Abstract

本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体为一种UV胶印温变油墨,包括如下重量占比的原料:温变颜料5~8%、预聚物A10~20%、预聚物B10~30%、预聚物C5~10%、丙烯酸单体10~30%、光引发剂3~8%、助剂0~5%、填料0~5%;所述预聚物A为聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物B为环氧类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物C为自交联聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯。本发明极大丰富了UV胶印油墨的种类,油墨胶印后能随着环境温度的变化而显示不同的颜色,从而使被着色物体具有动态变化的色彩效果。

UV胶印温变油墨
技术领域
本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体涉及一种UV胶印温变油墨。
背景技术
由于胶印机的印刷速度越来越快,印刷操作人员和印刷品用户对产品环保性能的要求也越来越高,因此要求油墨生产厂必须不段改进胶印油墨质量。要求油墨的转移性能好,着色力高、印后干燥速度快、机上不结皮时间长、油墨产品中的重金属含量低等。要达到这些要求,就必须在原料选择、配方技术、生产工艺、生产环境等方面进行改进,并对生产过程进行严格控制。
UV胶印油墨的固含量较高,而且其在固化之前颜料与连结料的比率与普通胶印油墨相仿,因此最先在胶印中得到应用。UV胶印油墨固化无渗透问题,不仅可以在纸张印刷,还可以在非吸收性承印材料上印刷。现有UV胶印油墨中常用的夜光油墨能在漆黑的条件下发亮,而光变油墨可随着光线的变化变色,然而现有技术中尚没有能随着环境的温度进行变色的UV胶印油墨,因此,亟待改进。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种UV胶印温变油墨,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
UV胶印温变油墨,包括如下重量占比的原料:温变颜料5~8%、预聚物A10~20%、预聚物B10~30%、预聚物C5~10%、丙烯酸单体10~30%、光引发剂3~8%、助剂0~5%、填料0~5%;所述预聚物A为聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物B为环氧类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物C为自交联聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯。
优选地,由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料8%、预聚物A20%、预聚物B30%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体20%、光引发剂8%、助剂2%、填料2%。
优选地,由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料5%、预聚物A10%、预聚物B30%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体30%、光引发剂5%、助剂5%、填料5%。
优选地,由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料6%、预聚物A18%、预聚物B30%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体30%、光引发剂3%、助剂1%、填料2%。
优选地,由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料7%、预聚物A16%、预聚物B27%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体28%、光引发剂8%、助剂2%、填料3%。
优选地,由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料5%、预聚物A20%、预聚物B25%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体28%、光引发剂8%、助剂2%、填料2%。
优选地,由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料8%、预聚物A16%、预聚物B28%、预聚物C8%、丙烯酸单体22%、光引发剂8%、助剂5%、填料5%。
优选地,由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料5%、预聚物A20%、预聚物B30%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体22%、光引发剂8%、助剂3%、填料2%。
有益效果:本发明所述的UV胶印温变油墨,其能随着环境温度的变化而显示不同的颜色,从而使被着色物体具有动态变化的色彩效果,丰富了UV胶印油墨的种类,拓宽了市场,使应用更为广泛。

实施例1
本实施例所述的UV胶印温变油墨由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料8%、预聚物A20%、预聚物B30%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体20%、光引发剂8%、助剂2%、填料2%。其中预聚物A为聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物B为环氧类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物C为自交联聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯。
实施例2
本实施例所述的UV胶印温变油墨由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料5%、预聚物A10%、预聚物B30%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体30%、光引发剂5%、助剂5%、填料5%。其中预聚物A为聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物B为环氧类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物C为自交联聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯。

本实施例所述的UV胶印温变油墨由如下重量占比的原料组成:由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料5%、预聚物A20%、预聚物B25%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体28%、光引发剂8%、助剂2%、填料2%。其中预聚物A为聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物B为环氧类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物C为自交联聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯。
实施例6
本实施例所述的UV胶印温变油墨由如下重量占比的原料组成:由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料8%、预聚物A16%、预聚物B28%、预聚物C8%、丙烯酸单体22%、光引发剂8%、助剂5%、填料5%。其中预聚物A为聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物B为环氧类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物C为自交联聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯。
实施例7

1.UV胶印温变油墨,其特征在于,包括如下重量占比的原料:温变颜料5~8%、预聚物A10~20%、预聚物B10~30%、预聚物C5~10%、丙烯酸单体10~30%、光引发剂3~8%、助剂0~5%、填料0~5%;所述预聚物A为聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物B为环氧类聚丙烯酸酯,预聚物C为自交联聚酯类聚丙烯酸酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的UV胶印温变油墨,其特征在于,由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料8%、预聚物A20%、预聚物B30%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体20%、光引发剂8%、助剂2%、填料2%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的UV胶印温变油墨,其特征在于,由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料5%、预聚物A10%、预聚物B30%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体30%、光引发剂5%、助剂5%、填料5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的UV胶印温变油墨,其特征在于,由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料6%、预聚物A18%、预聚物B30%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体30%、光引发剂3%、助剂1%、填料2%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的UV胶印温变油墨,其特征在于,由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料7%、预聚物A16%、预聚物B27%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体28%、光引发剂8%、助剂2%、填料3%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的UV胶印温变油墨,其特征在于,由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料5%、预聚物A20%、预聚物B25%、预聚物C10%、丙烯酸单体28%、光引发剂8%、助剂2%、填料2%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的UV胶印温变油墨,其特征在于,由如下重量占比的原料组成:温变颜料8%、预聚物A16%、预聚物B28%、预聚物C8%、丙烯酸单体22%、光引发剂8%、助剂5%、填料5%。
