本发明公开了一种包衬可塑料,包括以下组分:石英砂、碳化硅、石墨、粘土、草酸、硼砂、硅酸钠,其由以下重量份组分组成:石英砂20‑70份、碳化硅0‑30份、硅微粉0‑30份、石墨0‑30份、粘土0‑30份、草酸0‑30份、硼砂0‑30份、硅酸钠0‑30份及微量进口化工,所述包衬可塑料可根据钢水包的形状进行塑造,且修补方便,无需使用胎具;所述包衬可塑料使用后,不会产生挂渣现象;所述包衬可塑料具有很强的耐侵蚀及抗冲刷性能;所述包衬可塑料使用后,一次烤干后可多次重复使用;所述包衬可塑料使用时会产生镜面化的烧结层,可提高钢水的质量,降低铸件的废品率。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,具体是指一种包衬可塑料。
背景技术
钢水包也叫盛钢桶是冶金工业的重要容器件,起着储存、转运钢水的作用,同时还要进行炉外精炼的双重任务,随着炼钢技术的发展,我国的钢水包用耐火材料也得到了很好的发展,钢水包使用寿命的长短,不仅关系到耐火材料的消耗,而且直接影响炼钢的正常生产;
耐火可塑料是不定型耐火材料的一个重要品种,是由粒状和粉状物料与可塑黏土等结合剂和增塑剂配合后,再加入少量水分,经充分混炼所组成的一种呈硬泥膏状,并在较长时间内保持较高可塑性的不定型耐火材料,能够耐受较高的温度;
目前国内的钢水包炉衬主要是砖和不定形耐火材料并存并用的状态,近几年特别是随着转炉寿命的提高,连铸比的增加和炉外精炼技术的进步,钢水包处于容量大、钢种多、温度高、时间长等日益苛刻的使用条件,对钢水包用耐火材料的要求也不断提高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述技术的缺陷,提供一种包衬可塑料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为一种包衬可塑料,包括以下组分:石英砂、碳化硅、硅微粉、石墨、粘土、草酸、硼砂、硅酸钠及微量进口化工。
进一步地,由以下重量份组分组成:石英砂20-70份、碳化硅0-30份、硅微粉0-30份、石墨0-30份、粘土0-30份、草酸0-30份、硼砂0-30份、硅酸钠0-30份及微量进口化工。
进一步地,由以下重量份组分组成:石英砂20份、碳化硅1份、硅微粉1份、石墨1份、粘土1份、草酸1份、硼砂1份、硅酸钠1份及微量进口化工。
进一步地,由以下重量份组分组成:石英砂45份、碳化硅10份、硅微粉20份、石墨10份、粘土10份、草酸5份、硼砂10份、硅酸钠10份及微量进口化工。
进一步地,由以下重量份组分组成:石英砂70份、碳化硅5份、硅微粉10份、石墨5份、粘土5份、草酸5份、硼砂5份、硅酸钠5份及微量进口化工。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:
1)所述包衬可塑料可根据钢水包的形状进行塑造,且修补方便,无需使用胎具;
2)所述包衬可塑料使用后,不会产生挂渣现象;
3)所述包衬可塑料具有很强的耐侵蚀及抗冲刷性能;
4)所述包衬可塑料使用后,一次烤干后可多次重复使用;
5)所述包衬可塑料使用时会产生镜面化的烧结层,可提高钢水的质量,降低铸件的废品率。

下面结合实施例对本发明一种包衬可塑料做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种包衬可塑料,由以下重量份组分组成:石英砂20份、碳化硅1份、硅微粉1份、石墨1份、粘土1份、草酸1份、硼砂1份、硅酸钠1份及微量进口化工。
实施例2
一种包衬可塑料,由以下重量份组分组成:石英砂45份、碳化硅10份、硅微粉20份、石墨10份、粘土10份、草酸5份、硼砂10份、硅酸钠10份及微量进口化工。
实施例3
一种包衬可塑料,由以下重量份组分组成:石英砂70份、碳化硅5份、硅微粉10份、石墨5份、粘土5份、草酸5份、硼砂5份、硅酸钠5份及微量进口化工。
实施例4
一种包衬可塑料,由以下重量份组分组成:石英砂70份、碳化硅15份、硅微粉0.5份、石墨5份、粘土15份、硼砂5份、硅酸钠5份及微量进口化工。

一种包衬可塑料,由以下重量份组分组成:石英砂45份、碳化硅5份、硅微粉25份、石墨15份、粘土15份、草酸5份、硼砂10份、硅酸钠5份及微量进口化工。

一种包衬可塑料,由以下重量份组分组成:石英砂40份、碳化硅5份、硅微粉30份、石墨10份、粘土10份、草酸15份、硼砂15份、硅酸钠5份及微量进口化工。
