Description
Technical Field
The application relates to a medical apparatus, in particular to a rubber sleeve device for a plantar vein rehabilitation pump.
Background
The plantar vein rehabilitation pump is also called a vein foot pump, and is an air pulse physical therapeutic instrument for preventing diseases such as Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT). By means of the rapid impact of the pulse gas on the sole of the foot in a very short time, venous blood of limbs is accelerated in a pulse-like walking state, and therefore blood flow speed is greatly improved. The increase of the flow velocity eliminates blood stasis, which is one of three causes of thrombosis, and achieves the purpose of preventing Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary Embolism (PE) caused by venous thrombosis shedding or sequelae caused by deep vein thrombosis.
When the foot sleeve is used, the foot sleeve with the air bag is worn on the foot, the air bag is opposite to the position of the arch of the foot, and pulse air inflation is carried out through the plantar vein rehabilitation pump to form impact on the plantar of a patient.
However, patients using the plantar vein rehabilitation pump are usually bedridden patients, the legs are weak and can hardly move independently, the feet are hard to keep functional positions, and the long-term bedridden patients can have foot drop, pronation or supination.
In addition, the impact of the air bag on the sole imitates the impact of walking, and the influence on the blood flow speed is limited, because the traction and contraction of muscles also play a great role in accelerating the flow of blood in the walking process.

Detailed Description
The foot cover device for the plantar vein rehabilitation pump of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The application relates to a foot cover device for a plantar vein rehabilitation pump, which comprises: support frame 1, a first foot-supporting member, a second foot-supporting member.
The supporting frame 1 is formed into a shape of a II; a motor 5 is arranged on the top cross beam of the supporting frame 1, and the output end of the motor 5 is integrally connected with an elliptical driving wheel 4; the output shaft of the motor 5 is connected to the center of the oval driving wheel 4.
A first side of the support frame 1 is formed with a first longitudinal beam and a second side is formed with a second longitudinal beam; a first bottom cross beam 1a is fixedly arranged on the first longitudinal beam, and extends towards the direction of the second longitudinal beam; a second bottom cross member 1b is fixedly mounted to the second longitudinal member, the second bottom cross member extending in the direction of the first longitudinal member.
The first foot member includes a first foot support plate 2a; the upper end of the first foot support plate 2a is formed with a first L-shaped connecting rod 2a2, a first end of the first L-shaped connecting rod 2a is fixed at the upper end of the first foot support plate 2a, and a second end is formed with a first roller 2a3; the rear side of the first foot support plate 2a is formed with a first air bag 2a6 corresponding to the arch position; the first air tap 2a1 of the first air bag 2a6 passes through the center of the first supporting plate 2a and extends to the front side of the first supporting plate 2a so as to be connected with a plantar vein rehabilitation pump for inflation and deflation; the first foot support plate 2a is rotatably coupled at its lower portion to an end of the first bottom rail 1a by a first pivot 2a 5; the first roller 2a3 is engaged on a first side of the oblong driving wheel 4.
The second foot member includes a second foot support plate 2b; the second L-shaped link 2b2 is formed at the upper end of the second foot support plate 2b, the first end of the second L-shaped link 2b2 is fixed to the upper end of the second foot support plate 2b, and the second end is formed with a second roller 2b3; the second airbag 2b6 is formed at the rear side of the second foot support plate 2b corresponding to the arch position; the second air tap 2b1 of the second air bag 2b6 passes through the center of the second supporting plate 2b and extends to the front side of the second supporting plate 2b so as to be connected with a plantar vein rehabilitation pump for inflation and deflation; the second foot support plate 2b is rotatably coupled at its lower portion to an end of the second bottom cross member 1b by a second pivot shaft 2b 5; the second roller 2b3 is engaged on a second side of the oblong driving wheel 4.
The first L-shaped connecting rod 2a2 is connected to the second L-shaped connecting rod 2b2 at its middle by means of a rubber band or spring 3.
The first bladder 2a6 is detachably mounted on the first foot support plate 2a; the second bladder 2b6 is detachably mounted to the second foot support plate 2 b.
The rear side of the first foot support plate 2a is formed with a foot cover to fix the corresponding foot of the user to the rear side of the first foot support plate; the rear side of the second foot support plate 2b is formed with a foot cover 2b4 to secure the corresponding foot of the user thereto.

the rear side of the second foot support plate is detachably formed with an adhesive tape to fix the corresponding foot of the user to the rear side of the second foot support plate.
In the fully contracted state of the rubber band or spring 3, the first roller 2a3 and the second roller 2b3 respectively abut against the minimum diameter position of the oval drive wheel 4, and the first foot support plate 2a and the second foot support plate 2b respectively are in the upright state, as shown in fig. 1.
When the elastic band or spring 3 is in a fully stretched state, the first roller 2a3 and the second roller 2b3 respectively abut against the maximum diameter positions of the oval driving wheel 4, and the first foot support plate 2a and the second foot support plate 2b respectively are in a supination state.
Thus, when muscle stretching is not needed, the feet of the patient are in a vertical state, and the air bags are inflated and deflated to impact the soles of the feet. When the muscles are required to be stretched simultaneously to further promote blood flow, the motor is started, and the motor drives the oval driving wheel to rotate; the diameter of the oval driving wheel in contact with the first and second rollers changes during rotation, whereby the first and second rollers oscillate under the urging of the driving wheel, whereby the patient's feet oscillate, bringing to the pulling movement of the leg muscles, thereby promoting blood flow.
