas.
Preferably, the method further comprises the step of carrying out creasing treatment on the bottom net before the step 1, wherein the bottom net is woven by polyester yarns with the count of 60-80S.
The base net is wrinkled, so that the obtained base net is rich in wrinkled flexible aesthetic feeling, the diversity of yarn net embroidery is further improved, when the count is 80S, the count of warp and weft polyester yarns of the base net is 80S, when the count of the warp and weft polyester yarns is 80S, the fabric density is generally 500 and can reach 800 at most, and the fabric density refers to the number of yarns in the unit length of the fabric. Generally, the fabric density is too high at a count of 80S and is generally unsuitable for bedding and thus high for base fabric crimping.
Preferably, the bottom net is woven by polyester yarns with fineness of 30D and hole number of 12-24F.
By adopting the technical scheme, the obtained bottom net has better air permeability, light weight and softness; the bottom net in the technical scheme is woven by polyester yarns with fineness of 30D and hole number of 12F, and the warp and weft polyester yarns of the bottom net are 30D/12F. The mesh holes forming the bottom net are larger, are not suitable for creasing, but have better air permeability. The embroidery has better flexibility after embroidery.
Preferably, the water-soluble piece consists of two layers of water-soluble paper or water-soluble cloth, and the gram weights of the water-soluble paper or the water-soluble cloth are 25-45g/m 2
The water-soluble paper or water-soluble cloth has a thickness in the gram weight range, can shape the bottom net, and does not affect the embroidery pattern after embroidery, because the gram weight is 25-45g/m 2 The thickness of the water-soluble cloth or the water-soluble paper is small, so that after water dissolution, the effect on the yarn net piece of embroidery is not caused, and the formed static embroidery area is not loosened, so that the embroidery effect of the yarn net embroidery is not affected.
Preferably, the stitch pitch of the embroidery is 2-2.5mm.
The range of the embroidery needle moving distance is suitable for embroidery of embroidery threads and connecting lines, a dynamic static embroidery area and a dynamic embroidery area can be formed in the range of the embroidery needle moving distance, when the needle moving distance is smaller than 2mm, the needle moving distance is too small, the connection between a yarn net piece and a bottom net is too tight, and further the yarn net piece lacks of dynamic sense; when the distance between the running pins is larger than 2.5mm, after water-soluble treatment, the connection between the gauze element and the bottom net is too loose, so that the gauze element is loose, the flexibility of a dynamic embroidery area is further affected, and the attractiveness of gauze embroidery is affected.
Preferably, the titer of the water-soluble thread is 30-70D, and the thread diameter of the embroidery thread is 0.1-0.6mm.
In the scheme, the water-soluble thread is selected and used, so that the water-soluble thread can be embroidered on a substrate well, and can be dissolved rapidly after water-soluble treatment, and the efficiency of water-soluble treatment is improved. When the fineness of the water-soluble thread is smaller than 30D, the water-soluble thread is too thin, and then the phenomenon of breakage easily occurs during embroidery; when the fineness of the water-soluble thread is larger than 70D, the water-soluble thread is too large, so that embroidery is not easy to be carried out on the bottom net.
Further, the glitter can be adhered to the embroidery thread, the glitter is a colorful paillette and is mainly used for decorating clothing accessories, the glitter is adhered to the embroidery thread, so that the embroidered patterns are colorful and play a role in decoration, the flexible aesthetic feeling of the embroidery is further improved, the glitter can be processed according to the application field of the gauze embroidery, and the application range of the gauze embroidery is widened.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a gauze embroidery, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the gauze embroidery comprises a bottom net and embroidery threads, wherein the embroidery threads form a static embroidery area on the surface of the bottom net, and the bottom net is provided with a fold structure.
Through the technical scheme, the embroidery threads are embroidered on the bottom net, so that a static embroidery area is obtained, the bottom net embroidery is realized, the embroidery is rich in aesthetic feeling through the arrangement of the fold structure, and the diversity of the embroidery is increased.
In a third aspect, the present application provides a gauze embroidery, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the yarn net embroidery comprises a bottom net, embroidery threads and a yarn net member, wherein the yarn net member is embroidered on the surface of the bottom net to form a dynamic embroidery area, the embroidery threads are embroidered on the surface of the bottom net to form a static embroidery area, and the dynamic embroidery area is partially overlapped with the static embroidery area.
The gauze element is embroidered on the bottom net, so that the gauze element is stable, and further, the static embroidery area and the dynamic embroidery area are partially overlapped, so that the embroidery is doped with patterns combined with dynamic and static, the flexibility and the aesthetic feeling of the embroidery are improved, the gauze embroidery is realized, and the application range of the gauze embroidery is widened.
In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:
1. the possibility of wrinkling caused by tightening of the net ribs of the bottom net during embroidery is reduced through the shaping stabilization effect of the water-soluble piece, and the base material formed by the water-soluble piece and the bottom net is used for embroidery; the embroidery thread is further used for facilitating embroidery on the surface of the base material, and then the water-soluble part is dissolved in water to obtain the gauze embroidery, so that the gauze embroidery is realized, the gauze embroidery can be produced in quantity in the process, and the obtained gauze embroidery has flexibility.
