本发明公开了一种有机生态板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、将防虫剂、环糊精、负离子粉、小麦粉、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合制得第一胶液,其中,防虫剂、环糊精的质量比为1:6~9,防虫剂的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的0.15%~0.25%,负离子粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的2%~5%,小麦粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的20%~30%;步骤二、采用第一胶液浸渍原纸,得到功能浸渍胶膜纸;步骤三、将功能浸渍胶膜纸分别敷设于基板上表面,热压成型,即得有机生态板。本发明提高有机生态板的防虫性能和负离子诱生性能的有益效果。还公开了一种有机生态板,具有优良的防虫作用和负离子诱生作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及有机生态板生产技术领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种有机生态板及其制备方法。
背景技术
有机生态板是浸渍胶膜纸饰面胶合板和细木工板的俗称,是一种常用的室内装修及家具用板材。生态板一般由芯板、单板、表层装饰纸3部分复合组成,经过多年的发展,室内装修及家具用板材对有机生态板的要求越来越高,并朝向多功能性发展。空气中负离子浓度是衡量空气清新程度和质量的重要指标之一。空气负离子能够吸附到烟雾、粉尘等悬浮粒子上,然后与带正电的粒子产生中和作用,使之沉淀降落,以达到消烟除尘、清新空气的效果。有机生态板中含有少量甲醛有助于抵御虫害,比如白蚁、蟑螂等。但目前有机生态板中的甲醛含量均很低,在抵御虫害方面的能力显著降低,因此,如何提升有机生态板的防虫能力也是需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种有机生态板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将防虫剂、环糊精、负离子粉、小麦粉、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合制得第一胶液,其中,防虫剂、环糊精的质量比为1:6~9,防虫剂的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的0.15%~0.25%,负离子粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的2%~5%,小麦粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的20%~30%;
步骤二、采用第一胶液浸渍原纸,得到功能浸渍胶膜纸;
步骤三、将功能浸渍胶膜纸分别敷设于基板上表面,热压成型,即得有机生态板。
优选的是,第一胶液浸渍原纸的浸胶量为100~130%。
优选的是,步骤三中的热压条件为:温度为120~127℃,压力为0.7~0.8MPa,热压时间为8~10min。
优选的是,基板包括芯板上下表面均敷设单板形成,单板与芯板之间涂布第二胶液,压制成型;
其中,第二胶液的制备方法包括:将阻燃剂、远红外陶瓷粉、小麦粉、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合制得第二胶液,其中,阻燃剂的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的20%~25%,远红外陶瓷粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的3%~8%,小麦粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的25%~30%。
优选的是,第二胶液的涂布量为180~250g/m2。
优选的是,单板与芯板之间的压制方法为:于常温、湿度大于75%的条件下,静置20~60min,然后以压力为0.5~0.8MPa下压制30~40min,然后以温度为100~110℃、压力为0.5~0.7MPa下压制8~10min,即得基板。
优选的是,防虫剂为联苯菊酯。
提供一种基于上述制备方法制备得到的有机生态板。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:通过加入防虫剂、环糊精和负离子粉显著提升有机生态板的防虫性能和负离子诱生能力。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
需要说明的是,下述实施方案中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所述试剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得。
<基材准备>
单板尺寸为:1260mm×2480mm×2.8mm
芯板尺寸为:1260mm×2480mm×12mm
<实施例1>
有机生态板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按第一胶液的配方表的配方分别与小麦粉和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂加入至调胶罐中,搅拌均匀,得第一胶液,其中,防虫剂、环糊精的质量比为1:8,防虫剂的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的0.2%,负离子粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的2%,小麦粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的25%;防虫剂为联苯菊酯。
步骤二、采用第一胶液浸渍原纸,将第一胶液、胶槽、胶泵、胶水回流系统连接后,启动浸胶,第一胶液浸渍原纸的浸胶量为100%,得到功能浸渍胶膜纸;
步骤三、将功能浸渍胶膜纸分别完全贴在基板上下表面,采用双面热压工艺,热压条件为:温度为120℃,压力为0.7MPa,热压时间为8min。即得有机生态板。
<有机生态板的性能检测>
检测实施例1制备的各组有机生态板的有效成分载药量,结果如表1所示。
检测实施例1制备的各组有机生态板的负离子释放量,结果如表1所示。
有效成分载药量检测,参照GB/T 17657-2013《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验》中关于有效成分载药量的检测方法
负离子释放量检测,参照JC/T 2040-2010《负离子功能建筑室内装饰材料》中关于空气负离子诱生量的检测方法。

由表1可以看出,环糊精有助于提升防虫剂的保留量,即有效成分载药量。配方2相比于配方1有效成分载药量增加了33.33%。
防虫剂不仅不会影响负离子粉的负离子诱生能力,而且与环糊精一起,还对负离子诱生量具有一定的促进作用,配方5相比于配方3负离子诱生量增加了6.21%。
<实施例2>
选取表2中的第5组的配方为最优配方,由于负离子诱生量已远高于标准(大于500ions/(s·cm2))规定,因此,以防虫剂有效成分载药量为优化目标,进行工艺优化试验:有机生态板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按配方5的配料与小麦粉和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂加入至调胶罐中,搅拌均匀,得第一胶液,其中,配方5的配料的用量如表2所示。防虫剂为联苯菊酯。
步骤二、采用第一胶液浸渍原纸,将第一胶液、胶槽、胶泵、胶水回流系统连接后,启动浸胶,第一胶液浸渍原纸的浸胶量如表2所示,得到功能浸渍胶膜纸;
步骤三、将功能浸渍胶膜纸分别完全贴在基板上下表面,采用双面热压工艺,热压条件为:温度为120℃,压力为0.7MPa,热压时间为8min。即得有机生态板。

检测实施例2制备的各组有机生态板的有效成分载药量,结果如表2所示。
由表2可以看出,配方3和配方4的有机生态板的有效成分载药量为0.06kg/m3和0.07kg/m3,超出了标准(0.03~0.05kg/m3)规定的范围,不能采用。配方1、2、5均可采用。
<实施例3>
由于表2中的配方1的防虫剂和负离子粉用量少,但有效成分载药量仍然能够达到0.04kg/m3,因此选用配方1继续进行基板改进试验。为提升有机生态板的阻燃性能,在基板制备中添加阻燃剂和远红外陶瓷粉。
有机生态板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将防虫剂、环糊精、负离子粉、小麦粉、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合制得第一胶液,其中,防虫剂、环糊精的质量比为1:9,防虫剂的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的0.15%,负离子粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的2%,小麦粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的25%;
步骤二、采用第一胶液浸渍原纸,得到功能浸渍胶膜纸,第一胶液浸渍原纸的浸胶量为100%;
步骤三、将功能浸渍胶膜纸分别敷设于基板上表面,热压成型,热压条件为:温度为120℃,压力为0.7MPa,热压时间为8min。即得有机生态板。
其中,基板包括芯板上下表面均敷设单板形成,单板与芯板之间涂布第二胶液,压制成型;
其中,第二胶液的制备方法包括:将阻燃剂、远红外陶瓷粉、小麦粉、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合制得第二胶液,其中,阻燃剂的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的20%,远红外陶瓷粉的用量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的5%,小麦粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的25%。
第二胶液的涂布量210g/m2。
单板与芯板之间的压制方法为:于常温、湿度为75%的条件下,静置50min,然后以压力为0.7MPa下压制40min,然后以温度为110℃、压力为0.7MPa下压制10min,即得基板。
检测实施例3制备的有机生态板的阻燃性能和理化指标,结果如表3和表4所示:
由表3可以看出,实施例3制备的有机生态板的阻燃性能达到了国家标准。

由表4可以看出,实施例3制备的有机生态板的理化指标均达到了标准要求。其中,表4中负离子诱生量与表1中的配方1的有机生态板的负离子诱生量比较可以看出,远红外陶瓷粉对负离子粉的负离子诱生作用具有显著的促进作用。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。

1.有机生态板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将防虫剂、环糊精、负离子粉、小麦粉、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合制得第一胶液,其中,防虫剂、环糊精的质量比为1:6~9,防虫剂的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的0.15%~0.25%,负离子粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的2%~5%,小麦粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的20%~30%;
步骤二、采用第一胶液浸渍原纸,得到功能浸渍胶膜纸;
步骤三、将功能浸渍胶膜纸分别敷设于基板上表面,热压成型,即得有机生态板。
2.如权利要求1所述的有机生态板的制备方法,其特征在于,第一胶液浸渍原纸的浸胶量为100~130%。
3.如权利要求1所述的有机生态板的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三中的热压条件为:温度为120~127℃,压力为0.7~0.8MPa,热压时间为8~10min。
4.如权利要求1所述的有机生态板的制备方法,其特征在于,基板包括芯板上下表面均敷设单板形成,单板与芯板之间涂布第二胶液,压制成型;
其中,第二胶液的制备方法包括:将阻燃剂、远红外陶瓷粉、小麦粉、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合制得第二胶液,其中,阻燃剂的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的20%~25%,远红外陶瓷粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的3%~8%,小麦粉的质量是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的25%~30%。
5.如权利要求4所述的有机生态板的制备方法,其特征在于,第二胶液的涂布量为180~250g/m2。
6.如权利要求4所述的有机生态板的制备方法,其特征在于,单板与芯板之间的压制方法为:于常温、湿度大于75%的条件下,静置20~60min,然后以压力为0.5~0.8MPa下压制30~40min,然后以温度为100~110℃、压力为0.5~0.7MPa下压制8~10min,即得基板。
7.如权利要求1所述的有机生态板的制备方法,其特征在于,防虫剂为联苯菊酯。
8.基于权利要求1~7任一项所述的制备方法制备得到的有机生态板。
