Abstract

本发明提出了一种温变油墨,它由如下重量份组成:水性丙烯酸树脂30~60份、石油树脂15~40份、碳酸钙1~2份、温变颜料5~10份;分散剂3~6份;消泡剂3~8份;防沉剂2~5份,温变效果好,且该温变反应属于可逆反应,印刷成品色彩鲜艳,不易褪色。

本发明属于油墨技术领域,特别是指一种温变油墨。
背景技术
目前在市场上销售的普通温变油墨有以下不足:不适用于在轮转机上采用胶印或柔版印刷。即不适合印刷在例如各式发票、有价证券、门票等同类物上;同一面积在相同印刷情况下使用油墨量大,导致成本高;技术成份低,单一检测手段,易仿制。
发明内容
本发明提出一种温变油墨,解决了现有技术中上述温变油墨存在的缺陷。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种温变油墨,它由如下重量份组成:水性丙烯酸树脂30~60份、石油树脂15~40份、碳酸钙1~2份、温变颜料5~10份;分散剂3~6份;消泡剂3~8份;防沉剂2~5份。
进一步的,一种温变油墨,它由如下重量份组成:水性丙烯酸树脂50份、石油树脂23份、碳酸钙2份、温变颜料10份;分散剂5份;消泡剂5份;防沉剂5份。
进一步的,一种温变油墨,它由如下重量份组成:水性丙烯酸树脂45份、石油树脂28份、碳酸钙1份、温变颜料9份;分散剂5份;消泡剂5份;防沉剂5份。
综上所述,本发明的优点在于:
本发明一种温变油墨成本低廉,温变效果好,且该温变反应属于可逆反应,印刷成品色彩鲜艳,不易褪色。
