Background
At present, in the coal mine tunnel rock roadway blasting excavation construction process, in order to control the over-underexcavation of the tunnel, a tunnel section contour line and a blast hole eye position are drawn in advance to guide the drilling excavation construction, the original traditional method adopts a steel tape string drawing point connecting method or a step measuring method to draw the tunnel contour line, the two traditional methods have the safety risks of high-altitude operation and close slope separation from a working face, and the construction efficiency is low.
With the improvement of a mechanical operation line, a large amount of mechanical equipment such as a drilling jumbo, an excavating type crawler loader, a hydraulic anchor rod support drill carriage and the like are used underground. The full-section one-time hole drilling, one-time blasting and one-time waste rock discharging are realized, and the line drawing of the roadway contour line is particularly important for ensuring the roadway molding and the accurate positioning of the blast hole. Aiming at the characteristics of large section, high tunnel height and the like of an underground tunnel, the line drawing of the full-section contour line is a difficult problem of safety and efficiency improvement.
At present, the contour line of underground drawing is basically completed by manually standing on a ladder, at least two persons and two ladders are provided, one person draws a ruler to read, one person draws a line, and the two persons lift and observation can be completed within about 30 minutes. Because the underground environment is bad, uncertain factors are more, the working face ascending operation safety coefficient is low, the safety risk that people are injured by falling and rib stripping exists, the operation time is long, and the efficiency is not high.
The invention provides a new solution to the above problems by combining the influences of the above factors and generally lacking a safe, rapid and effective line drawing device for full-section contour line in underground roadway construction.

In order to overcome at least one of the defects, the invention provides the roadway full-section contour line marking device which is simple and easy to operate and is suitable for marking the full-section contour line of the underground roadway. The purpose of the invention can be achieved by adopting the following technical scheme:
a roadway full-section contour line marking device comprises a telescopic rod, wherein scales are arranged on the telescopic rod, one end of the telescopic rod is provided with a handheld part, and the other end of the telescopic rod is provided with a paint spraying part;
the paint spraying part comprises a self-spraying paint fixing clamping groove and a self-spraying paint storage tank movably arranged in the self-spraying paint fixing clamping groove, and a nozzle is arranged on the self-spraying paint storage tank;
the handheld part comprises an operating handle, and the operating handle is connected with a nozzle through a telescopic connecting line.
Preferably, one end of the self-spraying paint fixing clamping groove is provided with a spring for supporting the self-spraying paint storage tank.
Preferably, the other end of the self-spraying paint fixing clamping groove is provided with a nozzle clamping groove for clamping the nozzle.
Preferably, the scale length of the telescopic rod is 2.8 m.

The one end from paint spraying fixing slot 4 is equipped with the spring 6 that supports from the storage jar 5 that sprays paint, and the other end from paint spraying fixing slot 4 is equipped with the nozzle draw-in groove 7 that blocks nozzle 9.
The scale length of the telescopic rod 1 is 2.8 m. The telescopic rod 1 with 2.8m scales is connected with the self-spraying paint fixing clamping groove 4; the operating handle 2 is installed at the handle 10; the telescopic connecting wire 3 is arranged on a telescopic rod 1 with scales of 2.8m and a self-spraying paint fixing clamping groove 4; the self-spraying storage tank 5 is fixed in the self-spraying fixing clamping groove 4 by a spring 6 and a nozzle clamping groove 7.
